Two Bright star like white lights appeared in sky as small as stars then increased in intensity. Much brighter than the other stars. Increased in brightness synchronized together and then faded out together about 20 secs later. Not a cloud in the sky. Objects did not move and were silent. Altitude appeared to be 30,000 feet or higher. Initially I thought I had witnessed two stars supernova together. But what are the chances of that occurring. I am very scientific person my career is electronics engineer. I saw a similar event about 3 months ago but it was a single point of light and occurred at night. I am not sure what I saw. I have seen the international space station , meteor showers, but never anything like this.

A month ago, I saw a glowing orange orb moving really quickly across the sky. It then maneuvered in a way that I’ve never seen, disappearing behind a tree-line. I’m able to quickly identify things in the sky. I didn’t know what this was. I also didn’t report this original event. My wife and one of my children have witnessed the same or similar object in the sky, on separate occasions. Last night, around 9pm, I noticed two orange lights in the distance. I originally thought they might be planets, because they weren’t moving and looked different than the stars. I kept watching. One of the objects moved very quickly from its stationary position and was quickly out of sight. There was a tree-line near me that obstructed my ability to continue tracking it. The second object began to move slowly, in a direction similar to the first and was quickly out of sight. I thought that the event was very strange. I went into the house and sat down. 5-10 minutes after I sat down, the house was buzzed by a low flying, fast moving, jet. It was followed by a second low flying jet. Based on the sound, I could tell that the jets were moving towards where the orange lights had been. This could have been a coincidence, but was also strange. I spent 9 years in the military, stationed on an airbase. I’m very familiar with aircraft in the sky.

My family and I saw orangish red balls of light hovering over the ocean off the coast of Topsail Beach, NC. It started out with a couple of these balls of light, but then they multiplied. New balls of light would appear and others would disappear into the darkness. This occurred for 10-15 minutes.

Singular orange/red orb moved across ocean sky. Came to complete stop and then split into two orbs. Stayed suspended without moving for 5 minutes. The orbs then split into two more, total of four. The first two disappeared. Two minutes later another one split out of the second two. Five minutes later they all faded.

I had just dropped off our future son in law at a local training campus and was heading back home, southbound on Hwy 1 (also known as Capital Blvd), passing through Wake Forest and talking with my mother on the phone via bluetooth. The phone call was initiated at 13:42 and a few minutes later a fast moving aircraft caught my eye, moving from east to west, then making a quick vertical turn up with the aircraft turning so a triangular shape could be seen briefly as it looped up, then making a downward turn to only see the side of the aircraft (triangular shape undetectable--looked like a thin rectangle at this point), for a split second before a flash of opalescent crystal-like shapes appeared and then it disappeared. I live by a military base and am used to seeing fighter jets fly over on maneuvers when the air base was still separate from the army base (they are now together) so aircraft have always fascinated me. At first I wondered why one would be up in this part of the state when I first saw the aircraft. When it turned and disappeared, I knew it couldn't have been one of ours. I relayed what I saw to my mother after it happened. She mentioned Coast to Coast and how there have been more UFOs sighted lately. I just didn't think I would ever see one, let alone during the day.

One family member saw something falling from the third floor. The sky was completely clear and the sun had recently set. Five people went to the third-floor deck to witness this object, which we assumed to be a meteor due to its round appearance and the trail it left. However, it remained in the sky for almost 10 minutes at dusk, while there was still light in the sky. For the first two minutes, we witnessed the object falling directly downwards at a slow pace. It then made a sharp 90 degree turn and continued to move in that direction, leaving an orange trail. It left our field of vision after 10 minutes of continuing to the left. We are still unsure as to if this was some sort of space debris, such as a meteorite, falling through the atmosphere but it does not seem to match the criteria. The object was far enough away that we did not think it would hit anywhere near us.

Saw a light in the sky moving at a high rate of speed. It changed direction at tight angles and accelerated faster than any known aircraft could. I would have written it off as a reflection but it appeared to have been followed by a military plane. The object disappeared, at least from my view, quickly and was accelerating much faster than the military aircraft.

I casually glanced up in the sky above me and about 100ft i saw a craft shaped like a blimp but was almost clear like it was trying look like a cloud i stared at it as moved a few miles an hour till it was out of sight. I thought that couldnt be any plane it was going to slow with no sound it wasnt a blimp it was almost haze or clear colored like it was trying to look like a cloud . No lights no trail just a haze around it.

