((ADDENDUM FROM WITNESS)) On July 14th, 2017, at 10:15 pm, I was looking out my bedroom window, when I noticed a large bright red light in the shape of a sphere, hovering over the tree line behind my home. I live in the country, so I would guess it was maybe 3 to 4 city blocks away. It just stayed in the same spot. I watched it for about 30 seconds, before it began to slowly lower straight down. I could still see the light through the tree branches. It stopped for a few seconds, and then slowly rose back up. When it reached to top of the tree line, it began to travel in a straight line in a northwest direction for about 45 seconds, before it was no longer in my view from my window. Total sighting was less than 2 minute. I was to afraid to go outside and follow the direction it was traveling. ((END ADDENDUM)) We spoke via telephone with the witness, and she seemed to us to be quite serious-minded and credible. We urged her to submit a more thorough report, to supplement her original, which she did. PD

I observed a bright pink orb hovering in the sky. I was looking west as the sun was slowly setting. The sky was clear with a couple of clouds. Fireworks were starting to go off in the 4th of July celebration. I thought it was a drone and didn't report it at the time. After viewing the orb for a few minutes I ran into the house to grab my wife to show her. She watched it for a minute or two then went back in to the house. About 1 to 2 minutes later I watched the orb take off at a very fast speed heading south. The orb quickly darkened and grew dark as it started to fly south. The orb did not change in altitude during the sighting and was perfectly still before heading south. I would guess it was about 6 to 7 stories up, possibly higher as I could not tell how far away it was. There was no audible sound that I could hear.

Then black hawk helicopter landed on downtown Portland building "federal building" then took off with bright search light towards light. Then it was joined by another helicopter that gained altitude towards the light. Black hawk came back landed again on building and took off again. All of a sudden, lights reappeared in formation just to break up again. I do have video of this as well along with my brother's video. We spoke via telephone with the witness, and he corrected the date. He sounded to us to be quite sincere about the alleged incident. PD

The evening of June 28th I was staying a hotel directly across from the Portland Convention Center. My room window faced out towards the south east of town with great views from the large room windows in the hotel. Around 2137, lasting for nearly 7-10 mins in total before they slowly floated up into the sky and disappeared. I looked out into the nights sky and over the foothills south of town, I noticed several objects in the sky that were much brighter than the stars and far too close to be a satellite or aircraft. These objects simply sat there looking like they were floating in a way. They could be described as looking like large fireball like items in the sky. There were 6 of them all aligned evenly across the nights sky. Then, 1 of them slowly started moving away by going up Into The Nights Sky Slowly, To All Of A sudden it would just disappear out of nowhere. This happened until there were only two left. The strange thing was a Blackhawk police helicopter all a sudden took off from downtown and flew right near the objects where it stayed for a min then turned around and came right back downtown. Shortly after the helicopter arrived back downtown there was all of a sudden out of nowhere a 3rd light that appeared next to the other two lights still hovering there and it literally appeared out of nowhere in the nights sky. I was able to get these objects on film, and to this day, I still have no clue what those objects were, but I do know one thing after seeing the way they moved and could disappear and reappear out of nowhere they were not of human origin. These objects look very similar to some other ufo sighting I researched online which seems to be a pattern of this from of sighting.

My wife and I were camping near Diamond lake, less than a mile from the northeastern shore. We had a great view of both Mt. Bailey and Mt. Thielson, and we were both up early to watch the sunrise. All the stars were fading with the morning light, and we were looking toward Mt. Thielson (where the sun would be rising) sometime close to 3:00 or 4:00 AM, when a bright light appeared, seemingly on, or appearing from behind the slopes of the mountain. At first we assumed it must be a car or some other snow vehicle, because it appeared to move along the surface of the mountain. But it's movements became too fast and irregular, and the light itself seemed too bright to be headlights or anything similar. The light moved halfway up and down the mountain line, and then, began to lift off (or rise higher from behind the slopes) and slowly rose up into the sky, shifting in very small motions from side to side, or perhaps in small spirals. The light, which at first was ! brighter than a regular star began to shrink or dim, and it's movements became less and less apparent. It finally died out, obscured by the sunlight and high above the point it first appeared, maybe three hours later.

I overserved the light as I passed by for approximately 20 seconds, until I drove further down the highway out of the line of sight from the light. When I was safely able to do so, I pulled off the highway, and turned around, attempting to see if I could get another look at the light. It was not present when I returned to the area where it was. It clearly did not resemble any type of aircraft.

I was pulling into my driveway at approximately 23:45 on June 17th, 2017, so it was last Saturday. Right when I got out of the car, my neighbor came running over to me and asked me if I knew what the strange lights were directly above my house, so I looked up and saw these strange oval bright lights that were pulsating and zooming out and would then fly back in. They were a bright white and seemed to form a pattern. I have never seen anything like it in my life and my neighbor who is from Arizona, had never seen anything like it either. The lights appeared to be approximately 200 feet above my house. Then two days ago on June 23rd, 2017 my uncle who lives close by, was standing out on his deck with binoculars, and he said he could see two flying saucer like objects hovering above my house. One was approximately 50 to 200 feet above he thought and the other was directly above that one, about 500 feet above the roof of my house. They had red, orange and green lights on them and hovered there for about one hour. This occurred at about 23:45 again until about 1:30 in the morning. I was asleep during this time so I did not see them but my uncle called me to let me know. I have never experienced anything like this before and I have never studied UFO’s or been a watcher of them. I have recently moved to the Oregon Coast from the valley area of Oregon.

