On December 31st/January 1st very close to midnight while traveling south on Ca. Hwy 99, from Sacramento to L.A.. Just south of Sacramento, about Elk Grove area. I noticed 6 to 7 light peach colored, illuminated objects in the sky. Moving in a Easterly direction. Having been in the Air Force and seeing many air shows at first I thought they were a formation of military helicopters, they were moving about that speed. Slow and steady. They did not appear to be that high up (less than a mile. Maybe a half to 3/4). Being night time it was difficult to tell. Also, being in a big rig and on a hwy it was not possible to tell by sound (too noisy). For that same reason I could not tell if it made any noise. The formation was very odd as well. One I've never seen before. 4 points to make a square, then one above to form what would look like the pitch of a house. Then another 3 times the length out from there. Pointing in the direction it was going. East, north easterly. I've been a night driver for many many years. I've never seen anything like this before. My gut feeling was this was not E.T.. I did not stop for a better look. So I could not tell if this was one object with lights or several objects (by seeing if there was a star field between them). They moved in perfect unison. I watched them for about a min before they and I passed beyond my windshield view. The color of the lights were very odd. Like no color I've ever seen on a flying craft. Not red nor orange. More like a faint peach color. Or a spot light turned down very low (color wise) yet the light was very illuminated. Having flown and taken lessons planes have two colors. One on each wing. Red and blue or blue green. White lights forward. Never peach. I thought about a blimp for New Years, that's possible, but I sure could not make out its message? For what it's worth. Much further south out around hwy 41 and 46 on both hwy 99 and Interstate 5 we have many night time crop dusters that you can get all kinds of crazy light formations (not different colors) because they fly in very weird positions to prepare for crop dusting in a very short span. My point. UFO sightings in those areas are more likely crop dusters than anything else. This or these were definitely not a crop duster.

It stayed in the air for most of the time. Periodically it would drop what looked like flares. It appeared as though it was very low, but once we got home I saw it elevate quickly and it's light dimmed. Then it looked like it swung around and brightened up, then once more swung out and I lost it. Kind of like in a squiggle line pattern, or sound wave pattern. Also, it had green and red/orange lights.

They had seen three fireballs, in a triangle formation (an upright triangle.) By the time I came out, one of the orbs had disappeared, leaving just two. These are the objects that I witnessed. They appeared to be balls of light, with an orange core flaring out to red. They moved very slowly, completely silently; they traveled in a south east direction, over the Menifee/Murrieta area, and then they slowly disappeared. They didn't simply pass beyond our line of sight, they seemed to almost burn out. Not sure what it was, but it would be nice to know.

On New Years Eve at approximately 5:30 pm in San Ysidro, CA, near the Mexican border. I was outside facing the Eastern sky. I noticed something with red lights ascending into the sky. At first I believed it may be an airplane, given that there is a nearby airport. However, I soon realize that the airport is located in a different area than where this was ascending from. I watch as the object moves closer west. At some point the object stops and hovers over a residential area approximately ten or fifteen blocks away from me more or less. At this point from what I could tell I was looking at a circular disk type object because what at first seemed to look like a red light began to spin and show red and white lights all around ,2 red and two white. The object made moderate moves from left to right twice while spining and began hovering kind of like when you spin a coin on a table and it starts to slow down. it continued side to side slowly then i tried to record ! it but my phone cam coincidentally didnt allow me , I got an inssuffient storage alert . i called family to tell them to go outside and look but as soon as i began telling them the ufo began to descend and disappeared into the horizon, almost as if it landed or got lower to the ground. We spoke via telephone with the witness, and he sounded to us to be quite sincere and sober-minded. PD

My sister and I were walking home from her daycare and she said,"Look!" and pointed to the sky above a tree line to where we saw a very small grayish disk hovering really high up, I'd say about the height airliners fly. It was just hovering then it blinked almost to a different position what looked like a mile or two away from its original position and stayed for I'd say about 10 seconds then it blinked again and disappeared. I did not have my phone on me at the time which was a mistake I wish I hadn't made.

My 2 sons (21 & 22 years old) and I were outside in the hot tub around 10pm in heavy fog, initially, but the fog lifted and we started seeing stars. My youngest son and I were facing my house looking up and my oldest son was facing us. Suddenly an extremely bright light (greenish blue) seemed to spotlight down over the eave of the house. It only lasted a few seconds. The son facing away from the house toward us said the trees and horse pasture lit up, but he didn't see the light directly. My youngest and I had to squint while looking at it. We all immediately said, "What was THAT??" It was totally silent outside - no noise whatsoever.

I put on my glasses, & woke my husband so that a second person could witness the object as well. He seemed as astonished & perplexed as I was. The 2nd ball caught up to the 1st. The seems to hover at the same height for a few moments, then the second one vanished. The first did more of a shrink, or slow fade until it seemed to be nothing more than a small, red, pulsing star on a descent. Finally it disappeared altogether. No noise accompanied the sighting. A few minutes later an aircraft flew by across the night sky, with its usual blinking wingtip lights. Based on the aircraft's position & size, the balls of light flew much higher into the sky & were much larger.

A buddy and i just got home while walking southward to our shed, i stopped and took notice of a craft towards the SW side heading NE. we have seen plenty so it was brushed off as a today's normal oddity. A min later.... an etheric-like object came from the south about 500 ft above us and "floating" very closely in opposite directions to the craft i spoke of earlier. As i called for my friend he shouted that there were 2 more in his view. The object, if i must give it a shape, would be conducive with a helicopter. Thought it was Etheric looking, it did not physically bend in a fluid motion. However, it did float about in a fluid motion.

