We were walking my dogs in the desert. It was dark and we had just started walking into my neighborhood from the desert. I noticed an odd sound coming from a long wall that encloses houses, separating them from the desert. At first I thought there was something in the bushes. It was an electrical sound, kind of like bees buzzing; or water running, or, a rattle-snake sound. It was a distinct, loud buzzing vibration that I couldn't figure out. I commented on it to my boyfriend walking behind me. He pointed out a craft with red and white lights in a southwest position in the sky, but I kept focusing on the sound below. The more I followed the sound vibrating in the bushes along the wall, it seemed to keep moving with me. Finally, I realized it was coming from the space craft above us, and the sound from it was vibrating below. I had originally figured this aircraft was an airplane of some kind but upon closer observation, I realized that it was unusual how it w! as hovering in the same spot for several minutes and not moving. It was an oval shape, and the lights and sound were the most distinctive features. I kept watching it for a long time and then it suddenly turned off its lights and headed in a bee-line toward the mountains, which was in a western direction. I continued to hear the unusual vibration while it became softer, and observed a dim light and shaped of the craft as it disappeared over the San Gabriel Mountains. It moved rather fast too. I later speculated that it was definitely a UFO and neither one of us had ever seen anything like it before, and we are elderly. It also seemed to me that it may have been using some kind of ultra-sound to take pictures of the terrain below, or was looking for something. It even occurred to me that it was possibly a craft using vibration or super ultra-sound to levitate. I had heard of experiments in this area a while back. My boyfriend and I were both amazed by this experience. I felt unthreatened by it, at the time of the experience, and my dogs did not seem disturbed by it, but they did seem to notice the sound that we heard and were curious about it too. Later at home, I started feeling a little uneasy at the possibility of what it could have been. I looked up some images of UFO sightings and there was one that correlated with what we saw; an oval-shaped craft with red and white lights. The entire experience lasted for about 10 minutes.

A round black and purple object flew across the sky from East to West at the constant speed, without making any sound in almost clear sky. It was observed by 3 people - a 39 yrs old guy, working in IT industry and well educated, his 8 yrs old daughter, who is in third grade and his 64 yrs old mom, who has been science teacher for most of her life. Initially, the dad thought it was a helium balloon left free by some kid, but the round object flew at a constant height and constant speed and it flew across the sky instead of going up, as in helium balloon. We cannot recollect seeing any such object before and so we think it is an alien object. We could not take picture because it flew off our sight in 1 minute. ((AADDENDUM FROM WITNESS)) Hi Peter, Sorry, I submitted the time incorrectly. We sighted it on Dec 7th, 2014, at 12:07 PM Pacific Time, which is still 12:07 is 24 hour format. It was about an hour ago and obviously 20:07 hasn't happened yet :). The sky was clear with little clouds at the time of sighting. We were playing in backyard, watching humming birds when we saw this object. First I thought it was a helium balloon because it was about the same size, but its speed, height and direction didn't gel with any free flying balloon. It was flying towards Thousand Oaks which is west of Simi Valley and I am sure others might have seen it if someone was driving in the car or outside looking towards sky. My daughter was first to notice, then my mom, and then me. My mother said, she observed something like fans on either side of round object, but when I looked up it was a bit far and didn't notice anything like that. Hope this helps. I stepped out to have a smoke, and while smoking i was looking at the sky, and just looking around. Anyway to the north there are mountains and hills, and on the hills are relay stations for t.v. etc.. One of the stations has a large antenna with a red pulsing light on its tip. while looking at the antenna light, i noticed another reddish light, out the corner of my eye to the right of where the antenna is, It more or less dropped straight down from the sky, then in a long arcing line was heading in my direction, with a large orange slow pulsing light and a red hue around it. Well i knew right then that this was very strange, dropped my cig and ran in the trailer to grab my new ipad for a picture. Came outside and now this object was getting very close, so I starting firing off pictures. Now this thing is almost over head and begins to slow way down and slowly turn to the west or left, and also at the point it slowed down the light stopped pulsing and staye! d on constantly. Not being familiar with how the ipad camera works, i was fumbling about with it, and at the same time trying to keep my eyes on the object, that was more or less right above me now. As it was in its turn the light, (without any other explanation for it) looked like an eye rolling back in its head and was gone!

