Anywhere from 5-7 pm pacific time while driving home from work, through Gold Hill Oregon close to the vortex, I saw a huge Orb of light in the sky come from around the mountains on the right side and in a couple different quick zig zagged movements head to the left and then disappear. I was driving South on I5. This is my second sighting in Oregon. A few years a part. I later heard via the news that an identical UFO was seen on camera at Yellowstone.

My after thought was that it was maybe a asteroid or shooting star, because of how it moved towards the water. I quickly ruled that out by the way it just turned on right above the river, instead of falling from the sky downwards towards the water. Also the three neon green lights formed a perfect triangle.

The craft had two red and two white lights that flashed like a plans I live by an airport so I knew this was different it went slowly across the sky passing my home but over the roof we saw it houses away hovering and lowering illuminating a white light against it we could not seenjg after that. It was drone like. It was like it was looking for something going one way and than the other before it decended

I saw three UFO's last night, 12/9/2017 (early morning actually). I am not sure what time it was when we saw the first two. What I observed was a bright light, North of our house moving West to East. At first, I thought it might have been the International Space Station (ISS). I opened our front door and ask my girlfriend's daughter to come out. I was in the doorway for 45 sec. to a minute. She came out and the first UFO had vanished and I thought I should still have been able to see it. When I looked again, in about the same position in the sky, there was another bright light moving at about the same speed, altitude, etc. We watched it for a few seconds and it disappeared. The two UFO's had been reflecting light from over the horizon and when they entered the Earth's shadow they could no longer be seen. They had no lights on them. I was out on the front porch a few hours later about 5:30 a.m. The view from the porch is mostly to the North and East. I looked up at the Moon and saw what I thought was a bright large planet close to the Moon's position, then I noticed the object was moving from South to North. Again, my first thought was that it was a satellite. I watched it for about 15 to 20 seconds and all of the sudden, it shot off, at a mind boggling speed, to the Southwest at about a 300 to 310 degree angle from the direction that it had been moving. I had one of those "Wow!!" moments. It disappeared quickly. After it made the turn, I only saw it for maybe two seconds. I think it had been reflecting light from the Moon and just disappeared into shadow as it changed direction.

Approximately 1730 (after dark) on December 9, 2017, my partner and I were returning from a work site on the Imnaha River, when he said "look at that". When I asked him what saw, he said that he was seeing lights in the sky. We stopped our truck and got out to look. Almost directly over us there were seventeen red lights moving from approximately SSW to NNE at a speed that I would estimate to be that characteristic of a very large jet (relatively slowly). The lights were very large (when compared to the strobe lights generally seen on aircraft) and did not cast a beam or blink. There was no other source of light visible around the red lights--no strobes like normal aircraft navigational lights etc.. There was only a slight noise as they passed--nothing like what I would have expected if these were seventeen large jet aircraft passing overhead. The lights were evenly spaced (it isn't possible to accurate estimate the distance between them) and traveled in a very straight line from the time we saw them until they faded into the distance. I'd like to emphasize that these lights appeared to be very large. Due to the lack of noise, I am assume the objects were at altitude and their large appearance was not due to the fact that they were at a low altitude. In the Characteristics of Object section, there is an option to indicate whether there were aircraft in the vicinity. When the string of lights was quite a distance beyond us, an aircraft (assumed to be an aircraft based on strobe lights flashing) crossed the path of the red lights and continued on until it went out of sight. The strobe lights never deviated from its apparent line of flight.

