Observed 4 glowing circles in the sky south of my house. Objects were glowing white/yellow and completely motionless. Objects then pulsed with light and 4 smaller glowing cirular objects appeared. They remained for 20-30 seconds then disappeared, appearing to burn the sky where they were. There was no commercial aircraft seen, no fireworks, no large light fixtures aiming into sky, no noises heard.

A round glow hiding behind a cloud slowly faded and then four smaller but identical shapes appeared on all four corners, at first i thought it was the moon behind the clouds until the four shapes appeared and then faded.

This is the 2nd time I'm contacting this site, I reported a sighting back in March in the Athens area and today I was a witness to another event much more bigger and closer than the last sighting. I travel 40mi to my job in Beaver 5 days a week from Athens, most of I-77 and I-64 to my work does not have lights and it's a drive in the dark most of the way, when I was traveling East on I-64 I was 3 exits away from Airport Road that leads to the industrial park, I noticed to the Northeast Venus and to the East I noticed a light behind some clouds, which I assumed was the moon, when I reached my exit I noticed that the light was getting bigger and just when I started to turn into the exit I noticed to my right the light had broken through the clouds to reveal a huge purple sphere with 4 smaller purple rounded spheres under it in perfect formation (best way to describe the formation of the 4 rounded spheres on the botton is like the 4 dots on a pair of dice), about 300 yards away from me and about a height of 1500-2000 feet, I had no where safe to pull over and take a photo because this exit is very small and has concrete barriers on both sides and I had at least a vehicle behind me, when I finally got on Airport Road, I passed the Shell gas station and noticed 2 people in the stations parking lot looking up to the sky in the direction the spheres were, I decided to pull over in front of the hotel accross the street from the gas station to take a 2nd look at this thing and to attempt to take a photo, when I got out of my vehicle the spheres were gone but I could notice a very faint purple trail mixed in the clouds left behind by this thing. I will send a photo I found online that's very similar to what I saw and a drawing to this sites email address.

Around 4:25, saw 9 green lights in a pentagon like formation in the sky. The lights turned into an orangey red and faded into a fuzzy blue. Captured photos then went to work. Lights stayed in sky while driving but could not see them when closer to Norfolk.

PRELIMINARY REPORT, ON BEHALF OF EYEWITNESS: A professional, long-distance truck driver telephoned the Hotline to report a sighting of a large "cloud" of multi-colored lights, that appeared to be moving across the sky, but which were being obscured by a large cloud in the morning sky. The witness reported that he was unable to see the source of the light, but that it was quite dramatic in appearance. I was looking out the window of the fifth floor of my condo, at a cloudy sky. I saw a bright semicircle of light, engulfed by clouds. Suddenly, four round lights appeared, arranged, as if they were spaced on a large, perfect square. The semicircle of light was to the top right of the four lights. The lights looked as if they were the size of a dime, from this distance. The size of the square looked at is it were two inches from this distance. They were shining through the clouds and were bright and colorless. The location was 124 degrees SE. The only other light, visible to my far left, appeared to be Venus, and was also covered with clouds. I watched the four round lights slowly fade and another set form below them, of the same size, bur slightly overlapping the fading lights. I searched for my iPhone and took three pictures. By then there was only light traces and one more bright light. The square configuration was already faint, when I took the pictures. only two, showed the light but I will enclose all three, in case they can be enlarged. Rocket launch from Wallops Island. PD

By 4:15 am, I was up the hill, by my son's old Catholic school, which has a clearing, and is wide open. I was looking up at the cross, when I noticed a strange mist in the sky above. I thought it was the moon in a mist, and then a smaller misty sphere, next to it, which I thought might be its reflection. Then four spheres of the same size popped into view, and then two more smaller ones popped in as well. These six were perfectly sharp and clear and not misty. They seemed to have colors (orange, yellow and blue) and shapes that I could sort of make out. The same way they came in, they popped out, and then the sky was clear. I was awestruck. I was walking at 330 am an a green oval object went over head and for seconds I and everything around me where a lite green color the same as the object. It was going straight North. It was fast, but you could almost see a green tail. Maybe it was a falling star? I have seen alot of stuff, but the fact everything turned lite green really freaked the hell out of me! Has anyone have this happen to them? Can something from space due this if it's coming through the atmosphere? If so why did everything turn green? Why did it look like it was flying, not falling? It went straight overhead.

Clear night. Very bright non-flashing red light going from north to south moving approximately twice as fast as the usual satellites that my wife and I see at night, as we sit out on our deck watching for them. We generally see from two to three each night. Also, the red light was much brighter than the brightest planet. Even brighter than the space station. Really couldn’t estimate the altitude though. The night before, we witnessed what looked like a close call of a meteor and a satellite. We were watching the satellite when a meteor flashed right in front of it. A millisecond apart. Of course we couldn’t estimate the difference in altitude between the two. It was just something that we had never seen before.

