I thought it was a shooting star, but it was much closer and larger and flew across the sky over the corn and bean fields for 10 seconds, stopped and turned directions and exited into a seam in the âether. I saw the craft, it changed shapes as it faced away from me. Freaky! It all happened so quickly.

My wife and I were on our rooftop to watch fireworks on the 4th of July 2018. We have a clear view of The Sears Tower (Willis Center) which is about 2.5 miles away. I noticed a red light, a bit brighter than what we typically see on top of building or tall antenna for aviation purposes. We also could see that all the buildings had their own red light(s) on top for identification purposes. The thing that I noticed very quickly was that this red light was above the Sears Tower beacons by a long shot and was no way a part of that buildings antennas. The red light would stay solid for about 20 seconds then off for about 2-3 seconds, back on for about 5 seconds, back off for 2-3 seconds and finally stay on for 20-30 seconds. This process lasted about 10-15 minutes. Then the light moved in a completely straight horizontal motion, did the blink sequence and moved back to where it was. It then moved in a completely straight vertical motion down above another building, eventually moving back up. These movements were not fast nor slow but for the distance we were viewing from the movement was probably in fact very fast. At the end of this viewing the light switched from green to red and back to red several times and also did a white light blinking sequence for about 5-10 seconds before finally staying red. These color changes all happened while sitting in one spot at a time. We finally decided to leave the roof top because a large lightning storm was approaching and the winds were very strong. In fact we could see the larger fireworks being blown northeast into the wind quite dramatically. That was also very strange to see this light not moving with the wind as a drone or helicopter might. My first reaction was a helicopter but I have never witnessed a helicopter move in right angles so precisely. My wife suggested a Drone but I don't believe a drone can stabilize so well in 20-30 winds and if I had to guess this light was probably 3k-7k above the lake. From our vantage point the light would have been closer to southeast Chicago or possibly even Indiana. When we got back into out apartment I was excited to get my spotting scope set up to look at it but of course it was not there nor did it reappear for the next hour or so while we stayed awake.

Going from South to North over Chicago two bright red tennis objects slowly floated over my house. On a very clear night with little clouds they were very clear. They had no noise and were fairly low. Not blurry they were very clear. A minute later another single white object followed the other two now not visible going South over Chicago. They were clearly flying lower then the planes landing at O'Hare airport.

I was standing in front of my yard playing with my kids. In the distance I noticed a red light in the sky. It was still day time the light was in the same spot but you could notice it was still but it had a slight movement as it was hovering in the same spot but could not be completely still. Few more second one red light appears to exit the main red light thru the button. It exit then headed west rite after that another red light exit the main red light and headed east and both red lights disappeared. As I went to pull my phone to record it the main red light just disappeared. I didn't see it fly away it was gone. It looked like someone hit a switch and it turned off. When the two lights where flying off they had a streak to it. Like when people draw comet with the streak of light as it passes by or a shooting star. It was not a comet or shooting star. It was day time.

On June 25, 2018, at 2:36 AM., I received a FaceTime call from two of my friends. They immediately exclaimed that one of them had seen a UFO and that “they’re are aliens out here”. I told them to record it for me and to promise me that they were not lying or fabricating any details, my friend who is the one who witnessed it named, ((male name deleted)), claimed he was not lying and seemed anxious but ultimately agreed to record it. Two minutes later at 2:38 AM, I received a Snapchat video of a bright red light with a white light in the center, which stood still. ((male name deleted)) recorded the footage in a secluded Walmart parking lot behind the store which was right next to the field where he claims the UFO was hovering. He claims that it would disappear and then reappear in the same spot but only did so once. The video shows ((male name deleted)) out of breath, saying “ - I’m alright” to the other person present who did not witness anything, before continuing to hyperventilate. The caption on the! Snapchat video said, “It moved after this bruh”. Although the 8 second video is short, it does show the unexplained light. Now I live near where the location that they are talking about and there are no cell towers in the area where the UFO was sighted, and that would give off such a light. He claims it was definitely not any commercial aircraft like an airplane or helicopter. The video depicts a bright red light with a white light in the center. Upon sending me this video, ((male name deleted)) claimed that when he looked back up it had disappeared without a trace, as if it had disappeared within the blink of an eye. No entities were seen despite the comment about aliens, that was just his belief as to the origins of the UFO. I screen recorded the video so that footage is in my possession. I told him I would go to the spot in case there was any trace evidence, but was unable to do so due to work. We haven’t received any storms, only intense heat from a recent heatwave that had struck the Midwest, but besides that there is no indication that any trace eviden ce would disappear as a result. I will update on any future findings, such as increased electromagnetic activity in the sighting location, along with any types of abnormal radiation that may have affected plant life or any animals. I am okay with my name being displayed as I encourage others to contact me about their sightings as well. ((male name deleted)) agrees to have his name displayed also. June 7th 2018 Loves Park, Illinois 61111 11:36 AM CDT I bought a Canon T6I camera the day before. So I wanted to test it out and saw the moon was in the sky during the daytime to my W/SW. So I took a few photographs of the moon. I snapped a few photos in rapid succession When I took the photos of the moon, I did not see the objects with my naked eye. When I uploaded the photos to the PC, that is when I noticed the objects. I sent the main photo of interest (IMG_0084) So it was my 84th photo of the camera. I also sent the photo before and after, so you can see the exif information and see these are straight from the camera and un-edited. Photo IMG_0084 I was taking a photo of the moon. There is 1 visible object just to the upper left of the moon. If you put it into an editing software, you can see there is 3 objects total. 1 visible, 2 not visible. As you can see in the photo before and after, you can see the photos were shot in rapid succession and the times and exif info of the photos. So you can see these are unedited. They only appeared in the one photo. As for what it may be, I do not know. But figured you might be interested I am going to email you the photos via email.