On December 13, 2017, at 4:58pm, this investigator was contacted by a relative through Facebook messaging on a sighting in the Independence/Buena Vista area of Oregon. My cousin, 25 years in law enforcement sent a link from one of his contacts on Facebook for me to look at. December 14, 2017 @ 4:32pm This investigator called the Independence Police in Independence, Or. I spoke with the officer on duty and asked if anyone had called in about lights in the skies over that area for the last week on the early evening of Dec. 8th, and had mentioned to her several cars were stopped looking at the lights in the sky, she checked her log and nothing was called in for that period. The following is both the post from main witness and our conversation through messaging on Facebook on the encounter. FRI. December 8, 2017, at 6:36pm · "There were several in the sky as we drove into Independence this evening but this one was HUGE and people were pulled over watching it. I need to keep a camera in the car because my phone just doesn't cut it." SAT. December 16 2017 7:46 pm "Hey, I'm afraid I can't really give you a lot of info about this sighting(s). We live in Buena Vista about 7-miles south of Independence and we see different craft with various light formations. The most common is as described in the second message you sent me. They are either clusters of red lights or actually appear to be in a square or rectangular pattern. There are others that are clusters of both red and white lights but none have green. This first pic was taken with my iPhone 5-s and I didn't even realize the image was there for several days. I didn't think it had come out. It was taken just outside of Independence, Oregon, on November 21, 2017 at 7:05 pm The next three were December 8th at 5:34 in the evening. The light at the bottom is a house. The large light in the sky state stationary for a long time while another small light (seen best in most distant pic) circled it. This last one was one of the red cluster lights but it was so far away I didn't get a great pic. This one was taken Thursday December 14th at 6:57 pm. I see these things pretty much every night so should you ever want to come down with a good camera I would be happy to point them out. Sorry I can't offer more information." SUN December 17, 2017 1:35PM "Hey, the saucer shaped one (I swear I can see faces in it) was taken from Buena Vista road (they all were) I was close to the community of Buena Vista and facing north. There is a small range of hill there and consistent activity over them. They would be in far South Salem area but are north of Buena Vista. It's so hard to judge distance, not knowing the size but that night I thought it looked like, "a big one" so he stopped the car and took the picture. Now as I look at it, I'm feeling as though it was much closer than I thought and smaller than I was thinking. This one had a combination of red and white flashing lights and I did not notice the shape until I saw the picture. The other two were also taken from Buena Vista Road only they were moving slowly from just south of Independence, over to BV and then across the Willamette River heading towards Jefferson. Each time my partner is with me. I mean it when I say we see then almost every night. We are both spiritualist who work with a variety of clients, primarily as spiritual counsels. I am not surprised that you know others who have seen them. Honestly, we've been shocked that more people don't because as I mentioned they seem to appear very regularly. I do find an interesting correlation in our work and their constant presence in our skies around our home. I know that sounds crazy to many but.... what can I say...lol I'm going to try and take a little better camera out this evening and see what I see I hope I answered your questions. Have a great day!" SUN December 17, 2017 9:35pm "Just returned from our nightly trip to Independence and unfortunately I wasn't able to get a pic of the one we saw tonight. It was the square light pattern in the same area, north of Buena Vista. I see this next week is supposed to be clear and cold, which should be nice viewing conditions. I'll keep you posted on what we see." WED. December 20, 2017 7:42pm Recieved a call from witness on this day. I went on to ask some specific questions about the sightings. As the witness had seen these strange lights on several occasions, the most objects at one time was 3. One large light in the sky had small lights circling it. At one point beams of lights seemed to connect the smaller ones with the larger object. The encounters were silent, no sound was from the objects. Military helicopters were seen and heard in the areas on one occasion. There was also a surge in power outages in the area. On the December 8th sighting, besides the 2 witnesses that had pulled over to the side of the road, three other vehicles had also stopped and individuals exited their vehicles to watch the lights. The main witness did mention that he could see 'figures' in the windows of one of the craft. Witness estimated the closest craft was maybe 1/4 to 1/2 mile in distance. The longest duration of any of the sightings was estimated at about 15 minutes. Investigator's closing notes. I am familiar with that area in the Willamette Valley, farm land, cattle, small ranches, logging and a country community. For years I have heard stories and even myself witnessed un-explained lights in the Falls City vicinity in 1979. So, this area of the Willamette Valley has been a 'hot spot' of un-explained lights in these areas for years. What is interesting about this witness report is the square windows and or lights seen in their encounter. When I just posted a photo on my Facebook of one of the photos, another cousin came forward and said he had seen some lights that same week in December, either the 5th or 6th hovering out over Salem as he was looking west. What is intriging about his sighting was that he mentioned 'square lights' just as the witness in this report did. (My cousins report will be filed later this week) Military bases in Oregon. Kingsley Field, Klamath Falls, Or. home of the 173rd Fighter Wing. They fly the F-15c, as does Portland Air National Guard out of the Portland International Airport. Home to the 142nd Fighter Wing. Coast Guard Air Staion, North Bend, Or. Search and Rescue... their aircraft is the Mh-65c helicopter. Umatilla Army Depot, Umatilla, Or. this base is projected to be completely closed by 2021 as their permit expires that year. No flying mission. Mount Hebo Air Force Station, Hebo, Or. Home to the 689th Aircraft Control and Warning Squadron. This operation closed down in 1980. The military does fly training missions all over Oregon, as in my region near Klamath Falls, the F-15's do day and night time training. So, what did these people witness? Doing some research I came across a drawing done by a grandmother from Florence, Or. Her encounter from March 9th, 2015 witnessed by her and her grandson is uncanny in its similar appearance with the 'square windows'. This was on www.midnightinthedesert.com website. Another article written by Tyler Rogoway twitter.com/Aviation_Intel, November 15, 2017 reads; "Airliners and F-15s Invovled in Bizarre Encounter with Mystery Aircraft over Oregon." This article stirs speculation as to what was in the skies on Oct. 25, 2017 as an object was seen between California and Oregon border and involved multiple pilot eyewitnesses. Confirmations between both FAA and NORAD that it did occur. Another article by Jamie Seidel November 16, 2017, with the News Corp Australia Network wrote about the incident also. As did Micah Hanks on November 17, 2017. On the National UFO Reporting Center website, a photo from Rosarito Beach, Baja California, Mexico, Tuesday, December 12, 2017 @ 8:30 p.m is similar in the light formation also. It looked like 2 lines of a triangle with a bright light at the front. Appeared out of nowhere and flew off extremely fast. No sound. Looked like waves behind it what we would think of as exhaust or an aura. Then disappeared ..... literally. It did not go behind anything, up, or down. Just plain disappeared, like it cloaked itself. My 11 yr old and i were star gazing, looking over the ocean, when 2 bright red lights appeared close to each other, then a 3rd chimed in and it went straight up leaving a trail very fast of white light. then the 2 red objects headed north, then disappeared