I was looking at Venus and seen what I thought was a satellite. I told my son and his friend to look. At that moment, another bright light showed up behind that first one. And then another third one, and then they vanished.

We were by the convention center in Portland, OR when all of a sudden we saw these glowing lights in the sky that at first looked like flares but they never went away they were in the sky for nearly 5mins just hovering there almost looking like portals in a way, at first there was simply two of them until a 3rd came out of nowhere which still to this day is undescribable of what these things were.There was a black hawk helicopter that took off from the downtown police station that attempted to fly up near these lights, too.

We were working out in front of our house, and I noticed an object high in the distance, hanging motionless in the sky. I told my husband and son and we grabbed the binoculars and started watching it. It did not move, and if it did, it was extremely slow to where you hardly noticed it. 2 other people going by in a car stopped and asked what we were looking at. They got out of the car and also witnessed it. Through the binoculars it was extremely bright white. I drew a picture of the shape. I also took some photos and a video but it was so high up, my cell phone just cannot get a great shot of it. It hung there about 15 minutes and then disappeared into the distance.

15 Dec. 2017 6:48pm. On this date and time, this investigator spoke with the witness (who is also a relative of mine) This was in regards to a sighting of strange lights seen from his father's back yard in the area of East Salem, cross streets 45th and State Street on Wednesday 6 Dec. 2017. (witness says it may have been the day before, Tuesday 5 Dec. 2017). How this sighting came to the attention of this investigator, I had posted a photo only with no details of a sighting that took place in Independence, Oregon on my Facebook. My cousin contacted me through a post that he had seen the same object as he was looking west of Salem the same week of the Independence incident. Witness was out with his dog in the back yard, looked up at about 60-70 degrees off the horizon to the west, saw an object with multiple lights (yellowish at some point) stationary- then seemed to be rotating. Square lights could be seen, 7 of them in a row, a perfect line. Witness said if he held out this thumb, object was larger than the end of his thumb. Distant estimated 1/2 to 1 mile west of his location. Witness stated the object was hovering, lights rotating then it blinked out. It is this investigator's belief that this witness may have seen the same object and lights that were seen by 2 or more witnesses in the Independence/Buena Vista area of Polk County. Witness sent a drawing of what he saw. From the drawing showing the 'square' lights/windows it is consistant with the previous report and sighting in Independence, Or. I was taking pictures for my mother in law to compare the dark clouds over her house to the clear sky at my house as we only live a few miles apart, but we live at a higher elevation so our weather is completely different. So I quickly snapped the pictures and sent them then I reviewed the pictures later and noticed the object. The object is a blue spherical shape that appears just above the trees. I am sending two images that show the clouds behind the object moving but the object stays stationary. As I looked at the picture closer and zoomed in the object appears to have texture of some sort. The blue-green object appears to us to be a lens flare. PD

I walked out my front door, I looked up in the sky, and I see this big Orange light or lights I yell at my son to come out he comes out sees it goes back in and get some binoculars it was close enough or big enough for us to see separate Lights On The Craft three big Orange lights on rear of craft and smaller orange lights over the rest of craft. .. he saw thrusters coming out the bottom of it it dropped three objects and headed off in a southeasterly direction towards Nevada at a very casual pace.

It seemed to be doing huge circles in the sky covering huge area probably over Washington. It was fairly close the began the circles moving farther n farther n farther. It changed direction a few times to where u could only see the red color. As if it might be the back? I woke up my boyfriend and he watched this with me for about half hour of he total hour. He has better eyes than me, he could see that it was trianglular shaped. When it light up in the clouds. I could barely see the shape.also 2x i saw very small sowcs come off the ufo. I didn't say anything thinking it was my eyes then my bf said he seen something come off it as well and i agreed i had too. This was no plane. Felt very in awe and a but scared. Third time n my life in or n wa i have seen something like this. But this was closest to where i could see the distinction of the lights. Not just the fast speed.and irregular movement

White ball, looked similar to a star. larger than a satellite. came from the west, a block from the Pacific Ocean. moved towards the east. Ran, got my 10x50 binoculars, was still gliding, through binoculars saw nothing but the star like UFO. Moved slower than satellites. Looked at clock was 4:02 am when it was no longer visible.

Was outside in the backyard, and noticed a metallic highly reflective object in the sky to the south of my neighborhood. It really didn't move much, it just hung there in the sky, no sound at all. Through the binoculars I could see it was an irregular shape, but definitely some kind of metal reflective object. We live near a small airport and there were airplanes flying around the area at the same time. They must have seen this thing? I took a video of the object and some photos. After almost an hour in that one spot, it just disappeared. I didn't see it leave, it literally just disappeared before my eyes.