Saw multiple bright circular lights in the southern sky. Lights would move in formation. At one point one object remained stationary while one or more of the objects moved around it in a circular pattern. The objects would move toward each other and then away at rapid speed. The objects were high in the sky and several miles away. After some time multiple airplanes arrived in the area moving through the areas where the objects had been. The planes were moving at rapid speeds and climbing at very steep anglels.

The shape of this air craft is very difficult too explain because it had multiple different shapes involved as the design. It looked like something out of a sci-fi movie. It was a about 30 to 40 feet long and 8-12 feet wide. the fying manuevers of this aircraft is very unusual and remarkable. It was able to fly below tree lines at a very slow speed roughly 3 mph, hovering capabilities,and raise itself over the trees. As it flew the back side of the house you can see and hear it. I saw this flashing strobe light through the trees traveling. I see it turn and slow down and raised over the trees as I looked back because I lost visual of the object for split second, it raises up to get visual and turns around and starts coming and speeding up and in a dog fight formation like its going too take me out, decreasing elevation and slows down and hovers over us like its survalencing us at very low elevation but below my tree heights because it had to raise itself in elevation to get over the other tree line. Very unusual air craft. Really neat show in a way and breath taking but I felt very invaded. Im sure lots of ther people in the area heard it. You couldn't miss it. The stranges thing was it was over a residential neighborhood. I didn't take any photos because I couldn't get my camera working properly in time. Mulitple people saw and heard this air craft in the area.

11:30pm...Started seeing a very bright light at the top of the mountain across from our Mountain top view. Distance was around 3,500 feet. Watched the intense white light move around the area where it was hanging out. Watched it for an hour or so. Thought it may have been really bright lights on a 4x4 at the top of the mountain. Then I saw it moving up in the air and this is when I got very curious. I went and setup my 50x spotting scope on a tripod and zoomed in on the light. This is when I started saying out loud “what the f$@! Is that!!!” With my eye it just looked like 1 bright light. Through the spotting scope it was 2 concentric rings. Both rings had a number of round lights/spheres. 6 to 8 equally spaced lights on the outer ring. 4 to 6 equally spaced lights on the inner ring. All the lights appeared to be the same size. It appeared to be hovering just over the treetops moving around in the same general area. At times it would quickly squiggle up mayb! e 100 feet or more then squiggle down to where it was. After a couple of hours of hovering and moving around a bit, it seemed to have landed as it was now stationary and the light was filtered through the trees. Although there still seemed to be a little movement. My two buddies were all witness to this. We were all very perplexed as to what we were seeing. Watched this for a total of 6 hours. Finally fell asleep from exhaustion. Tried getting photos through the scope with our phones..did not work.

On August 19, 2019 at approximately 7:02 p.m. ET in Creston, NC, I saw a silver cylinder shaped object about the size of a bus moving through the sky from a northeast direction toward a southerly direction. No noise, no lights, no wings. It was moving quickly and although the skies were cloudy, there were intermittent breaks in the clouds where I spotted this “thing”. I watched it until it disappeared into a cloud. Some months back, I saw an object which looked the same on two different occasions, but there were two of them at that time. One went over followed by another one shortly thereafter which looked identical. The first time the objects were going from a southerly direction toward the northeast. The second time I saw them, which I believe was the next evening before dark,, there were also two of the objects going in the opposite direction. One following the other with a good distance between them so as both were not visible together. Someone posted a picture from California on this site which I saw and it looked the same as the object I saw.

Was sitting on the back deck when I noticed two white lights off to the south west of the Atlantic ocean one of the lights disappeared for about 15 minutes then both lights stayed in the same location for about 15 to 20 minutes eventually disappearing

Looked like a meteor but 10000 times bigger. It was extremely white and lit up the whole sky. Moved extremely slow. Then it went over my tree line and was gone.