While heading north on River Road North at 8:20PM, I observed a dark object above, while traveling in front of the Keizer Arby’s. At 8:21pm I clearly observed an unidentified object while on the phone in my vehicle. This object looked like a car sitting above a business, as in it had 2 lights which appeared like headlights. As I continued to travel northbound the object appeared larger. It seemed to be sitting or hovering above Pizza Hut then father north above Walgreens. As I approached the Keizer Walgreens, I continued to watch the object as it came into focus above ABBA auto body and Keizer Avamere. It was here that I saw it clearly was a trangular black shape. The triangle appeared to be 1/4 mile above just the street, but definitely below the clouds. Just above Keizer Avamere, I noted the triangle on one point appeared to be the front of the object with 2 “headlights” and a faint red blinking light in the middle - almost on the center of the triangulated side. The object continued to hover for about a minute in the same place directly above the apts behind Keizer UPS. I then turned left around the block on Lockhaven to attempt a photo or stop to better identify this triangle shaped object. As I pulled in front of the Keizer post office, I saw clearly the rear of the object as the flat side of the triangle, and it sped south as it was nearly directly above the new home of Waremart. This triangle was black and roughly the size of a Tesla automobile. It traveled very quickly south and disappeared within about 20 seconds. It appeared hazy before disappearing. I observed this unidentified triangle object for nearly 3 minutes, while driving. It was hovering and made no sound when the window was down. I have been experiencing a headache since this encounter, which may not be related, but no other logic exists for cause of said headache at this time.

Seen while facing north: a big yellow fireball light fell at an angle towards the west horizon like a shooting star, but then, as it disappeared a tiny light from the ground shot straight up from where the fireball disappeared and faded away.

What first appeared as two orange/amber street lights, two objects started to increase in height up to about 50 ft pulsating in brightness and changing in shape from what appeared to be similar to softball size all the way up to 6 foot in diameter. They we're dancing around a tree like neurons or protons do so around a nucleus of an atom. Movements didn't appear to follow wind patterns, there was no sound and appeared to move with intelligence changing direction and speed gracefully and swiftly. They increased speed very rapidly heading North towards Portland at the same time as they dimmed down and disappeared as fast as they showed.