As I was driving Highway 17 early in the morning with by husband a very bright big oval shape object caught our attention in the Los Gatos hills. I quickly took much phone put to record it but as we came to a turn we lost sight of it behind some trees. We tried looking around for it while driving but it had vanished. Three white pulsing orbs were seen. They appeared faceted (like a round faceted crystal). At 12 am I saw one large orb. It appeared to be coming closer, directly towards me and extremely slowly appearing to become slightly larger in size. By 12:10 there were two, one small one now closely above and to the right. Then later a third small orb of equal size appeared a good distance to the right The small orbs appeared also to be farther away. The pulsing was beautiful and hypnotic. I found it difficult to break away. I experienced a sense of timelessness and weightlessness while watching the large orb. I finally stopped watching and then looked again at 12:30 to find the positions had changed. A large triangle was formed by the three orb points. The large orb was above while the two equally sized smaller orbs were positioned below and respectively to the left and right of the larger orb, forming an obtuse isosceles triangle. They remained this way until at least 12:45, at which time a marine layer came in and began obscuring the view.

Going from west to east, an anomalous, triangular craft streaked along the sky. There was one red light that stayed in alignment with itself as the craft moved. Strangely, the light was never the lead of a craft. As well, it never lost shape, as all angles were, too, maintained. As it went by I tried to get any kind of reference point, a star, perhaps. It crosses a star and is, noticeably, translucent. After it left the area, there was a heavy number of helicopters, like police choppers.

Westchester, California. At approximately 16:44 hrs., I observed three sphere objects, pulsating white lights in a triangle formation, north west of my location. Objects still in triangle formation then moved rapidly side to side and up and down. Objects then changed formation to a straight horizontal line and repeated the same rapid movements side to side and up and down. Objects then fell out of straight line formation and appeared as if they were chasing each other. Objects then descended out of view, and disappeared. The duration of the of incident was approximately fifteen seconds .

About an hour and a half ago, at 8:20pm (give or take a couple of minutes), I was standing outside in the Mission Hills Mini Park. I was looking NNW, when a neon blue light came into my field of vision. Again, it was mostly a neon blue, but there was a much smaller red light glow or light too. The red light was about one quarter the size as the neon blue or smaller. The light was as large and as bright as the landing light of an incoming jet preparing to land at the San Diego airport. The light did not blink off and on as the anti-collision lights do. It was a steady light. Anyway, this light was moving very fast from the east to the west when it came into my field of vision. Within 3 seconds it was NW of me and made a 180 degree turn. It came back east a little and then went almost straight down but at a slight angle. It disappeared for 20 seconds or so behind the tree line across the canyon and then came back up for 10 seconds. It moved in a swimming motion in different directions. Then down again below the tree line; almost straight down, but again at a slight angle. This was not a long way away from me; it was close. The light was closer than the planes coming south towards the San Diego airport. When the planes are preparing to land, they get close to the airport and turn or head east along the Interstate 8 freeway corridor before turning back to the San Diego airport. So, this light was moving much faster than the planes preparing for their approach to the airport and of course was closer to me than the Planes heading east along the Interstate corridor. This light was also lower than the incoming jets and planes at all times in this sighting and must have come down close to the ground in order for me to loose sight of it, twice, behind the tree line across Dove Canyon (western finger of Dove Canyon). This light moved gracefully, but not in straight lines. It moved slightly erratically, a little like a d! olphin swimming rather than straight lines. When it made a 180 degree turn, it was almost instantaneously. This obviously was not a plane or helicopter. If it was a drone, it would have to have been a jet powered drone, but that is not possible either, since there was no sound.

I only just found this site, hence my very late posting, and also my best guesstimate of the date in late November 2014 that the event occurred. My fiancé and I saw a craft on a perfect sunny and clear Sunday afternoon that we have failed to find any information on it, and wonder if you can help give us an understanding as to what it was. The craft was a flat metallic grey sphere about thiry-five to forty feet in diameter. It appeared to be unpolished titanium, had no windows, no lights, and was completely silent. It traveled at a constant speed, about the speed of a fast moving Bell Jet Ranger, which we see a lot of here, so approximately 140-150mph, When I first saw it I thought it was a helicopter but I couldn't see any blades. I pointed it out to my other half, and we looked at it as it came right towards us. It was flying at no more than 1500ft, and at a constant speed, passing by in total silence at around 150mph. At its closest it was no more than 1/8-1/4 mile from us. It was a perfect blue sky LA afternoon with low afternoon autumn sun perfectly illuminating it, so it was absolutely clear what it was. We live on the Santa Monica Mountains with a very open 180º panoramic view out over the entire LA Basin, and this craft quite literally flew along Sunset Boulevard. For days after the event we searched the internet to see if there were any other reports of it, but found nothing. What neither of us can understand is how a craft can fly through such a densely populated area and be completely unreported.

