I was visiting La Mirada, California. I saw a bright light traveling north to south and it also traveled directly above me. This sighting was for 4 minutes from 9:03-907 pm Sunday night on 22 June 2014. I first noticed the bright light in the northern sky over La Mirada Regional Park. It was bright and low. It flew directly overhead and continued towards Fullerton. The light did not change in intensity as it was coming towards me or when it traveled away from me. There were no flashing collision lights. I was standing about one block south of the park. I am guessing that around the border of La Mirada and Fullerton, less than a mile south of me, the brightly lite object slowly faded out. For a few seconds, I could see the city lights reflect off the very dark, black object. Just for a second I looked at the helicopter and when I tried to relocate the unlike black object, I could not find it. This sighting was unusual in that there was a police helicopter! traveling with the UFO and at about the same speed. The helicopter and the brightly lite object were only a few hundred feet apart. The helicopter was not directly under it, but was slightly west of it. After both objects passed me and were almost in Fullerton, the helicopter made a 90 degree turn to the east passing under the glowing object. About 10 seconds later, the glowing object slowly faded out over a 4 or 5 second period of time. That is when I could see the city lights reflect off the dark or black object. The object looked to be about the same size as the helicopter, even though it was a little higher than the helicopter. Of course I can't say whether the officer in the helicopter saw the glowing object, but it sure looked like the helicopter was following it. I can't imagine that the officer did not see it, in fact, I had the impression he was following it.

Family was outside after my cousin's graduation party. It was dark but we hadn't turned any lights on to avoid the June-bugs. We were looking up because my uncle had an application on his phone that showed the various constellations. Then, from one side of the sky I thought I saw movement, but it was hard to focus on what was going on (whatever it was blended perfectly with the light-polluted sky). I pointed at it and told everyone to look. It flew directly over us. No sound. I wouldn't have been able to see it had it not been for the lights that appeared on the corners. What was strange is that the lights appeared to be facing inward towards the center of the aircraft itself. As it flew over I was become annoyed by the fact that nobody was saying anything, so I asked, "Is anybody seeing this!?" Two of my cousins replied exuberantly, with a hint of horror (which I understand completely, because this was really a strangely terrifying experience). It disappeared a few seconds later into the light pollution coming up off the horizon. The people who saw it were myself (a 16 year old high school student), my cousin (an 18 year old who just graduated), my second-cousin (also a high school student), and another second-cousin (also a high school student). Also present were our parents, and two other cousins, all of which did not see it themselves. P.S. Was driving back home in Fillmore from work around 8:40 pm on Sunday night. I parked my car on the side of the street when i saw a strange purple/red light high in the sky. The color was unlike any I have seen before, it was almost glistening slightly like a star would and it also emitted with its colors like a fireball, with what i believe to be blue and red, (giving it the purple color maybe?) and it was moving too slow be to a plane. Actually, my brother told me that he and his friends also saw the same object but from a different part of town but they were much closer and he said that it was reddish-purple and round like a circle. While I was parked watching this object it got behind a tree that was blocking my view of it, even though i was still able to see some of it through the tree leaves. After a few minutes i got out of my car and walked in front of the tree because i hadn't seen the object move past it. By the time i got there it was gone. I never saw it "leave," it just vanished even though I had kept my eyes glued to see through the leaves and the empty space around the tree.

Object seen: An object 5-15 miles to the south west from our current location, above the mountain skyline. It perceptibly had the same size and shape as an ordinary star, was not twinkling, and was brighter. There was clearly some kind of field or energy emanating from the object, my best description being an electric smoky haze. What it did: At first I thought it was a planet, until my girlfriend and I confirmed to each other that it was darting in random directions (few hundred feet?) within the area in the sky it was spotted. Each time it darted we would correctly confirm the direction to each other. It would also pause and very slightly contract and expand (this would excite the very slight field/haze surrounding it) Shape and Color: Craft: - Yellow - Star shaped (a small bright light) - No twinkling Being: - Translucent - Appeared like a cephalopod. Single source of bluish-white light in the “head” region. A being captured on video: I turned on my iPhone 4 to try to attempt to capture this object in the sky. The phone defaulted to the rear-facing self-portrait (facing behind us). Before switching it to the forward camera, I noticed something coming in to view from behind a retaining wall. It was a translucent, floating being. I turned my head to see the creature behind me, but there was nothing visible. Turning back to the camera, the creature remained on screen. I held the camera on the creature until its body language displayed that it noticed us watching it via the camera. The creature then swiftly vanished upwardly. Witnesses/Observers: College graduate couple who had recently moved to LA. We tended to be skeptical of such phenomena. This evening we both had consumed one alcoholic beverage each by this time. Me: 25 yr old software developer. Girlfriend: 24 yrs waitress. I have the video of this encounter, and would like to share it with a credible investigator. 6/22/14 24:05 Palm Desert CA 92260