I heard a buzzing sound like a swarm of bees and was looking up into the sky. I caught a glimpse of the craft moving sideways and tail lights that were red and aqua blue set into the craft just like an automobile. It was heading west and disappeared into the clouds.

11-16-2017, 8:45pm driving north on highway 101 from Florence, Oregon, to Yachats, I saw a large white disc off to the left of the car, out over the ocean. I was on the passenger side and could look at it for about 5-10 seconds. We were driving north along the edge of the cliffs - about 200 feet up from the water. The perfectly circular disc was evenly lighted, - not harsh or brilliant like a lighthouse light but evenly soft white. No glow to it. It was approx. the size of a half dollar at my finger tips when my arm is extended. It did not move and hovered just about 20° below my shoulder height when seated in the car - a mid sized Escape.... not the newer taller one - out over the water. We did not hear any noise. Trees got in our view so about 1 minute or less later we pulled into the parking lot of the Sea Lions Cave where I got out and could see most of the coast to Florence. All was dark and quiet - no sign of anything anywhere in the water or along the coast. We spoke via telephone with the witness, and she sounded to us to be exceptionally serious and sober-minded. We suspect that both she and her husband are highly reliable, and capable, witnesses. Please see a second report from the husband. PD

My wife and I witnessed seeing a very bright white round light while I was looking down towards the ocean shore while driving north from the city of Florence on route 101. The light was much larger than any type of search light or light house, and was out over the ocean, not far off shore. This observation occurred around 8:45 on November 16th 2017. I was driving during the sighting, and was unable to pull over until we arrived at the Sea Lion Caves pull of area about 1/4 to1/2 of mile north of the area where I observed the white circular light. Once we pulled into the Sea Lion Caves parking lot we were unable to see anything in the direction were we first saw the light. We spoke with this witnesses wife, who also witnessed the object. We suspect that both husband and wife are exceptionally capable, and reliable, witnesses. PD

A bright low flying flashing light coming from the south west direction headed east moving slow and below the cloud bank. I watched it travel slowly heading east thinking it was an airplane or helicopter, however there was no sound and it stopped hovering in place for about 6 minutes. It finally disappeared into cloud bank.

These objects can be seen on a nightly basis hovering over the Portland Metro area. At a glance, they appear to be a distant star, but if you'll look closely, they flash red and blue and don't maintain a steady position. I'm not sure of the exact number count on these crafts, but there are around 6 to 8 that can be seen nightly. I have also witnessed a large white orb during the early morning hours (just before sunrise) that was in the eastern direction. The orb was able to move about fairly quickly, I have photo's of this orb and with the naked eye, it looks white in color, but the photo's show it being more orange in color. I have taken photos of everything I just described, but unfortunately, my photo's aren't clear enough to make identification possible.

I witnessed 2 moving lights as high as the stars. Moving up and down and back and forth in a jerking motion. Flashing white lights. I watched for 20 minutes and they were still there. Out over the pacific ocean.

21:08, October 24th, 2017. While in my backyard on October 24th, on a clear night, my wife and I observed a very bright yellow light in the N.W. sky. The object was at approximately 45-50 degrees above the horizon and it was the brightest object in the night sky. We both witnessed the object blink out. The light then came back on within a few seconds and moved around the area, changing direction abruptly, yet moving in a linear fashion, before going out again. My wife went inside to retrieve her phone to record the object, and our 15 year old son joined us in the backyard at this time. The light came back on, but very dimly, moving out of the area to the northeast. This time the movements were not abrupt, only linear and as it moved across the sky, it blinked. It appeared that there may have been more objects following it. Two minutes and four seconds of video footage were taken during the encounter.

A few planes were moving near the object as well, so I know compared to the planes that I saw, this object was not a plane. The planes that were also in the sky came into view and left like an ordinary plane, but during the timespan of those planes moving, this object had barely moved. These planes were also very close in proximity to each other, and seemed to either pass over or pass by the object. There were also no other planes that passed by once the object had disappeared. It was too close to be a satellite and too high to be a drone. I had taken a video on Snapchat and sent it to a friend but I unfortunately completely forgot to save the video. About 5-10 minutes after first seeing it, it slowly faded away.