In August 2019 about 8:00pm I was looking north at a Thunderhead in the distance from my home. A speck in sky just left of the Clouds caught my eye. It didn’t seem to be moving so I grabbed my Binoculars and observed a brown object at an unknown distance and altitude. Approaching aircraft in GSO where obviously closer so I would estimate the craft was 8-10 miles and around 10,000- 20,000 AGL. The craft was turning while stationary and from what I could observe it had a hole in the fuselage but as it turned it became solid. It looked smooth at some points but then as it began to move slowly towards the thunderhead it stopped turning and looked jagged. Almost like looking like a rock. It was brown or brownish the entire time and stayed at the same altitude. My wife observed the craft with my binoculars for a moment but she couldn’t keep a fix on it as the sun set. It did give a slight reflection as the sun went down in front of the clouds but it disap! peared towards the east behind the trees. I would like to note that the first observation through my binoculars the craft looked like a donut. After about 3-5 minutes I never saw that angle again as it moved.

I grabbed my boyfriend and his mom and we watched it do a bit. It may still be happening. No sounds, just random flashing with the middle area most active. Have never seen this before. They're getting brave. Armor up guys.

The object didn't move and we observed it for approximately 45 mins. The object just hovered and didn't seem to move though once it disappeared for a second but then came back. I also face timed a friend to view it as well. The object is still out there.

At 9:40pm looking directly over the North Carolina ocean on a clear night with a half moon, we saw first one, then 2, deep orange glowing orbs over the ocean at an angle of 30 degrees. On this night, that means these lights appeared stationary, halfway between the ocean horizon and the half moon. From Ocean Isle Beach, 30 degrees into the sky and almost straight out into the ocean, but more like 20 degrees to the right/south. Which was almost directly under the half moon at this time on this date. 3 nights prior, my brother and I saw a green fireball (meteor I assume) Bright green and going straight down into the water, directly straight over the ocean (probably burning up prior to hitting). This night was another clear night and I was on the beachfront deck with 3 others: My wife, my friend, and my sister. All 4 of us witnessed the event: brief but long enough for everyone to turn their heads and witness enough of it (both lights). The event itself: 1 deep orange stationary light appeared in the sky. It was about the overall luminosity of the half moon in the sky, so quite bright. More of an orb than a small point. Since we were spotting meteors, I yelled to look at that one coming right at us. (Thinking it was a large fireball headed directly at us since it appeared stationary.) But then it lasted too long and didn't move, and then started going out exactly as a 2nd one started glowing. Briefly this was like 2 orange headlights in the sky coming at us. As a guess, it seemed like 3 miles out over the open ocean at a 30 degree angle into the sky off the horizon. No boats in the area (some to the distant left and right), and no planes in the sky, at least none anywhere to be seen with lights on them. Visibility was strong, with the milky way band of stars visible directly overhead despite the half moon. The 2 orange lights only lasted about 15 seconds and each appeared stationary, and locked, horizontal to each other. Based on the distance away they appeared like they were 1/10 of a mile apart in the sky. The first light lasted 6 seconds, then started to fade concurrent with an equal and opposite brightening of the 2nd light to the right of the first light. Then the original light was gone and the light to the right was on, for about 5 additional seconds, then both were gone. They came on and off but didn't move otherwise. I went online to see if this is common in NC, and it's ultra common over the last 20 years. Lots of people seeing this type of thing and not a lot of good theories. But this video from 6 months prior seems to show exactly what the 4 of us witnessed: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GkUs79K940E Closest guess would be military exercises, flares on parachutes. But the lack of planes and the lack of smoke trails and any movement at all are an issue. Also, some other events seem to last longer, this one was rather fast and not useful for flares unless they failed somehow. Kind of a Chinese lantern glow but it was super windy that day and there was no movement, and we were watching the sky all night for meteors and I'm not sure how they could get out over the ocean and only ignite themselves briefly like that. The shutting off of the one on the left and concurrent turning on of a new one on the right make it 10x more eerie than if it was just one odd light, because it seemed like it could signify intelligent intent - which could of course be a coincidence. When filing these reports does anyone get back to you to say what it was, or to see if they can confirm if there were military exercises off the coast of NC that night? In the above similar event video online, it was in December and on a Tuesday rather than a Thursday night, but they said it happened "between 9 and 10 pm" which was a match, also a match in terms of appearing out in the ocean and slightly to the right. Though above video appears like a 20 degree angle and our event was a bit higher in the sky. Just after and seemingly unrelated, way to the left/north up the coast was a very distant storm cloud with frequent lightning within the cloud, looking like stranger things type movie effect. Visible lighting but eerie, and all within 1 cloud. Very distant though and to the left rather than straight/right, where there were no clouds, boats or planes. Though I guess that means some sort of exotic orange ball lighting could an angle.