Located in the sky not far from above grocery store Vons on Sierra Madre. A diamond/cross-like bright light. Three times the size of your average bright star in the sky. Moderate speed, medium slowish. No white, green or red blinking lights like helicopters or or airplanes. No alternating lights like Cessna. Slowly went dim, and immediately lights went out and the UFO vanished into darkness. Unreal, chilling, and special altogether. I will not give my name, my IP is suffice. On Saturday June 21, 2014, at about 21:30 (9:30pm), I came outside the front of my house to throw the trash out in the garbage cans which we have on the side of the house when I happened to look up facing west towards Los Angeles. I live in a city that is about 11 miles southeast of downtown L.A., on the edge of the San Gabriel Valley. They were 10 orange-yellow fireballs about the size, from my perspective, of a small fireball. They appeared to be in a loose formation at about 3-4000 elevation. Where I live, our house is under one of the direct flight paths to LAX so many commercial airlines are always over our home. These "fireballs" had no discernible wings or other aviation lights on them. Four fireballs were leading the "pack" in a loose line and then the next four appeared to be in a square like formation with 2 fireballs trailing behind in a loose line. They appeared to be traveling slowly and kinda lightly "bobbing" up ! and down. I knocked on my neighbor's house and he came out and witnessed the same thing. The people across the street, who like to sit outside their house in the evening,also witnessed this. One of the young men who was sitting outside had noticed it right away, but did not want to draw any attention to it for fear of being ridiculed. It wasn't until I and my neighbor were outside and talking excitedly, did we attract their attention. I tried to take a picture with my cell phone but I have a flip phone and didn't take it. Also the people across the street were unsuccessful. Earlier in the week…on Thursday, June 19, this same type of fireball was reported on our local KCBS affliate here in Los Angeles. Someone had captured it on the phone and sent it in. This was in Orange county in the evening but instead of 10 fireballs, there were two fireballs which appeared to merge into one fireball. After about ten minutes the fireballs slowly "went out" or dark. They were still there, I'm sure, but they turned off the lights. The direc tion they appeared to be going was east towards the San Gabriel mountains. I have reported this kinda of sighting before on this website about 2 years ago, and at about the same time of year- late June. Only instead of 2 fireballs (lights) I saw 10. I did report this on your website. Strange as this sounds, I have been waiting for them to come back because I reported my "first" ufo sighting about 2 years ago on June 29. Only then it was a huge fireball that "slowly" went out until it "disappeared." I had a "feeling" they would be "back" and about this time of year- late June. Sure enough, here they are again only more numerous and in other locations. I did call the local authorities (sheriffs) who told me to call the Air Force and the same KCBS station that had initially reported the Orange county lights but they could not do anything because I had no photos or video of it, the same with the local KNBC station. Again, you had to have video or photos. As I looked up to take 2 photos of planes making a vapor trail crossing in the sky, I saw this huge object that moved very fast from one photo to the next in only about 5 seconds. I was alone on a rock and was shocked by this crafts size, colors and speed.

I am a truck driver of 28 years, 24 of which is over night driving. I'm used to seeing drones and stealth craft while traveling near Edwards AFB. This blew my mind. While traveling east on highway 138 near Pearblossom Ca at 5:10 a.m., I noticed about 20 degrees to the south of what I believe is Venus in the early morning sky a very bright strobing light. At first I thought it was an aircraft strobe but all at once a strobe of light shot about 1/4 of the way to the earth followed by several others at incosistent intervals. I pulled to the side of the road and watched for about 10 minutes. Above the strobe was an object in the sky that did not seem to be connected to the strobe and did not seem to move side to side or up and down but appeared to be moving further away until th object could no longer be seen. I could not tell how far away the strobe was, maybe a couple miles, maybe 20. There was nothing to relate it to in the sky. The strobe turned to a steady dot of light for a few minutes before starting to strobe again and then stopped and disappeared. I waited another minute or two and then there was one final strobe of light about twice as bright as Venus. It made me jump and was not seen again. What did I see!

Altitude unknown. Observed a zig-zag formation of 5 red-orange orbs from the NE. Orbs lasted about 10 mins. before fading Walking NE, we noticed a zig-zag formation of 5 red-orange orbs. Altitude unknown. The lowest orb moved side to side slightly before fading out. Seconds later, the top orb began fading. Right after the rest started fading out.