I was on my way home from work. I saw two bright lights in the sky. I brushed it off at first thinking it was just two planes. They were flying really low. Then suddenly the bright lights went off. I saw three different light colors. Blue, red, and white. They kept meeting up and spliting up. I actually have four videos of them. The main lights kept going on and off. It looked like a diamond shaped disks.

Bright white light suddenly appeared and then slowly disappeared to nothing. Repeated several times, moving locations every time. Only happened about 5-6 times. After that I didn’t see anything else. Original date is flawed. We have assigned an arbitrary date. We have no means of contacting the source, given that he/she elects to remain totally anonymous, and provides not contact information. During my workday. I watch a departing airliner traveling north out of O'Hare at 8:15 am at maybe two thousand feet and climbing. I noticed to the west of the departing aircraft an object traveling east. I thought that there was a potential conflict (incursion) developing with what I thought at the time were two aircraft so I continued to watch. The flight that left O'Hare continued on without incident I continued to watch the object heading east and coming towards me wanting to see what this object really was and realizing it was at a higher altitude. As it approach I could faintly see a solid object then a reflection of sun turning it into a bright pin point of light much like a star. From my vantage point, I would say this object was a mile north of O'Hare at an altitude of seven to ten thousand feet when it stopped and stayed in place. I could not make out what I was looking at. The weather was mostly clear with just a few small clouds around the area After minutes in place it moved south towards O'Hare about a mile then slowly climbed all the time looking like a bright star. I have no idea what this object I witnessed was. After this sighting, I noticed that departures to the north stopped. I thought that air traffic control may be trying to figure this out. I called my wife to tell her about this incidence and that she may see something on the news. I would like to call O'Hare about this. I watched this whole thing for probaly eight minutes. Very bizarre, very puzzling. Perhaps military security surveillance. I am very much into aviation I am not making this up. There was three people that saw this and there was two planes went by it and then disappeared right before our eyes. The light was bright then dim then disappeared then came back did the same thing then it disappeared and then it came back for the third time.

I was in my yard and a star proceeded to move approximately 7 inches in the sky, southwest to northeast, revealing a triangular shape expanding and shifting into position above my location, seeming to nestle into the constellations appropriate to its configuration. It seems the second dimension, at a distance, illusory in nature, formed a geometric transparency. Shortly after, a bustle in the woods convinced me to retire to the indoors.

I was at a restaurant in East Peoria by the riverfront. I had just finished eating and was walking back to my car. It was clear night decided to snap some photos of the stars. I noticed a very bright star and snapped photos. My phone didn't store the original ones so snapped away again. I snapped photos of the stars by the electrical tower by the restaurant and of the bright light saw over the gas station next to the restaurant. I showed the photos to a friend and they said look at your photos again. There was not just one light but 3 in a triangle formation and the lights were moving. I was near a window that faces north and noticed a white object moving through sky in a southwesterly direction. What initially caught my attention was the apparent oscillating or alternating shape the object had. I stepped out to my balcony to view and it was definitely not a plane or balloon. It was, at this point, low enough to see the object alternating in appearance, yet had a slight distortion or haze surrounding it. I quickly stepped inside to gather my phone/camera. The appearance was spherical with an elongating cone shaped distortion that projected from the underside. I am estimating it was roughly 1-2K feet in altitude but it’s only an estimate. The object passed nearly directly over me and was gaining altitude as it progressed to the southwest. Its altitude stabilized when it was roughly 3-4X smaller in appearance compared to the initial time of observation. At this point the object seemed stationary relative to the ground, but may have gained additional altitude. Then it slowly moved east and it was visible for another 3-4 minutes. I took my eye off of it for a second and could not re-acquire. The entire sighting lasted from 16:43 to 16:52 I took photos throughout the observation. The initial 4 photos that were taken in fairly quick succession (within a few seconds) reveals two cycles of the alternating shape. Subsequent photos appear to be too distant to resolve much detail; however I have not down loaded to a computer for better viewing.