What seems like 2 triangular lights glowing dancing around off the 2 glendale freeway (looking south east) from La Crescenta ca. Over the mountains and then they get very bright and after a few minutes they disappear. This has been happening for over 1 year. Sometimes they won't show up. Looking through by telescope. They appear triangular. Unless my mind is playing tricks I've seen a real UFO and these look similar. However they may be something else. Possible sightings of "twinkling" stars? PD

It was around 4:30pm, bright day, and I looked up and there were three stars that looked like Orion's Belt, but I was seeing it in the day. I continued to stare and them then they started to move from Orion's Belt formation into an H formation. The left star move up two more came into view from below totalling 5. They continue to move into an H then another come from the right. When they started to move my friend came down and I showed her what I was seeing. A plane flew by and I had to tell her to follow the plane and then said right there can you the stars because they were so high up. She did see the star things. I took 4 pics but they were so high my phone didn't capture them

Object on fire in center/sides but both ends were still in tact not on fire, Fell from sky horizontally and fire was out before landing in the rocky hill in one piece. Could not see where landed as it was behind the hills. I was traveling at 70mph going south on I-15 leaving Temecula (Riverside County) saw right before getting to the border patrol station and entering San Diego County (Fallbrook/De Luz) area. It first appeared to be a satellite that would be flying very low, or chopper that would be flying too high, a plane which light would be just too bright....odd we thought until it became just too bizarre when it actually stopped moving and remained stationary above our heads

Walking my friend to her car at 915pm in Concord, California, we looked up in the sky and a sky lantern or what looked like a floating candle was moving around about 100 feet off the ground and then went behind a tree then took off towards the moon.

It is just a transparent object trailing the clouds produced by an aircraft. I was looking at the trail (I always think that the aircraft trails is somehow connected to the outer space creatures because like the Mayans said about a flying snake, it looks like a snake trail from the ground, also sometimes those trails just produce some crazy lines that lot people doesnt know about and i just saw this one trail one day that was like a logo or a marking of something thats not from this world) I just saw this transparent object that was reflected by the sun out of nowhere and I was just looking at it and tried to tell my friend about it while i was looking at it and it just disappeared out of nowhere. It is just a transparent object it must be a boxed or a rectangular shape to produce that kind of reflection from the sunlight. It was located at the west near the setting sun. It was my first time seeing a Unidentified Flying Object so I was so hyped about it tel! ling my friends about it. Sitting in my backyard patio at twenty past dusk talking to a friend on the phone: I saw what appeared to be a slow meteor. I would estimate a velocity of under 20K km/hr but greater than 5K km/hr. The fireball appeared over the coast range of mountains to the northeast at an elevation of about 25 degrees. It proceeded on a level trajectory for a very long minute and a half or so to the SSE. It did not dim or brighten until the end of the ionization track at which point the somewhat fuzzy ion track appeared to break up and spray out a little as it dimmed and went out. This ion source did not leave a trail of any kind, it burned through the sky and was gone. Other fireball meteors I have seen have left ion trails and sometimes smoke trails. This one didn't. Would this suggest a (nuke power perhaps?) satellite reentry? Most likely not as I would expect a significant glowing smoke trail at this time of day. Having witnessed multiple rocket launches from Vandenberg I know very much what they look like going up. Re-entering space debris. PD

Thought it was a falling star or Comet, but it kept going. Had a long sparkling tail . Very white-bright, very fast traveling from Northwest to Southeast. Continued in same direction seemingly level across the sky until it was out of sight. When I saw it I asked the nearest stranger what it was, then everybody in the store parking lot looked up to watch it. Someone said it looked like a rocket. Re-entering space debris. PD

I was in the car and I saw what looked like a meteor burning up and breaking up over the Palm Springs Airport. It burned for at least 3 minutes, then broke up into a few pieces. Those pieces disappeared for about 1 minute, then reappeared further away. About 1 minute after that, the entire thing disappeared. The trail changed colors, as if it was burning different gases or something. Re-entering space debris. PD

Seen from back yard: bright and swiftly moving object caught eye. Comet like in appearance. White light tip with gold red tail flair. Close altitude proximity and fast...the moving brightness is what caught eye. Too fast to take picture...should have been seen from highways 23 and 118...traveling from Moorpark towards Simi Valley. There were numerous reports and videos of sightings from California, Nevada, and Arizona, of the re-entry of 2015-080B / 41178, on 2015 Dec 23, near 02:10 UTC (Dec 22 18:10 PST). It was the rocket body of the recent launch of Progress MS-01. It was the model 11S510, which has an empty mass of 2410 kg. While taking an after-dinner walk, in my neighborhood, I observed a spherical, bright object, of an orange-amber color,and with the approximate intensity of a welder's torch, moving in a south-southeasterly direction, toward Reno, Nv. It also left a contrail, visible in the moonlight.It was making a sound, similar to a jet-engine sound, only quieter. At first glance, I thought it was a conventional jet-aircraft, and appeared to be moving at about the same approximate cruising-speed, at an altitude of approx,10-15,000ft,AGL, but then I noticed that it had NO running-lites, or red tail strobe-light, as required per FAA regs. Then, I thought that it may have been a meteorite, but it's light never changed in color, or intensity, as they typically do. I'm 52 yrs.old, and have NEVER seen anything, quite this dramatic! As it disappeared behind a cloud-bank, I was almost tempted to "brace for impact", I thought that it could have been an incoming N.Korean ! or Chinese I.C.B.M! Re-entering space debris. PD