Event Date: 6/20/14 City: Pico Rivera State: California On the evening of Friday June 20th, 2014, my wife and I were le1aving Walmart at approximately 9:40 p.m. California time. I chose to take the street behind the Walmart and Lowes to get to Rosemead Blvd to go home. As I turned left heading east, there they were four UFO’s! I am an avid aviation enthusiast and I know an airplane or a helicopter when I see one. These were not identifiable aircraft. They were in fact entering the flight path of LAX traffic. I stopped in the center area of the street, pointed to them to a passing truck and he stopped to look. These four moving flying disks were wobbling and moving slowly towards us, the color was orangeish/yellowish, the light was only coming from the bottom of the craft’s. As they approached, one turned right, or North, the others followed. Now they are only a few hundred feet from us. A clear night and I could see them extremely clearly. The lead craft turned off its lights and I could actually see it better and clearer. It was a saucer for sure! The lead saucer immediately came down to only a couple of hundred feet off of the ground. Just as the craft’s started north, my wife yelled out, I hear a jet, I looked over my left shoulder, and a jumbo jet was making a hard right turn to avoid the craft! I see these jets turn to make their approach all the time; this one was an avoidance turn! My wife was extremely scared and was screaming for me to leave, so I left the scene as the four UFO’s or Flying Saucers were heading north.

I observed a huge flat diamond shaped object hovering above area about 1/2 mile southwest of I-680 Hwy 4 interchange in Pacheco. It was very windy and the object remained almost motionless. It was fairly low like 600 feet or so in the air. I circled back because I was so sure of what I observed and after returning on side street it was still present and had moved a bit to the north. It was larger than any kite I have seen and showed no response to the wind. It was rush hour and I am surprised not to see hundreds of reports on the net from this observation.

At 2 am, I went out to my second floor balcony to smoke. Coming from the east 2 orange balls what I thought were probably airplanes moving slowly to the west. I couldn't see any of the typical red light on one side green on the other. I thought perhaps they were headed to the airport a few miles away. Their distance apart remained about the same. The one behind appeared to stop for a few moments but they were traveling slowly so I wasn't sure. While this was going on a helicopter began circling the downtown area with its strobe light on. It made about three passes. Not unusual, there are helicopters out every night. I thought the helicopter would report anything unusual and I would read about it in the morning. The forward one then turned south. As it almost went out of sight, I swear a small ball of light was ejected from the bottom. The one behind that seemed to hover for moments turned south and very slowly disappeared in the distance. I went ! back in my room to watch Highway patrol and noted it was around 02:10 and I hadn't missed too much of the tv show.

I'm 34 and live out in the country in Patterson. My mother was over and we went outside to check on my animals and I looked up and noticed a yellow bright object in the south. It was hovering and made no sound. I began to record it using my cell phone. My sheep, chickens and dogs became agitated. The object became brighter and then began to move upwards. At this moment a helicopter flew over the top of it. It didn't budge. Then it began moving towards the north east and the closer it came the more we could make out that it now had 3 lights, and a dark oval outline. The main light was yellow and the other two were blue. It still made no sound. It was dead silent and flew at the attitude of a police helicopter and flew right overhead but, silence. During the time we watched it, my cell phone kept shutting down. We watched it until it disappeared behind the orchard.

June 6, 2014 around 11:15 p.m. I witnessed two motionless circular orange lights in the sky. Occasionally, one of the circular lights would disappear as if it was being dimmed out (as if someone was dimming a light in a house). This event lasted for what seemed 10-15 minutes. I was walking into my kitchen to get a drink of water when I noticed two orange lights in the sky through my sliding glass door (leading into my backyard) that overlooks the city I live in. I was facing south while viewing these lights and what made them so interesting to me was they were not moving, completely stationary the entire time the event occurred. Initially, there were two orange lights and after a couple minutes one would fade out (again, as if being dimmed out). After about a minute, the light that originally faded out would reappear then the other light would fade out just like the first one did. The process of one of lights fading out and the other light reappearing happened three times. Each time the light wou! ld come back it would appear in the same spot that it was in before. This did not happen simultaneously, when the light would come back the other would stay from anywhere to 5-10 seconds before it would fade away. What also made this interesting to me was that it occurred near an air force base in my city. My house is located in a bit of a higher elevation from the rest of the city which gives me a panoramic view of the entire city and is roughly 10 miles from the air force base. These orange circular lights were not parallel or perpendicular to one another (making me believe they were two separate objects) and one was always sitting a little higher than the other. When the event ended, there was just a single orange circular light in the sky and it faded out just like it had been doing the previous times.