I noticed the large orange orb over the ocean while my boyfriend was driving. I told him to look over at it and he immediately pulled over to check it out. The object was bigger than the size of the moon and sun. We watched the neon orange object change shape and gradually disappear into the ocean. We suspect that the sighting occurred at night, and have changed the time above. The witness provides no contact information, so we are unable to contact her to confirm the time. PD

I walked outside and saw a long blue light at least 20 to 30 miles long unlike anything I have ever seen. I appeared to be coming from the sky and rotated very slowly. This light was definitely not the type you'd see from a movie premiere. My mom who is not a believer in anything extraterrestrial was shocked and amazed and without words.

I was sitting outside at about 6:45 pm when the all the electricity on my street went off then I saw a flash of light that lit up the whole sky that followed with a gong sound then that whole thing happened again 5 seconds later. Strangely enough all the dogs in my area started barking too. I swear im not making this up. I found this site to see if anyone else noticed something similar and saw that it happened in 04 in my same town. I had a brain scan done like a week ago and it came back 100% good. So I know im not losing it. So weeeird.

Location of sighting: 700 block of E. Cedar Ave., Burbank, CA, looking south. Both witnesses, male and female, in their early 60s, rational, well educated, and with good vision. Both saw the event in the exact same manner. The female is a former single engine pilot and wrote this report. Weather, per weather service, at time of sighting: Clear, visibility 10 mi.; Temp 68F; Wind, calm; Barometer, 30.03in. I was saying goodbye to my friend out in my patio when he said, "What's the hell is that?" I turned and looked at where he was pointing and at about 1500 ft. altitude over Glendale, about two miles to the south of where we were standing, we saw two teardrop shaped craft. They looked like red flames with dark yellow center. They were hovering for approximately two to three minutes then one of them started to move upward and south. The red light started to change intensity as it traveled, then it suddenly picked up speed, still heading south on an upward trajectory and within 30 seconds of acceleration, suddenly disappeared. The second craft had remained in its original position, and continued to hover and was bright red with yellow center. After the other craft disappeared, it started to head north towards us maintaining the same altitude. Movement caused its lights to vary in intensity just as it had the other. It continued north for about a minute, then rapidly reversed direction, increasing speed, then started an upward trajectory as the lights became more dim then suddenly, at an altitude where it would still have been easily visible, it disappeared; like someone turned a light switch off. There were no other aircraft in the vicinity during or within an hour before this event. There have been none since, and it is now 45 min. past the event. I have all manner of aircraft flying over, around, and nearby my location. I am well acquainted with the different sounds and know how far away they can be heard. I am also a former pilot. At a distance where any known aircraft would have been easily and loudly recognizable, THESE OBJECTS WERE SOUNDLESS. They were shaped distinctly like a teardrop, with the pointed end facing earth. They looked like traveling "red candle flames", with a yellow center. This sighting is remarkable for, 1) soundless craft, 2) rapid in-line change of direction, 3) rapid acceleration from hovering, 4) complete disappearance in an instant, 5) shape of craft inconsistent with known aircraft, 6) colored light completely surrounding the craft, 7) variation in intensity of lights between hover and movement (light grew brighter when it hovered or slowed). This report was also phoned in. (near end of conversation, call became disrupted then suddenly dropped) We spoke via telephone with the witness, and she seemed to us to be quite sober-minded and eloquent. We suspect she is an excellent, and reliable, witness. PD

Me and some of my family members were on a San Diego bay/harbor cruise in the San Diego bay. Shortly after the boat departed I saw this strange, multi-colored, ribbon like object slowly moving over the Downtown San Diego skyline. It seemed to be attached to a red-orange ball like object. I told my family members and they all saw it. Some other people on the boat may have seen it. The object was traveling at about 10 miles per hour. I watched it for about 5 minutes onto it disappeared beyond the horizon. I took several photos on an IPad mini and I will be emailing one to you.

