20 or more round, magenta colored objects. Seen from Howarth Park looking northeast. The magenta lights were moving independently and all moving north. Some appeared to be dimming in brightness. Over the course of 2-3 minutes, all 20+ of them disappeared. A separate observer filmed the sighting and claims that near the bottom of the formation, there was a bright wisping white circle. There appeared to be 3-4 man made lights approaching the magenta lights

When I was coming home from the store, I saw bright orange lights, almost like stars, floating in the sky. Six of them were near the horizon almost behind the mountains and dimmer than the others, seven were to the right of the moon and almost looked like the little dipper but when two of them drifted further away it was very apparent that they were not stars. Three were to the left of the moon, one faded before the rest did but one was flashing faintly. Five more were directly above in the sky. After about 5 minutes, they all began to rise and eventually drifted up and faded until they were no longer visible. When I got home, several of my neighbors said they saw the lights too and couldn't make out what they were. I also called a friend in another part of town and she said she saw them as well, but further north meaning they were fairly close to the ground.

I am located south of the Griffith Observatory about 10 miles form Santa Monica near downtown. I was facing SW when I saw they object. I observed it moving in an easterly direction then it stopped behind a cluster of clouds rays of light still breaking through openings in clouds. It started moving again, then disappeared.

Was driving into town and about 5 minutes before, bright white flash lighted up sky then Noticed 4 orange/yellowish lights in sky in a triangle-like formation slightly rotated to left one on top 3 on bottom. We're hovering all slightly moving then 2 bottom one disappeared then after about 1 minute last bottom one started fading out when in shot up into atmosphere then slightly after last one disappeared. 5 minutes after another bright white flash that lit up whole sky.

From my backyard, looking due West. I see two bright orange stars, 10 times brighter than the brightest star. Both are descending from 30 degrees to let's say 25 degrees altitude, due West from my perspective. Separated from each other by about two inches at arm length. Each light was horizontal to one another other. After two or so minutes descending very slowly, they changed direction due North (moving one or two feet to the right, at arm's length.) The whole event lasted 5-10 minutes, or so, before each light disappeared, one after another after a 2-3 minute interval. The event repeated itself, identically. https://youtu.be/pFLGmOweVtM

I come walking down the street and turn the corner and immediately notice approximately a dozen bright yellow lights hovering about a half mile to a mile to the east of me. These lights are all at eye level and are hovering in a large group over the city of San Anselmo centered around the Red Hill area. Behind this group there is a V or triangular shaped formation of 3 lights that look just as if they came out of a welder's torch or a soldering gun.I walked over to talk to a woman that was looking through the trunk of her car and said do you see what is going on over here. She joined me for about 15 minutes as we observed this group of brightly lit objects. She was very concerned and totally amazed at what she was seeing and had never seen anything like this before. There were two large objects about 200 yards apart with approximately 7 to 10 objects in between these 2 large objects. It looked like these objects were swarming in between these 2 large brightly lit objects like bees swarming around a hive. All of these lights looked the same except they varied in brightness. These objects looked like they wanted to be seen and were totally cluttering up this small area with no attempt to cloak themselves or become dimmer. This concerned neighbor and I were looking at this object on the far left of this formation for 10 to 15 minutes and could not make out any specific shape to it, except to say that it had streams of light coming of it, and that it looked like an oblong "lava lamp". Finally this object on the left began to strobe or blink and started heading southwest toward Mt. Tamalpais area with all the other objects following. My neighbor said this was going to be bothering her and she was going to be thinking about this all night long and was going to be upset if this was not talked about on the news.I told her I witnessed a crazy amount of activity the night before but the activity was farther away and out over the bay near San Rafael.

On a bright, windless day, driving south along the coast around 1pm, I saw first one, and then a total of five aircraft, make their way down from the coastal mountains, across the highway, and out over the ocean. There was also a small Cessna type aircraft buzzing up and down the coast. These five aircraft at first seemed small, but then it appeared they were all very large, seen at a distance of a quarter mile. They were somehow very dark, too dark to identify any markings despite the bright sun overhead. They looked like large bombers in shape, but then again, not. Very hard to describe their shape. Kind-of like military planes but kind-of not. They looked more like some sort of squashed plane, with a short nose and squat wings, but very large. It was very hard to tell. The reason I am posting this is because they were traveling at a speed SLOWER than the birds around me. Even at the distance from me, I could see the small prop plane moving faster than the five large aircraft. They didn’t make sense. They should not of have been airborne, moving so incredibly slowly. It doesn’t make any sense. Only balloons can travel that slowly, or maybe a hand-glider. They should have fallen out of the sky. I was smoking a cigarette on my front porch and facing South - South/West. Looking up over the two story building across from me I saw what I thought was a plane or helicopter with orange lights. As I looked closer, I could not see a blinking light required by aircraft and noticed there was 3 hazy orange lights. The craft was coming straight towards my location in a normal flight pattern. I only found the craft to be out of the usual when it began to slow down and without making any normal sounds or lose any altitude, it didn't make any sound but it was quite a distance away so that didn't mean a whole lot at this time. After slowing down it started to drift diagonally to the South, the three orange lights still facing me. At this time I was thinking to myself this is not normal for an airplane or helicopter. The object then slowly moved directly to its right or East, again the 3 lights still facing my direction. The lights had a orange haze around them and! then it started going in reverse and dropping altitude, these movements all happening in a smooth slow pattern. It didn't last long but it was definitely strange as it disappeared or fell out of view.