The light was going in and out traveling to my north. It was way too high to be a plane. It was way out of our atmosphere. It wasn't a flashing light..but more like a fire going in and out but for 30+ seconds. My gut tells me that I witness something not from here. And too slow to be a meteor. June 19, 2014 Dear Mr. Davenport, Have you heard about the reported lights in the sky last night? This was widely reported and video taped in Southern California, beginning near Camp Pendleton Marine Base by Oceanside, and continuing over Orange County, (for your reference, near the coast/Disneyland area), and then going north to and over the City of Riverside. I did not personally see these lights, but they reported on the lights and showed the video tape on every station in Los Angeles, Ca, that reaches the counties named above. The Marine Base and NASA states, there were no military aircraft in the area during the sighting of these lights. The sheriff’s offices in San Diego County, Orange County, and Riverside County were contacted by several people who viewed these lights. I hope that you will look into this report. You can view these lights and the report by going on the websites of any of our local stations, ABC Channel 7, NBC, Channel 4, CBS, Channel 2, all Los Angeles stations. Thank you

I was driving home late from work (around 11:00 PM), when something caught my eye off to the right. I had just crossed over the Alicia Parkway bridge that leads to Rancho Santa Margarita Blvd. to make a right turn, and there it was: a glowing orange ball of light. It was moving at a steady pace, parallel with the road I was on, so I decided to follow it. The object was large- I estimate it must have been the size of a house. I signaled it with my headlights. I pulled over to view it and kept following it as far as I could, until it passed over the hills and was out of sight. I probably frightened the car in front of me, because I was following them and flashing my brights until they turned into a residential neighborhood. I was leaving my moms house in Encinitas and saw 1 just hovering and I thought it was just a plane coming in to Palomar Airport. Then as I was driving I noticed that it wasn't moving. As I got closer to my home, it was still in the same position, which to me looked like it was about 500 ft high and over the beach in front of Camp Pendleton Marine Base and when I got home I began to film with my cellphone. About 5 minutes into filming, it started to pulsate or blink very faintly and after a few seconds another orb showed up. They were both hovering there for awhile and then the first one faded away. After a couple minutes the second began to blink and the first one just appeared in its original position. They repeated this a few times and after 17 minutes of filming they both slowly faded away. From the time I left my moms to the time they left was about an hour. But they could have been doing that for hours because one of them was there when I looked in the sky while getting into my car at my moms.

When I looked out of the sliding glass door a saw a orange ball of light in the sky line. I began to do a process of elimination in my head, As the orb of light just hovered over this spot in the distance it occurred to me it clearly wasn't a plane. I went outside to see if I could possibly hear helicopter noise....nothing. Then a second orb apeared and the first one was gone, vanished! The second orange in color orb hovered for a bit and then as fast as it appeared it disappeared! I have never seen anything like it! After both orbs disappeared I heard and saw a military helicopter the helicopter was loud and gray in color and had no lights on it.

June 24, 2014 Dear Mr. Davenport: I wrote to your site on the night of 6/18/14, regarding the UFO’s over Orange County and Riverside County, California. I see you noted it on your front page. I found tonight, when signing into Google, I typed in Mysterious lights over Orange Co, Ca, June 18, 2014, immediately, video evidence popped up. If you go to the second entry, a couple heading from Irvine, California (Orange County) south towards Dana Point, California, video taped the objects, even one going out, and then coming back on. For your reference, it says uploaded by Justin Me., and there is a reference to utube at the top of his entry. You can hear both the husband and the wife, as they are video taping this phenomena. This sighting was not only reported to your site, but hundreds of calls were received by many television stations from people describing the same thing. There has been no explanation by anyone of authority over the past 6 days. Initially, Camp Pendleton Marine Base in Oceanside, California, and the FAA said they had no craft in the air at that time, and did not know what it was that people were viewing. Have you received any more information from your sources? Several eyewitnesses reported to news stations, helicopters were seen trying to chase these lights in the sky, with their searchlight pointed up instead of towards the ground as we are used to seeing, when a search is occurring. If you get a chance to view the video I referred to you , you will be amazed. And that is not the only video that has been shown by local television stations. This is not a hoax. I just wish someone would explain even if they don’t know what it was, but to let us know someone is looking into this. Thank you

I checked outside and I seen this bright yellow light, The yellow orangish light would turn into a circle, and somehow to like a thin rectangle light . After like 6 mind the light disappeared and you couldn't see anything anymore. We believe the time indicated by the witness was flawed. We have amended it, to reflect a sighting just before 23:00 hrs. (PDT). PD
