Approximately 1300-1315, witnessed 2 very bright white lights in the east sky, as I watched the two lights, extremely bright visible objects, moved at different speeds and slightly changed altitude, to the south briefly and then disappeared. Weather was clear, with a few clouds. I moved to get a better view of the objects, but could not find them. They were no longer visible.

Daughters came running in the house and said they seen a black flat object with red lights on the front. I thought they are just little girls but two hours later, I caught a glimpse of the same thing, moving across the ridge. Dogs all over were barking. I was on my bus, heading to my bus stop, when I got to the intersection on Cedar Avenue and 4th Street. The sky was super cloudy and there was a slight wind. I had been looking at the clouds when our bus took a right turn onto 4th Street from Cedar Avenue. I looked out of the left side of the bus, (even though I was on the right.) That’s when I saw a circle in the sky. You might be thinking I am thinking of the sun, but this was a CLEARLY FLAT CIRCLE. It was red on the outside with slight curls, then a thick layer of green, then a layer of yellow, and finally a mix of orange. The layers were not neat lines either they were kind of mixed at the edges. It was just above the clouds, I could tell it was that close. I could see it through a slight gap in the clouds. I was the only witness since our bus was moving but a few people saw me as I pointed out the weird thing in the sky. The time was 3:15 PM it was 4/13/17 and there was MASSIVE clouds over our area.

Bright red circle with blue around it that changed to white above north side of Des Moines Objects moved irradicaly across the sky. I had time to record 2 sightings on my cell phone. Object was seen off and on over a 15 minute period.

My story is very thrilling. My family and i were BBQ in our backyard. We took our seats around our fire pit and started to eat our food. One of us saw a light in the sky. He said, ''Guys! Did you see that?'' We said, ''no, what did you see?'' he said ''it was a light, i don't it was a shooting star it didn't leave a streak. but not only that....it was red and yellow. We stared like it was pulling our leg. suddenly we all saw the red and yellow craft which was a cigar shape. After about 1 it went away. The whole time the crafts were just sitting there and it almost seemed like they were spectating us. We all went to bed thinking it was just military aircrafts. but here is where it gets interesting....one us (which was a teen girl) said she woke up and heard a rumbling sound in our backyard...she said that she looked out the window and stunned to see little eyes staring at her (directly at her). she also said that that she saw an aircraft but it was very small. It was only about 10 by 4 craft. She ran to her bed and went under her covers and stayed there in till dawn. She didn't sleep at all that night and said in the morning what she saw. we went outside and we were shocked to see a lining of a large circle in the dirt. In till then we all think it was maybe a UFO. so that is why we came to you guys. Please email me back as soon as you guys can, so i can and my family figure this mystery out. There is much more details to tell. And when you email me back, please tell me if there has been any similar sightings as what i saw.

While outside near the 13000 block of Olive Blvd. and looking to east southeast (110 degrees) observed UFO with multi-colored red and white lights. UFO seemed to be hovering and moving back and forth at a high altitude about 3 miles away toward Olive and Mason Rd.. Tried to follow, however, it traveled northeast and I lost it in tree line. UFO began strobing its lights when I took a picture with my cellphone and began traveling away. Nothing further to report.

We were sitting with friends around the fire pit, when my husband looked up and yelled, "What is that! It's a UFO!" We looked up too, and saw a round disk shaped object flying overhead, just above the tree line in our backyard. The bottom of it glowed with white lights. It was silent, and swiftly flew off into the distance.

Myself and my Wife witnessed a large bright white light moving slowly from the North West, to the South East. It passed high over my house, and at first I thought it was a helicopter, but there was no noise coming from it, and it had no green or red flashing lights, just a large bright white light. I though it was one of those bags with lite candles inside, to make it lift, but it was too white and too bright and it stopped, after it passed my house, I watched it for at least 15 minutes more and it did not move, and just looked like a very bright star? I have been an engineer for many years, so I tried to rationalize what it could have been, but I cannot come up with any explanation of what it could be, I got up this morning and ran out to see if it was still hanging in the same location. It was gone.

At approx. 20:52, I was standing on my front porch facing the south, at which time an object appeared from a westerly direction traveling eastward at a low altitude and at a very high rate of speed. The object had a very bright single light on the front and appeared to possibly be cigar shaped. There was absolutely no sound, and was visible for 3 to 4 seconds, after which the object disappeared from view. I was not wearing a watch, but approx. 5 minutes after seeing the object, I went in my house and called the Surfside Beach POLICE Dept.and reported the sighting and asked if others had reported the sighting and the dispatcher informed me that a lady reported seeing the object while walking her dog.

I was looking out of our motel window. The assumed fireball entered my field of vision from the right (west) and disappeared over the mountains to the south. It seemed to be traveling west to east. There seemed to be no tail, smoke or other material coming from the fireball. The object was white and did not change colors or size. The sighting lasted 3 to 4 seconds.