i am so frightened right now, i have been scared for two days, i cant get over of what has happend to me. i had just came home from the pizza parlor i made my sons birthday around 7pm here in lancaster california, when i arrived home i was so tired that i went straight to bed, i got in bed i put my cell phone on charge. then slippid into my pajamas. my bedroom door was shut. and the light were off. my room was dark. it was around 10:pm give or take 11:pm i put my head down and i fell asleep, suddenly something woke me up, it surely wasnt me that woke up, like my body arose from a sleep and made me look straight out the window, now my bed is facing a big window, and i have thes white floral print see thrue sheers. when my body woke up i stared at the most brightest fireball that i have ever seen in my entire life of 32 years. this ball looked to be 20 miles away from my house. but it shot a beam of light that was gold as the sunset like orange gold fire. it w! as so powerful, that i couldnt bare to look anymore i shut my eyes after 10 seconds and even shutting my eyes i still got blind thrue my eye lids. it was like nothing ive ever experienced in my lifetime. as i opened my eyes it got bigger and closer, i tried to reach for my phone but my body was scared. n paralized as if i had no control over my body i seen how it took off over my house my whole room was ligh up as if the sun was in my room. and it left with my entire yard ligh up golden orange. i wanted to see more but my body fell back into a sleep. i woke up that day with my eyes hurting burning. and now im really scared. i dont know what to do i told my mom n dad and they believe me because i always tell the truth, im a father of 2 children and i never experienced this befor. please am i in danger. what do i do im terrified to fall asleep again. scared my mom sleeps with me in my room with the light on. i feel that i got beamed or something this isnt right, i dont believe in ufo. or ghost, but this wasnt right or normal. this really happen ed to me and now i look at this life in a different way. please get back to me. From my backyard in northeast Los Angeles, at approximately 5:18 pm on November 24, 2014, I looked toward the western horizon after sunset. The sky was a deep cobalt blue with the rapidly approaching night. I then saw a pair of red lights blinking in rapid succession due west about 50 degrees above the horizon. The apparent size of the lights was comparable to the apparent size of a star. The lights moved in a steady fashion and in a slow apparent speed. They moved forward as if flying side by side from one another (instead of in a line, trailing each other). The red lights were approximately 15 degrees apart from my vantage point. The distance between the lights did not change during my observation. The lights blinked in a definite pattern which did not change (left-left.….right-left-right-right……..left-left….right-left-right-right…..in rapid succession.) The two blinking red lights moved slowly north and then continued off to the northwest until no longer visible at approximately 5:26pm. There was no sound associated with the lights as far as I can tell. The relative positions of the lights as they moved gave me the impression that I was witnessing a massive winged aircraft flying silently in the sky, with each blinking red light located at the end of each wing. However, no aircraft (spacecraft?) assembly was discernable between the two blinking lights. No other lights were associated with my observation, such as the constant glow of green and red lights one normally sees in civilian aircraft. I, the observer, am a private K-12 tutor with an interest in science.

I was walking home from a friend's house..as I looked into the sky I saw two bright objects . I didn't think anything of it..but as I continued walking...I noticed that the two objects were drifting apart slowly ..I then pulled out my phone and recorded. The NEXT night. I saw the same thing..but I continue seeing objects coming and as they head east of my home..the just disappear into thin air..I had a severe Hallucination a couple days ago. I was laying down and my room suddenly turned black and white...everything seemed like a wave an moving in a wave motion and I was walking around..but then I woke up...I thought it was real ..it was SO vivid. But a strange thing...as I felt myself wake up..I saw a flash of a triangle shaped colorful object..I lost 30 minutes. But it felt like 30 seconds. On Sunday November 23rd, at approximately 5:45 pm, my wife, sister in law, and myself were standing on the street in front of my sister-in-law's home, which is currently under construction. The sun had just set and as we were getting ready to get in our car, my eye was drawn to a bright flame orange object which was rising over the horizon to the north east of us in the just dark sky. Over the next 30 seconds or so the object became bigger and brighter as it appeared to get higher in the clear and cloudless sky. As it got closer to coming overhead of our location it was clear it was not a plane, rocket, helicopter, of ballon. The object had no navigation lights, did not blink, was silent, had no contrail, and did not flame out like a meteorite would. Its speed seemed to accelerate as it headed to the southwest, but was constant in its direction until it disappeared from view. The most compelling observation the three of us had was its orange constant flame orange color and unusual and possibly changing shape... We were able to take several photographs which bear out the unique color of the object against the sky. I consider myself a bit of an aviation and space buff and this was unlike anything I have ever seen.

I was in my room which has a balcony off of it and I decided to glance over to look at the stars through the sliding glass door. As soon as I did I noticed the object. At first glance it appeared to be a meteor, but I do not believe it was a meteor. The object was in the NE part of the sky. It appeared in the sky just above the horizon and was streaking down with a long white trail. It seemed to move much slower than the average meteor. Also, the light and size were incredible. It looked like a bright white sphere. From my vantage point it was about the size of a softball with a long bright white light trail. I have never seen anything like it. It seemed to linger longer than an average meteor in the sky. This object was so bright. The light coming from the object was such a bright white light than it reminded me of the led xmas light. I'm not sure of the exact time of the sighting, but it was between 1AM and 1:10AM. I'm located on the Playa Vi! sta/Marina del Rey city line. The object was in the North East part of the sky. The object became visible to me in the horizon and looked as though it fell to earth. It lasted about 5-6 seconds. I would love to know what I saw??? I do know there was a meteor shower recently, but this did NOT look or act like a meteor.
