We drove up to the main road on and all of a sudden blue light came down as a clone shape from the bottom of the ufo and some one deported out and jumped straight down and then the blue light dissapeared. Also, about two years ago we seen a huge bright circle in the ocean at strawberry hill oregon coast. We watched it a long time and a coworker came and told me a random story of her and her daughter were at strawberry hill and seen the same thing but it flew up and hovered over the water. The power just went out for about 1min. Then came back on. I went out side to investigate and instantly noticed a flashing in the sky. It was a couple flashes then spread out to 3 flashing lights into a triangle. Then flashed a couple times then spun in a full circle. Then they came to a small faint triangle flashing then repeated that pattern over and over. A few times when it spun in a circle it went in opposite direction and had 5 lights. The event happened in the NW direction.

At 1:35AM I heard what sounded like a helicopter flying above my neighbor’s house across the street. My area usually does not have very many helicopters, so I peeked outside of my window to check it out. When I looked out, I instead saw a saucer flying at a slight angle (bottom facing me) directly above the street I live on. Usually you’d expect an aircraft to be flying quite a bit above the ground, but this UFO was about as high up as a 3-4 story building or a tall tree. I’m not very good at describing things, but the sound of the craft was akin to what a faraway helicopter sounds like. Not like when you are close to it and you can hear the blades, but just the general rumble of the helicopter. I’m not sure if the UFO had a bump on the bottom like stereotypical depictions, but I don’t recall seeing one. I was not able to see the top of the craft either. The UFO had small lights on the bottom, but not like you’d see on traditional UFO depictions. The lights were all over the place (more towards the middle than the outside of the saucer) and were colored red and blue. The lights were like looking at a distant street light, they were small and circular. I’d say the saucer was about the size of a jet, and it was very fast too. It was heading towards the nearby military airport as well. It got from where I lived on the outskirts of the city to the other side of the city in about 10-15 seconds. I personally believe that it was a military engineered aircraft, due to the fact it was flying so low, and heading towards the military airport with its lights on while flying straight over the city.

On the afternoon of 08/17/2018, a neighbor called me and, during our conversation about unrelated business, told me to take my phone outside, look up and tell him what I saw. I told him that I saw the moon, the sun and blue sky. He suggested that I look to the east, and, there I saw a circular object, suspended and absolutely motionless, high in the sky. Me neighbor said that he had been watching it, while working outside, for over an hour. It had not moved during this hour and he asked me what I thought that it was. I told him I had no idea, and went back into the house for my point and shoot camera, as I didn't think the optics on my phone would render a decent image. I was not able to 'zoom out' far enough to get any surrounding mountains or trees into the shot to give some perspective of size, etc. I observed this object for approximately 20 more minutes, until I had to leave for work. During the time I observed an aircraft flying at about 20,000! feet as it passed well above and to the west of the object; I would estimate the object's altitude to have been about 8,000 to 10,000 feet. There was no sound, other than that of the aircraft. I did not get a photo of the plane and the object in the same frame. It was a breezy, warm summer afternoon, the sky was clear and the temperature was about 90 degrees. The object was toroidal, or donut shaped, with a solid appearing outer rim or edge. The center of the toroid was diaphanous, nearly clear. There also appears to be, in the center, some 'structural', bar-like elements, which were about the same brightness as the outer rim. I showed my photos to several people and at least one suggested that it may have been a balloon; this seems unlikely, as it remained absolutely stationary for well over an hour and, as I mentioned, the weather was rather breezy. Also, it did not look like a balloon. My wife and daughter arrived home after I had left for work; I texted my daug! hter and asked her to step outside to see if she could see the! object. By this time, the object was no longer visible. I have not had an opportunity in the meantime to discuss this sighting with my neighbor.

I noticed what I thought was a satellite but it was not moving as a satellite should. I observed it for a minute or so flitting in a pattern that an aircraft would not move. It moved like I imagine an amateur drone user would. I pointed it out to my husband who also witnessed the same pattern. We called our girls outside, 13 & 12 years old, they also were confirming what we saw. After about an hour, I called my parents and brother who live about 3000 feet due north of us and my brother also saw the same pattern. This was an object that looked like a bright star or satellite that moved in a pattern not consistent with a fixed wing or rotary aircraft for over an hour in the same general area.

