It was moving not like a plane or a helicopter. It was moving in different directions first low until it continued to make its way up slowly into the clouds really far but the light was still visible. I took a video when I was able to stop my car, but the craft was too far and my phone camera quality is not good.

I was operating a sound system (mics and speakers) for the groundbreaking of a new Valley Metro light rail station at 50th St. and Washington in Phoenix, serving the Ability 360 Center. This location is almost exactly one mile from the eastern end of the north runway at Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport, runway 26. The event was taking place on the roof of the three story facility. There is a shade structure running along the north and west portions of the roof. A 20'x20' canopy had been erected to provide shade for the guests. My position was near the northeast corner of the roof where I had a small audio mixing board set up. At that time aircraft were departing Sky Harbor to the east, from the north runway, passing less than a half-mile from my position. The event had begun at 8am with the Phoenix Mayor discussing details of the project. At 8:20am, I noticed an object come into my field of view from the north, just above the Mayor's position at the podium, at a bearing of about 310 degrees. It was elongated in the horizontal direction, reflective or very light in color. I could not judge distance, but felt that it might be about a mile away, based on having witnessed countless aircraft approaching Sky Harbor. I appeared to be similar in size to a small FedEx single engine turboprop aircraft which utilize Sky Harbor. Its altitude was lower than that of an aircraft crossing over, so I immediately assumed it was making an approach, but it should have been much further west if that were the case. I could not detect any vertical structure such as a tail, the reflective brilliance made it difficult to make out details. It continued south for a short distance then suddenly either came to a complete stop or made an immediate “jog” toward the west. At this point the idea of “drone” popped into my mind, but the apparent distance to the object made it questionable if a drone would be that visible. The other reason to reject the drone theory was the proximity to Sky Harbor. The object then continued making a fairly rapid arc toward the southeast, again with an immediate acceleration which seemed very “drone like.” I lost sight of it behind the canopy until it emerged southwest of my position. It appeared to be following the departure path of runway 25, the center runway, toward the east, but more rapidly than a traditional aircraft. I continued to observe it for another 10 seconds until it moved behind a large structure on the roof. I moved to the other side of the structure but I did not see the object again. I could not detect any noise from the object, at least nothing which I could hear above the traffic on Washington Street and the PA system I was operating. The movement was unlike normal aircraft in the sudden acceleration and deceleration. The object's altitude seemed constant. Based on the flight path I observed I would dismiss any thought of it being an actual drone. My immediate reaction was thinking “how bold” to venture into the departure path of Sky Harbor in broad daylight. I have almost 40 years of working in close proximity to Sky Harbor Airport and am very familiar with aircraft and aircraft operations. This object did not operate by normal flight standards.

The white glowing orb glided less than the height distance of what an airplane would. I was caught by surprise due to the silence, I didn’t hear the sound of a plane, the object didn’t make a sound. As I watched the orb travel by, it appeared to make a slight zigzag motion on two occasions, it didn’t seem to elevate in height and was on a trajectory. I watched until the glowing orb disappeared out of sight continuing in the SE direction. We suspect a sighting of the ISS at 22:15 hrs.. PD

My and I were fishing right after sun down when we started to look up into the sky and saw a star looking object very far off zooming across the sky. Then suddenly, a bright star looking object at a closer distance, in the opposite direction appeared to be getting bigger and was approaching us. Immediately I started video-taping the object as it came right over head, hovering for a few seconds, then abruptly changed course. It went past a star in the sky and then got smaller and smaller disappearing a few minutes later. The object appeared to be changing in brightness and even color in a slight manner. The object was much closer to us than the video made it seem, and it made no noise when it was overhead, which made me nervous. This took place at the Beavertail Pond out-side of Missoula, Montana. I am a law school student here in Montana and have never been into UFO's or much of a believer, but this incident has really shaken me up. June 6, 2017. Approximately 10 PM, I noted a broad white flair/streak heading NW over Annapolis, lasting 10 or more seconds. The width was a little smaller than a full moon, and left a white trail that dispersed slowly. It seemed to end about ¾ across the sky. We spoke via telephone with the witness, and he sounded to us to be unusually sincere and sober-minded. He describes himself as holding a very responsible job in the medical field. PD

Two commercial planes passed beneath the white ring and they appeared smaller than the ring. The curious thing was that the ring did not move at all. . . Anything I know to be that high in the air moves at least a little bit, even a hovering helicopter or a tethered balloon. I measured this object from my roof for 20 minutes and it did not move a slight amount. I have been watching it for about an hour and no movement. While it is hard to see beyond the light ring with my binoculars, it kind of appears that there is a metallic body in the center. I had my wife and two children see it as well. I took a picture with a cell phone magnified 8 times so it is clear to see the dot, but not magnified enough to see the light ring in the image. Wish I had more powerful zoom equipment - do you have any resources? Photo shows a small, white "blob" in the daytime sky. We do not see the "ring" shape, indicated by the source of the report. PD