We were driving home from the fair. We saw what looked like a shooting star. It began getting bigger a brighter, like it was going straight towards us, it stopped, turned, and began going in the direction of 22 north. We were on 501 west headed home. It had multiple lights and was almost oval-almond shaped.

I was standing outside my house talking to a relative when a very large, bright, white light passed through the sky in the east behind my house. It moved quickly and disappeared behind the tree line. My relative is much shorter than me and from their position was unable to glimpse the object. It is also worth noting that there is a Marine Corps training depot and air station in the area. It was silent at the time with no helicopters or airplanes around. An investigation of meteor activity showed that sightings of meteors were lightly unlikely due to lunar patterns.

While traveling north on Highway 33, I noticed what seemed to be a falling star. Being that I've seen a ton of falling stars before, I expected this one to fade out. It didn't fade immediately. The altitude of this object was much lower than any falling star I've seen. Once I had my eyes locked on it, it sped across a field. It disappeared briefly, and out of nowhere, it was on the other side of the field. It then change direction in mid flight, and zoomed back in the opposite direction. I lose sight of it after that. ...against a clear blue evening sky; (1) incredibly fast/ black/ object - observed traveling SE to NW. The object was shaped as illustrated, between these parantheses lines ( :__: ) [end]. One single, black object, traveling 3-5X the average descent that a commercial aircraft would fly, into SLC International Airport. The single black object traversed my viewpoint at ((address deleted)) E. Gilbride Ave. (SW line of sight) within 5 sec., and disappeared into the blinding sunset.

Traveling home from Chapel Hill, NC, last night (April 12, 2017, at about 8pm) towards Monroe, NC (driving southwest), I observed a very intensely bright light ball moving extremely fast across the sky near Asheboro, NC, but in the rural part of Randolph County. This was obviously not a plane or helicopter because of the lack of signal lights and the absolutely incredible speed. My first thought, after ruling out planes and helicopters, was perhaps that I saw a *huge* meteor; but, the object was different enough that I couldn't rationalize a meteor. For example, it did not appear to travel like meteors I have seen in the past which appear high up in the atmosphere and quickly burn out. In terms of assessing the possibility of larger, lower flying meteors, the object did not have the characteristic "burn trail" or "tail" that a low burning meteor typically has (at least in my experience of seeing photos of low meteors). This object was clearly moving horizontally across the sky at what appeared to be a constant altitude with no trail. The object was an intense blue/white light ball, and it appeared to have a very slight haze near it, but this "haze" could have been an optical illusion, given the brightness of the object and the speed with which it moved. Any "haze" that was present was no larger dimension than the diameter of the light ball, so it did not seem to fit with a meteor trail. I first saw the light ball when it was just about the center of my windshield as I was driving. It moved to my left, traveling southeast, and across the sky to the horizon or tree line in an elapsed time of only about 3-4 seconds. So, this light ball was clearly moving at an incredible speed whether low in the sky or higher than I suspected. I estimate it to have been lower than 500 feet, but that is clearly only an estimate, as I have no way of knowing its true size or altitude. Again, unlike a meteor, the object did not burn out - it simply moved out of my sight at great speed. Regardless of what it was, it was a fascinating experience. This is the second time in the past 2 years that I have seen a fast moving object in the general area of central NC, once it the daytime (a "craft" of sorts previously reported here) and this bright, nighttime ball of light. ((ADDENDUM FROM WITNESS)) Dear Mr. Davenport, In response to your questions (my answers are given in brackets): As you faced the object, what was the approximate direction you were looking [I was on the road, so I only know the general cardinal direction, assuming a line between Chapel Hill and Monroe, NC. I did not think to look at my car direction indicator, so the best I can say here is that I was driving Southwest and generally looking in that direction. Unfortunately, given the nature of winding roads in the rural counties, I cannot confirm the absolute direction of my vision] ..and the angle of elevation above the horizontal plane [I had to move a bit to see it past my visor in the car, so it was up past 30 degrees for sure, but it was not by any means 90 degrees from the horizontal. My best estimate would be about 45-55 degrees from horizontal line of sight] ...Was the object in the northern sky, or the southern sky, from your vantage point, [Southern] ..and was it traveling from your left to right side, or right to left? [the latter, right to left] Sorry I can't be more exact with some of these questions. The entire event took me by complete surprise. I am pleased to know that others reported this event. I would love to know what you find out about the light, if indeed you are able to identify it. Is there a means by which I can stay abreast of any updates? Would you publish any such findings? Looking in sky after jets spraying Chem trails. Heavy Chem trails today. Was watching jet flying over head coming from east. Suddenly below I witnessed 4 lights in a row front angled slightly down moving westward. Was flying lower. Lights almost seemed refractory but were flashing.