This is the first time I have had a UFO sighting. What I saw was not my normal. This occurred in the early morning hours of 8/13/2018 at about 3:40 a.m. I had awoken about 3:00 a.m. and decided to go out on my deck in the backyard to see if I could observe the Perseid meteor showers, even though I was in the brighter city limits. Constantly looking straight up to the sky, I had been outside about 40 minutes when I had the pleasure of seeing two meteors. I was about to call it good and go inside when I glimpsed a very intense bright white light coming over the roof line to my south. My first thought was jokingly "Oh, this ought to be a great meteor," and then my mind instantly realized, of course, it better not be a meteor! In the seconds I had this thought and was still looking up at the white brightness increasing and moving over the roof line, I saw an equilateral triangle shape of 6 round-shaped white lights arranged in 3 rows (one in leading front, two in next row and three in last row) - no pulsating or different colors. It appeared to be a set of 6 lights moving in perfect formation and unity; I could not see an outline of a structure or frame that contained the lights but I had the sense the ‘edges’ were rounded and not sharp. I could not see the top of the craft, I only saw it from underneath so I don't know if there was a dome or viewing window(s). I guesstimated the size around 9-10 feet. It moved slowly over the space above me at a level and steady pace, making no noise, and moving from the south to the north near the tree line - which I later estimated to be about 100 feet high. It did not light up the ground area which remained dark. The entire event took about 10-12 seconds before I could no longer track it due to it disappearing through the trees in the yard. My thought was "what the heck was that?" I stayed outside for about 5 more minutes before going inside as I started feeling a little uneasy. A couple of days later I reported it to the Oregon Mufon Group.

After reaching his home, I observed this object in the southern sky at about 179 degrees south at an 65 degrees off the horizon. It was round, with which looked like 'hands of a clock at 6:10, and white in color. The longer we looked at it and tried getting photos, more details came out. Several photos were taken and drawing in more detail. There was a wind blowing from the north at about 10-15 mph, so the object was traveling from the southern direction to the north. (See attached photo & drawing) By 1:30pm the object was at 347 degrees north from my resident at 85 degrees off horizon. By 2:20pm it was out of my sight due to trees and a butte. Altitude was hard to determine, as we are at 4300 feet, I would suspect the object was 10,000 or higher. Size, hard to say without a point of reference. Both Kingsley Field in Klamath Falls and the weather center in Medford, OR, have been called and message left. It has been noted that an object like this has been reported by numerous states recently. Observation balloon, weather instruments or something else? At this time unknown. It was happened at 12:03, I opened the sun shade of south window of my room, noticed it was very strange soft lights blinking it rotation, I taken the iPad video and full zoom it closely....stay there in south sky over south of Gresham, watched for 35 mins at same it point, no moving.......that was strange.

We saw two large, long, white objects flying formation from west to east over the Columbia River Gorge. They didn’t appear to have wings - they were just very long. We are a military family and are familiar with aircraft. These objects were two large to be any aircraft we know of - especially at the height they were at. Commercial aircraft don’t fly formation. The two objects appeared to stop twice mid air. After the second stop the two objects appeared to merge then slowly moved sideways blending into the thunder clouds to the north of the river - disappearing from sight. Both myself and my passenger looked at each other and wanted to know if the other saw what just happened.

After its slow approach in my general frontal view from east to west, it seemed to almost come to a stop and then began a descent towards the ground in an angled or arched movement however, but not in a straight downward descent. At that point, I lost sight of it as it descended down below thebroof/tree/horizon lin! e that was out in of me in the near distance. In summation, I believe that this was not a typical aircraft (small prop plan or helicopter) and that it was under some sort of intelligent control.

This may be nothing. But I wanted to report it to corroborate in case others report it also. I drive every morning from Newberg, Oregon, on Wilsonville Rd. to the I-5 on-ramp in Wilsonville. This is a country road about 12 or so miles with many curves and heavily forested. There are no sidewalks or safe places to walk. There are many houses off the road and usually the owners are the only people you'll ever see standing on the road waiting for cars to clear so they can cross and check their mailbox. Today, about a few hundred yards before the Ladd Hill Rd. stop sigh and intersection I saw two strange looking "people" walking east along the road towards Wilsonville, i.e. in the same direction I was going. Both were tall and thin enough to notice, in other words maybe 6'2" or 6'3". Both wearing black calf-length boots and brown close-fitting clothing with what appeared to be dark colored jackets. As I came up on them they seemed to be walking with a strange sort of gait. (I'm pretty sure this is not just my imagination) I was not driving fast but I seemed unable to get a good look at their heads (almost like they were blurred) and as I drove past them and looked in my rear view mirror they actually seemed to turn their heads so I could not get a look at their faces! This all seemed unusual to me. You just don't see people walking on that road, and if you ever do it's usually a "hippy kid" who is trying to get your attention, thumbing a ride, not avoiding you looking at them. Strange. Like I said, maybe nothing but it felt weird at the time. Weird enough that I'm taking a different route to work tomorrow.