I was coming out of my doctor's office, and I knew it was going to storm when I went in at 2pm. It was 87 degrees and uncomfortably humid. I had been watching the sky for lightning on my way to the doc. As I was coming out of the parking lot, a huge raindrop hit my windshield. It was so big I tried to get a picture of it with my phone. I glanced up in the sky to see if there was a big storm coming. I saw an odd circular area in the fluffy clouds in a clearing. I saw only a circular swish of a white cloud and nothing else but blue sky behind it. I always call those "sucker holes" for pilots, but this one had a swirly cloud inside it. It wasn't until I was in bed that night looking at my photos to see if I captured tge big raindrop on my windshield. My daughter was in Hawaii and I was going to show her she was missing giant rain here at home in the Portland area, and a stormy muggy day. When I looked at my photo, the raindrop is there, but much to my surprise, so is somethibg odd in with the swirly swish cloud! It looks to me like the shape of the Trent UFO in McMinnville, and this is not far from that area mileage-wise. I thought maybe it was a dirty spot on my window, but my window is clean and I can clearly see this object is blurry like it is moving fast. There is even some light reflecting on the left side of it in the photo like it is reflecting off an object. I have no clue what appeared in my photo, but here it is!

There were three bright balls of light, too bright to be a plane or helicopter and brighter than the street lights. At first they weren't arranged in any particular way but slowly went into a triangle formation, then proceeded to change into a horizontal line. One of them dimmed and was no longer bright and, instead, had flashing red and white lights, almost exactly like an airplane, but was moving too fast to be one. It flew away. The other two shortly followed individually. There was nothing for about five to ten minutes, then one came back (the bottom one) to its exact spot where it was before and was bright again then flew away.

This investigator received a call from a neighbor on the following incident. I have known my neighbor for several years, a former Vietnam combat Marine and former police officer. His wife gave me the following statement of her encounter of the early morning of April 30th, 2017. WITNESS WRITTEN STATEMENT; "I got up around 4:20 am Sunday April 30, to let the dogs out, and use the restroom. As I was in the rest room looking out the window, I noticed a light flash on above the trees... This was odd, as there was no lights indicating that it was a Airplane, it was to low, and stationary right above the tree line. The object lit up for about 2-3 seconds, then went pitch black. It was about 200 yards away to the northside of our house. And it was close to 150yds off the ground. I waited for close to 15 minutes after the light appeared, it didn't turn on again. The object looked the color and shape of a golden raspberry, with a red glow around each light. I didn't have the colors to match what I saw, but this is as close as I could get. The size from where I saw it, would be compared to a large truck, dodge ram, or a large tractor. That's about all I can say about it, it was dark so I couldn't tell if it had moved away while not lit?" INVESTIGATOR'S SUMMARY; I interviewed my neighbor's wife on her encounter a couple of days after her sighting, she pointed to the NNE area where she spotted the lights about 20-25 degrees off the horizon hovering above the Ponderosa trees which average about 75 to 100 feet. She stated the object was hovering just above the trees at a distant of 200 yards at most then as close as 150 yards. Both the witness and her husband are active sport shooters and can estimate distance very well. Again, the size was that of a large truck or tractor. The area is very rural, sparse houses in area, fields and trees, and mostly ranching. The cross roads would have been Elde and Chukkar with the main road east which would have been Sprague River Road. No sound from the object, witness stated object lit up for about 2-3 seconds, I then asked her could it had been a reflection in her bathroom window, she said "No, because it lit the tops of the trees up!" No one else in the general area came forward as to seeing the lights, but the husband of the witness said he had seen a 'white orb' silent moving across the sky in which he could not explain a few days after his wife's sighting. Kingsley Field which houses the 173rd Fighter Group in Klamath Falls, Oregon does night training as well as day flights, but witness was sure this was not a USAF fighter plane or a civilian aircraft. This area is also known to have military helicopters fly missions, it was not helicopters she said. Watching the meteor shower, I noticed an extremely, twinkly object in the Eastern sky. I grabbed my binoculars to get a closer look and saw an object that I thought was stationary until it moved. It was changing colors; red, blue, green, purple, yellow and orange but in no pattern that I noticed. I went to get my kids so they could view it but they were asleep. As I watched it, it took off northbound.

I was working in the backyard and looked up and noticed an object in the Western sky above the roof of my garage. It was shaped like a ring or a doughnut, with a large hole in the middle. It was a metallic orange color that reflected light as it moved in the sky. It was completely silent and slowly moved horizontally against the wind from North to Southwest across the field of view. It did not change elevation as it was flying and made very strange movements. For most of the time I saw it, it was flat, but then suddenly it would flip up so you could really see the ‘O’ shape of it and I could see right through it. As it headed further Southwest out of my view, I ran and got my husband so we could both go out in the front yard and watch it from there. He also saw it and we stood there watching it for another minute or so. It got smaller as it went further West and just disappeared.