Object was elliptical in shape. Very bright white light shaped in the same design as the Ying & Yang symbol, but NO black, only WHITE. Two strobe lights, one at the 6 o'clock position, the other at the 9 o'clock position, started to blink after observing for 20 min.. Object first observed by myself and one other person, then two more people came by, but were not very interested. Object first observed in the Eastern sky, approximately 45degrees above horizon. Its size compared to the waxing gibbous Moon, three days from full Moon, was approximately 1/10. Object seemed to be stationary for 10 minutes, but then moved very slowly to the southern horizon, then moved as slowly to the northern horizon. After observing for 30-45 minutes through 100mm binoculars, object slowly faded out of sight. Object could be seen by the naked eye, but only looked like a bright white light. Extreme clarity when viewed through binoculars.

While driving east on S22 in San Diego county, passing by the Borrego Valley Airport, myself and another party in our vehicle witness a series of perhaps 6-8 lights appear in the sky ahead of us. As there was no proper perspective, the lights could have been far away or maybe as close as five miles. This is an unknown. The lights were as bright as headlights and white in color. (The other witness thought they were "yellowish".) They appeared to be moving slowly from south to north together as a unit so I assumed they were one object. The lights faded, blinked out, or shut off in a few seconds. I have witnessed many flare drops but they last much longer than five seconds. ((ADDENDUM FROM WITNESS)) No, Peter, I have seen many, many military flare drops. At first, I thought this was possible but the sighting was too short of duration for flares. Flares last many minutes. The lights appeared before us on the higway and disappeared in 3-5 seconds. Also, the location (in or about the north Salton Sea area) is not a usual military training ground. However as you suggested, they could have been farther away, perhaps over the Chocolate Mts., which IS a restricted govt "bombing range." Still, the short duration and the appearance that they were traveling south to north makes me dismiss that. The other witness says that I posted the wrong time. She said it was more like 8:15 pm, not 9:15, as I reported. That could be correct. She also assumed that they were over Font's Point, a spot about 5-7 miles from our observation site, but I informed her of the perspective issue. We just could no tell. Five miles, or 25 miles? I also have some experience with viewing sky divers, as our airport (Borrego Valley) hosts the Canadian Army paratroopers twice per year. They specialiize in night jumping, BUT they do it to practice in the dark. THEY do not use flares. They are all about surprising the "enemy." As I said there were 6-8 lights in a straight row. Unlikley that jumpers could execute this so perfectly I researched the local news, MUFON, and the web in general, and have yet to see another report coinciding with mine. I also have a small ad hoc group of local buffs. We call ourselves the Dessert UFO Group, DUG. No members reported anything. I assume that you did not get a second report of this? As I have told you in the past, I observe the sky nightly and have become accustomed to what aircraft, with their landing lights and position lights look like. This was not that. The desert sky was clear so I think I can dismiss any atmosperic interference with my vision. Another mystery along with so many others. ((END ADDENDUM))

At approximately 7:00 p.m., we observed a large oval light directly over our hotel near the Reno/Tahoe airport. The oval light appeared to move slightly and vary in brightness during our observation. We estimate the object to have been at least 50,000’ in altitude and possibly much higher. We estimate the size of the object to have been similar to a “tic tac” held at arm’s length. The weather conditions were clear, although very windy. The wind was blowing west to east at approximately 40 mph. We were facing due south and object could be seen at an approximately 70 degree angle above our position. It did not produce any sound. When we first noticed the object, the sun had not yet set, and the object was very large and very bright. We initially thought it could have been helicopter or drone hovering over the nearby I-580 freeway. However, this explanation was disproved when an airliner, flying at cruise altitude with the corresponding contrail, flew underneath the object. We continued to observe the object for approximately 40-60 minutes. As the sun set the light appeared to increase in altitude, dimming while doing so, and moving towards the east opposite the normal rotation of the earth and the rising moon/ stars. By the time the sun had completely set the light appeared to be a normal star in size and brightness. However, when I used the SkyView app on my phone the object did not correspond to any star, constellation, or satellite in the app’s database. I did manage to take one photograph of the light using my cell phone after numerous attempts. However, the photo is not as detailed as our view while looking at the object. We have no idea what it was.

It was round red light flying around twenty feet over the ground. It flew horizontal across around fifty feet and just disappeared. It was in the center of an apartment complex.