I am a very sound sleeper, but I woke up and told my husband not to go outside, which he did anyway. I waited in the tent until he called for me to come quick there were some bright orbs coming towards the shore. It was very foggy and there was a heavy mist in the air. He thought at first it was a ship in trouble. As I got to his side there were three very bright lights traveling quickly towards what we call "pyramid rock." They would stop and "wink" at us, the lights would turn, go black, and then appear again. Right after they left the rock they traveled, quite brightly, along the cape towards us. Then they went back out and disappeared around other side of the cape. During this entire event, the dogs stayed quietly in the tent. This unusual for both of them, whenever there is something outside the tent they bark. It was unbelievably eerie, but I am glad I was there to witness this with him.

At 4:50 am. we were awakened by a strange animal like sound. I walked out and looked over the ocean and saw two bright orbs, about the size of a basketball, over the ocean. I immediately thought it was two boats in trouble as it was so close to shore. Looking closer, it was obvious that it wasn’t a boat because the lights weren’t bobbing up and down, but solid. The lights would turn and face shore then out to sea turning almost like looking around. As soon as my wife showed, a third orb appeared. Next, as we stood in awe, the lights moved quickly further out into the ocean. Moving quickly, then pausing every now and then. They then started moving south toward the rocky cape and disappeared into the night. The entire event lasted about four minutes. We spoke via telephone with the witness, and found him to be quite sincere, and sober-minded. We suspect he is a highly reliable witness. PD

Today's report is in addition to my last report, sent last week. During the time of our sighting, it was extremely dark and were in a heavy misty fog bank. The three orbs were just over the ocean about 100 meters from the 30’ bank we were standing on. As the orbs moved out in the ocean, they were heading towards Pyramid Rock which is about 1/2 mile from the shore line. Once near the rock, they next headed south back near the beach but towards the rocky cliffs of Cape Mears. The lights then followed the cape out into the ocean and around the rocky cliffs out of sight. Once the lights left our view, my wife and I couldn’t believe what we just saw. My wife said that if she didn’t see it with her own eyes, she would have never believed me.

We have witnessed this object fly over our house for several years. It does not appear every night and does not appear at the same time each sighting. When it does appear, it is usually shortly after sunset to no later than 2 hours after sunset. We had not seen it for several months. It generally moves east though it may be moving slightly northeast or southeast. The intensity of the white light does not change even after it passes over and goes out of sight so it is not a landing light or spot light. The light does not light up anything below it or around it. It does not pulse at all. The light is perfectly round. There are no other lights visible such as the red and green directional lights on the side an aircraft or a beacon light 1that would be on the tail of an aircraft. There are no strobe lights. It leaves no trail. It is completely silent. We have never heard the sound of an engine, rotor, prop, or buzz like from commercially available drones. We have no size reference for it other than it is much larger and brighter than a star such as Sirius. We have watched satellites and the International Space Station go over and this makes them look like tiny little pale pinpricks in the sky. We have no real speed reference though we think it is moving at about the speed of a passenger jet, possibly faster. It does not change direction, stop, hover, etc., but flies in a straight line. We have no idea what altitude it is flying at which makes it harder to try to determine a speed or a size. We are both pilots and are stumped at what this is.

Might be an aircraft, but what was weird is the large bright light stayed bright even when it passed to the north. No beacon or strobes of any kind. In fact other aircraft were in the sky at the time and as a pilot I do know the difference. I would say its speed was double of what the other aircraft were traveling at the time. We will be out tonight to see if it reoccurs. Thank you.

At 22:20, 07.19.2018 a friend and I were standing in my front yard, when I looked up and saw a single red glowing orb traversing the sky in a NNE direction. It appeared maybe to be at 2,000 to 3,000 feet up, moving at 100 to 150 mph. We watched this go straight for several minutes until it faded out of view. It changed direction slightly with a right/left turn, but continued on in its original direction. As we were discussing what we had seen, another red orb appeared 11 minutes later. This one was much higher (30,000 to 40,000 feet) and going much faster, twice as fast as a high-altitude airliner, and going in an ENE direction. Again, we watched this until it faded from view over the horizon. They didn't appear to HAVE lights on them...they WERE their own lights, glowing.

At 22:30, 07.15.2018 I noticed an object traversing the sky in a Northerly direction. A red glowing orb, with a smaller blue glowing orb trailing slightly behind. The blue orb appeared to erratically circle around the path of the larger, red orb, but both were tracking nearly due north. As they approached the path of a high-altitude airliner, the orbs slowed substantially, and veered around behind the path of the airplane, then continued on their original northerly direction. These objects seemed to be flying at an altitude similar to high-flying commercial aircraft, but would have been MUCH larger than a large airplane, and were travelling much faster than the airplane. Thursday night, 07/19/2018, two single red orbs were seen, 11 minutes apart, and observed by myself and another person. Will report separately.