I was chatting in thousand oaks ca.my freind was oblivious talking to me.I had noticed a black object the shape of a soft edged triangle with a drifting s.e. rotation. I said "what's that!" The time was 3:02 roughly.it was very black under a overcast sky.when they first saw it the one guy was insistent it was a helicopter. but no sound at a distance of what seemed like a couple thousand feet. a height of about 1000 feet. Speed seemed like 50 miles an hour.another witness saw it moving slowly in a 360 circular motion."no noise". it covered about a mile and I had to climb onto a wall to keep seeing it. i know for a fact I would probably not pick it up well on my phone because of the lighting available.

Long line of up to 10 orange flickering lights appeared to have risen from beach or near shore ocean area. Travelling together in a staggered line stretched across what appeared to be 3 miles judging from ground references. High cloud reference provide altitude reference at less than 5,000 ft AGL. Continued rising and forming staggered lines with apparently random numbers of lights. Lights travelled in a roughly straight line northerly direction proceeding across the approach path to a Naval Air Station and adjacent bay continuing in direction of major airport. Lights appeared to be miniature candle-powered hot air balloons but travelled too fast to be propelled by wind only. Objects accelerated and decelerated. Some made minor directional changes. After crossing the bay and before reaching the main airport, objects varyingly: disappeared, turned to the east and faded, seemed to morph into a small collection of red and green lights so as to appear like a small aircraft, or did all three (3). Display continued for 10-15 minutes possibly including 30+ objects. After a brief pause, the lights began again coming from a more westerly direction, closer to the beach and rising from behind high-rise condos, this time proceeding more directly perpendicular to aircraft approach and travelling on what might have been a rendezvous path with the previous strings of lights. Light from the new direction lasted less than 5 minutes. Observers were part of local family, working professionals, former military, graduate level educations. ok we were going down a free way to are land we own. Just as we were getting ready to turn I saw a ball in the sky just sitting their not moving but low enough to se some detail. it was tan kind of like skin with dents in it kind of like a ball with half of the air gone. I ask my husband what is that he said maybe a weather balloon said its to small and its completely still. Well we turned the corner and as we are coming up to are land I notice another ball by are water tanks at the rear of are land. I jump out of the truck and run up top of the hill behind the tanks. The ball was really low about to stores it look like the one I had seen by the hwy it looked like it was organic like human skin. so my husband walks up beside me and says I don't no what it is but its landing I look straight ahead and there it was a sliver disc it must have been really hot the air around it was rippleing. it was huge and landing so I look back up to the ball and its gone I look ahead and the saucer is gone. What is even stranger is that I watch alien shows all the time what I never see is a ufo with guards or what ever the balls were. I feels good to finally tell someone.

I was observing the night sky on January 1st, 2017, between 2:30 am and 3:00 am, when I saw 6-8 lights about the size of Venus in formation traveling West across the sky. The formation was about the size of the moon and took approximately 8 seconds from when I seen the objects, to where I couldn't see them anymore. We spoke via telephone with the witness, and he seemed to us to be quite serious-minded. We suspect he is a quite reliable witness. PD

My friends and I were in the backyard hanging out for New Year's Eve, when one of us saw three large orange orbs glowing in the sky. We all looked up and everyone saw them. They were in he shape of a triangle with an orange light at each tip. After a few minutes one of the lights went out, followed by the other two. They didn't change locations or make any sound, just disappeared.

Bright orange light slow moving at first, then moved very fast, then vanished. Bluish-green lights seemingly chasing, and then hovered, disappeared but then reappeared in a different spot. I took a few pics and video on my cell phone.

We were at Balboa Pier, in Newport Beach, California, at approximately 8:15pm pacific time on 12-30-16. We were looking at the horizon to the west into the ocean, for the moon, (which there wasn't) and noticed a steak in the clouds. Then out of the clouds suddenly a bright round light appeared. We were saying to one another it was an airplane, but it just stayed in one location for about 3 minutes and then withdrew from its origin in seconds. Of the right wing, a cylindrical light object rose quickly in diagonal direction above Oakland and surrounding city then hovered for 5 mins or more. It rose and moved in a projection that was unusual in how quickly it turned and ascended diagonally. It then hovered in one spot for over 5 minutes. Our plane turned into descent and we lost sight of it.

I was in my bedroom at 12:54 and I heard a strange noise outside, so I look out my blinds and I see a rectangle with strange light on it like a circuit board, not that long from this event I heard some kind of air crafts and I saw a military titan plane from my window.