Nothing much to say,I was at the Seattle Centre fountain and took a photo of the fountain and when I reviewed the picture later I saw this object in the sky. There was nobody flying any kites and I don't recall anyone mentioning that they saw any thing. Photo of bird in flight w/ wings folded. PD

Sighting at my home June 6, 2017 time: 15:45, (3:45 pm) Object description: disc shaped with apparent dome, bright shiny metallic, highly polished surface like chrome. The disc appeared to be about 100' in diameter. There were no lights or markers, and no sound, no con trail from the object. Looked like a giant flying chrome hardhat! Weather: clear sky, one cloud, small cumulus to the SW., temp 72 deg. f. Note; the afternoon sun was bright and illuminated the object perfectly Observation: object traveling from the North East toward South West, observed in Eastern sky initially. The disc was in a right banked constant speed turn. I estimated the speed at 500-600 knots, altitude above ground 2500',(AGL), my elevation here is approximately 3000' (MSL). The actual distance between myself and the object was less than one half mile,(1/2 mi.) The disc flew in a slight arc was observed by me for about 10-20 seconds and disappeared into the only cloud in the sky, I did not see it reappear on the backside of the small cloud an do not comprehend why this was not observed by me. 2 sets of 3 lights moving as 1 in the sky moving and jitterbug almost like a bug zipping from one spot to another the lights were a dark blue and you could almost see the craft it looked grey or black

I was unable to stop to take pictures or get a better look because I was on my way to an important meeting. When driving back about 2 hours later the object was no longer there. After reading there were other siting in Reno on the same day I decided to share.

We all said of no are the they going to collide as the lights were getting very close together, then as they were close both began to fade out and then just disappeared. We all thought the sight was very strange. We continued to watch, but no plane or light reappeared after the even occurred. I was sitting out front smoking my pipe and 3 huge lights appeared, in a triangle shape, in the gray rain cloud night sky. The lights looked like 3 moons, 2 up top and 1 in the south. After 30 seconds, 2 of the lights faded that you could still see, the north ones. And the 3rd light, south corner, got very bright like a dull diamond instead of the bright diamond light they usually look like. They were a white light like the white light in the movie, 'Arrival'. After that, they all faded out leaving the gray rain cloud sky. I had my tablet in my pocket the whole time and didn't even think to record it. *Sigh*

So, I was looking at the moon through a telescope and I noticed on the left side of the moon that there was a peak tall enough to be noticed, and in a place where there shouldnt be any peaks. So i called a buddy over and told him that i saw something strange on the moon. He took a pair of binoculars and looked at the moon, and, sure enough, it was there too. So we looked up a map of the moon, and came back 15 minutes or so, and it was gone. Also, earlier in the evening, we had moved the telescope to avoid a tree that was in the way. And after we had looked up the map the tree was mysteriously in the way again, and the pyramid ish like thing was gone. We were the only ones home and there was nobody to move the telescope. As I was walking East through the parking lot, I happened to glance up amd noticed an odd formation of red lights. I assumed it was an airplane, however, it did not move. After approximately 10 seconds, the lights blinked a number of times and then continued to remain on. This back and forth blinking continued for about 90 seconds, after which the lights disappeared completely.

AT ABOUT 4:45 PM, 6/5/17, I SAW A BRIGHT LIGHT IN THE SKY, HEADING TOWARD SUNRISE MT. (ALSO KNOWN AS FRENCHMAN MT.). I THOUGHT IT WAS GOING TO HIT THE MT.. IT STOPPED AND TURNED TO THE NORTH (IT AS HEADING EAST). WHERE I SAW THE TEARDROP SHAPE. IT MOVED WHAT SEEMED LIKE A FEW FEET, THEN TURNED AGAIN AND HEADED SOUTH DOWN THE MT. THIS WAS AT ABOUT A 12 DEGREE ANGLE. IT PROCEDED FOR ABOUT 15 SEC. THEN JUST DISAPPEARED.

Hello! I am a Marine Veteran> At the present time I am a truck driver that go up and down the I-95 corridor from Daytona Bch. to North and South Carolina, on a weekly basis 4 times a week. On June 5, 2017, I was driving north on I- 95 on my way to South Charlotte, NC, to deliver goods at night time. As I was driving through mile marker 54-55 between 2:00 – 2:30 AM, When I saw a bright light coming from the west about 30* degrees on the night sky from my point of view level on the road, it was probably @ 10 to 12 K altitude. The object was bigger than a star, but smaller than a planet, and in comparison to a plane or jet lights, it was two (2) times bigger than those lights, it was solid with bright silver shine! It was not pulsating or blinking at all but it seems as it was in the shape of the sputnik satellite, I can say the craft was not the space station because I have seen the space station in many occasions and it did not look anything like it but also it was traveling at a lesser speed than the space station. The shape was not completely round but kind of oval and the two (I will call it probes) for a lack of a better word, Probes that had in the front also were shining with the whole craft; I was able to look at it for about two minutes and then could not see more because a tree line got on my way. What I will like to find out is if anyone else was able to see this that day?? Thank you! My wife took video of a UFO this evening. Several lights on a single object hovering in place, then disappearing at a very high speed. She got out of her car to take the video. Said there was no sound coming from the object, like all Earthly machines make and she said she could tell it was a large round object. This is what many other people have also described in their sightings in the past of ufo's. For some reason, witness indicates that the date of the sighting is approximate. PD