Returning to Pendleton on Hwy 395, I was buzzed by, for want of a better description, an egg shaped object. It was Saturday afternoon and I was eight miles south of Pilot Rock, heading northbound, when what first appeared to be a car, standing on end, sailed about thirty feet above my vehicle and cruised on ahead of me. I was doing about 65 when this thing passed overhead; and concerned about being distracted, I decided to slow down. After getting a better look at it, the object was definitely shaped like an egg. It was tapered from the top towards a broad base. All white in color, the thing was the size of something like a U-Haul trailer—maybe six feet tall and fifteen feet or more in diameter at the base. For a moment, I considered the possibility that maybe this thing was some sort of drone. But I got to wondering, aren’t drones supposed to have some sort of propulsion? I couldn’t make out anything that resembled propellers, or an air intake, an exhaust port, something like that. There didn’t appear to be anything that was hanging from the object—landing gear, wheels, struts, nothing that resembled that kind of provision. There didn’t appear to be any obvious joints or seams, something that might indicate how the object was put together. Interestingly enough, there were little moments when I was certain that the material that covered this thing, although smooth, appeared to change shape. It looked like it might be elastic, or made of some kind of liquid. I don’t know if that makes any sense, but, then, the entire sighting was odd. For an insurance salesman, selling Life, Home, and Auto—and returning from our office in John Day—this was the strangest thing that I’ve ever seen on the road—or anywhere else, for that matter. To this day, I've never told anyone nor my friends. We were heading south from White City with my friends in my buddy's car. I was riding the back seat and my buddy's relative sitting passenger. It was a nice, beautiful day clear sky's with no clouds. We were taking the back road that runs next to Roxy Ann MT. which is the east side of the valley. As we got closer, I happened to look out the window to look at the view. I then looked up and just sitting there motionless about 200 ft above the ground was a black disc UFO just hovering above. I then immediately was shocked at what I was seeing and became to be fearful. I was so shocked that I couldn't even speak or shout as I was just paralyzed looking at this craft. The car was still moving, and I had to keep turning to look at it which was only about 1 minute. However, looking at the craft, I remember seeing this bright neon green light that came from the side of the craft that looked rectangle. I'm not sure what it was but neither do I know what I was all looking at. The black UFO looked like it had a metallic metal look to it, but honestly the whole craft had this dark, unsettling feeling that just didn't look natural nor is from this world. It was about a dark as the grim ripper, totally unsettling. I wanted to tell my friends, but they didn't see it and I thought they would have made fun of me or call me crazy. I kept looking as long as I could while we were driving away, but eventually I wasn't able to see it.

Came out of business into parking lot - walking to my pickup. Looked past it and over a motel to the west, (maybe beyond - it over ocean) was a dark diamond shaped object in sky - with lighted surface facing land - a symetrical pattern of red and blue lights - I watched for a minute or several, then Realized there were others much higher in sky to the north (near a dozen) - same shape, same lights, in random scattered pattern in sky - all of similar size/distance from me. All remained stationary the few minutes I watched them thought of taking a photo, wish I had, but also remember having a concern that if I took a photo, it (whatever it was) might not take kindly to a photo being taken. It remained stationary as did the others high up. I got in upickup and drove south, again at Siletz River, another/same shape and lights arrangement over lower Siletz River, lights facing west this time, and again, about same number of others like it higher up in sky and tho! se again, seemed more parallel to ground (less angled east or west) - wrote up soon after and sent to this site, but received reply to fill out online form - and haven’t til now. I also did a drawing to illustrate.

(1st) North Lincoln City, Lincoln County, OR. I saw a elongated diamond shape over a motel near the beach. It ppleared to have its underside tilted/angled toward the land. Within the crisp outlined/edged dark diamond shape were regularly interval spaced/patterned in red and blue color. As Inwas staring at it, trying to figure out how close or large it might be, noticed others to the right (farther north) and much, much higher in the sky... the main (closer) and others were stationary, motionless. No sound made that I could detect of the maIn one... and other’s were far too distant to know if made sound... so small because of distance that they were barely discernable as the same diamond shape blue and red light patternon each. Eventually I got in my pickup - still pondering what I’d been watching.... five miles south (approx 8-10 mins after leaving 1st sighting) - south of Lincoln City, as approaching Siletz turn-off from hwy 101 - same scene east of 101, but appeared to be facing the ocean, closest one - same object Shape and Color (red and blue) and pattern of lights... and again, others, maybe 10, appearing much smaller because of being much, much higher in the sky. Turned up Siletz River... drove into town of Siletz. As I was approaching town of Siletz, as I was 1/4 to 1/2 a mile from town, again saw one of same objects closer to ground, and a scattering (maybe 8 or so) of the others positioned much higher in the sky - by then it was a little about 11:40 pm.