I originally thought it was a red light, possibly a tower beacon. However, after observing for a few seconds I thought it moved. As we watched, it appeared to move upward again but very slightly so I was unsure it moved. Then, I saw a discernable movement, up and somewhat spiraled. It then slowly continued upward until it was above the line of sight from the window. My wife got up and went to the patio door and saw it go up,overhead and vanish from her line of sight. She looks that way every night, although she has seen what she described as strange objects, she has not seen this discernable of an unexpalinable light before.

Observer was working as a delivery driver heading back to the store going south on 4th Street. In the top of his field of vision something shinny slowly formed in the air out of nothing. It sat for about 5-10 seconds then just faded out just as it had faded in. There where no clouds and nothing else visible in the sky except for one airplane (jet) about 20 miles west and was able to identify it because of the contrails. The UFO he saw had no contrails of any kind and was "so shiny it was almost blinding." It appeared to be tall but shaped more like like a half circle.

I watched for maybe a minute and I saw more aircraft. They were in single file formation, some were flying side by side. I called to my granddaughter and told her to bring her phone. I tried to count how many. I think I counted up to 20. They weren’t moving fast but, not too slow, but at a steady pace. They were headed southeast towards Crete, Il. My granddaughter did manage to capture a video. I asked a few of my neighbors, but of course they didn’t see anything. I just can’t imagine why there were not any more witnesses because they were in full view for so long. They lit up the sky; illuminating stars that I believe couldn’t be seen without their illumination. After, they left the sky was still glowing and the stars were still shining for what seemed like a minute.

At around 10:45 PM CST, I happened to be up yet and noticed a pulsing light in the sky from my bed located mostly in the westward, to slightly north direction halfway above the horizon. What made me look twice and observe for over 15 minutes was that this object was emitting a pulse of light in an irregular interval as well as at different speeds. At some times, the object would emit a slower pulse of light lasting maybe a second, but then at other times the object would emit a more rapid pulse of light lasting maybe half the duration as the slow pulse. As I said, the emission of light was also seemingly irregular. It would emit light maybe every three to four seconds, and as rapidly as every two seconds, but mostly emit light in a slow manner. When it traversed the sky it almost seemed to travel slightly more south-south-east rather than east as time went on. So, the point I’m getting at is that the orbit of this object didn’t seem to be in a straight line. I add this because we were starting to analyze the information and evidence at hand to determine if this was a satellite or not. I would imagine that a satellite would proceed in a straight line and not slightly deviate like this object was seeming to do. Also, we were considering that a rotating satellite may cause a reflection which would appear to be a burst of light like we were seeing, but not different pulse types unless in was rotating in multiple directions or out of control, which of course would be unlikely and not typical. Finally, it did seem as I was watching this object further, that at times when it wasn’t emitting light that I could see a faint bit of light (perhaps sunlight bouncing off of it; which would suggest that this object was in orbit around Earth) and kind of follow it, but this wasn’t always true. The French doors I was watching this object through from bed is a typical place that I stare quite a bit before falling asleep. This is the first time I have seen anything like it. I would be curious if anybody else saw this or if there is an explanation to what I saw. Thank you!

I remember that day very clearly, it’s a day I won’t forget. My husband and I live out in the country and there are several Amish communities in our area. Also there’s a small town called Cuba about 7 minutes away from our house. It was on a cool night of April 2018, I had to be up early for work the next day so I took my four year old son to his dads house in Cuba. The sun had just set, it must have been 7:30-8p.m. On my way home from dropping my son off, I had just left Cuba. I was driving down the highway there are trees, fields, and Amish houses here and there. I get about a mile from my gravel road I need to turn on and I look up and there are two dark V shaped UFOs, similar to a boomerang, hovering over the Amish Bakery and their house. There were a bunch of white lights on the under sides of the UFOs. They weren’t moving at all, I didn’t hear any noises coming from them and they were both probably as wide as a small house. I can tell you that my mouth! was wide open the whole time. I couldn’t even think! I was just so amazed. There were two cars in front of me and I’m not sure if they saw them or not. I pull onto my gravel road I get my phone out and put my vehicle in reverse. I was going back to record them. They must have saw me turn around because they started to drift away. I wasn’t able to get any pictures. My husband was at work when I got home, I was home within minutes after the UFO sighting. I was home by myself and I was absolutely terrified that they would come find me because of what I saw. Thankfully they did not! I even texted a co-worker to let her know what I saw so that if I went missing she would know. (( Witness indicates that the date of the sighting is approximate. PD)