Then black hawk helicopter landed on downtown Portland building "federal building" then took off with bright search light towards light. Then it was joined by another helicopter that gained altitude towards the light. Black hawk came back landed again on building and took off again. All of a sudden, lights reappeared in formation just to break up again. I do have video of this as well along with my brother's video. We spoke via telephone with the witness, and he corrected the date. He sounded to us to be quite sincere about the alleged incident. PD

The evening of June 28th I was staying a hotel directly across from the Portland Convention Center. My room window faced out towards the south east of town with great views from the large room windows in the hotel. Around 2137, lasting for nearly 7-10 mins in total before they slowly floated up into the sky and disappeared. I looked out into the nights sky and over the foothills south of town, I noticed several objects in the sky that were much brighter than the stars and far too close to be a satellite or aircraft. These objects simply sat there looking like they were floating in a way. They could be described as looking like large fireball like items in the sky. There were 6 of them all aligned evenly across the nights sky. Then, 1 of them slowly started moving away by going up Into The Nights Sky Slowly, To All Of A sudden it would just disappear out of nowhere. This happened until there were only two left. The strange thing was a Blackhawk police helicopter all a sudden took off from downtown and flew right near the objects where it stayed for a min then turned around and came right back downtown. Shortly after the helicopter arrived back downtown there was all of a sudden out of nowhere a 3rd light that appeared next to the other two lights still hovering there and it literally appeared out of nowhere in the nights sky. I was able to get these objects on film, and to this day, I still have no clue what those objects were, but I do know one thing after seeing the way they moved and could disappear and reappear out of nowhere they were not of human origin. These objects look very similar to some other ufo sighting I researched online which seems to be a pattern of this from of sighting.

Two small circular white crafts were found in the sky at the God and Country Festival. The first one was found further out in the distance and seemed to disappear with in thin air. The second one was noticed about 30min later above the area which also disappeared a few seconds later. The last UFO was seen after the fireworks display behind where the display was being held. It was triangular in shape and dimly lit. It seemed to be turning at the moment it was noticed. Phones were acting odd in the area.

Southern sky-clear evening- ocean blue light- for a few seconds would turn bright white and dart across the sky and hover- A zig-zag pattern was noticed. The objects also went higher and lower very quickly.

We were sitting outside enjoying the late afternoon/early evening. I happened to look up in the sky and saw a white rectangular form climbing steeply into the sky. At one point, the sun reflected brightly off of it (for several seconds). It climbed very quickly-to the south/southwest and disappeared when passing over, then beyond a tall cumulus cloud in the distance. By this time, it merely a white speck in the sky. It was completely silent. It didn't have wings. It was in a position where we would have heard the sound of it, climbing into the sky. I've never seen anything like this in entire lifetime+. On June 28, 2017, I was helping family members move into a new house. At 2:37 pm, I was driving back to their old house to pick up the next load, when I noticed a stationary black object in the sky above the tree line in front of my car. The jet black object caught my eye because it stuck out conspicuously against the crisp blue sky. I immediately realized it was something out of the ordinary. Excited and perplexed, I stopped the car and fumbled to get my phone out to capture it on video. The object hovered silently and motionless in the sky. It appeared to ascend slightly and very slowly at one point. Otherwise, it did not move at all. (A close review of the video suggests it also may have rotated along its vertical axis, like a spinning top, but I did not see any rotation while watching it with my own eyes). It made no sound. It was shaped like an upside-down cone or pyramid. It had a distinct, sharp outline against the sky. It looked dense, heavy and sturdy, and not made of flimsy or lightweight materials. It definitely was not a natural object (e.g., a cloud or bird). It looked mechanical, like some sort of machine. But it did not have any discernable features of an aircraft (e.g., wings, propellers or a tail) or anything else that can fly. It had no visible propulsion system or other means of flight. It appeared shiny and shimmered somewhat, which I believe was sunlight reflecting off its surface. Otherwise, it did not emit any light. I asked a family member driving behind me if he saw the object (he did) and knew what it was (he did not). He was not as interested in the object as I was and drove away. After filming for about a minute, I also drove away because we were on a tight schedule. I continued to watch the object as I drove and realized it was much higher up and farther away—and therefore much bigger—than I initially thought. I recorded three videos. The first one at 2:37 p.m. is through my windshield and, unfortunately, does not keep the object in the frame very well. I captured the second video through my open window at 2:38 p.m., a few hundred yards down the road. I stopped again about a quarter mile farther down the road to record the third video at 2:39 p.m. After that, I continued to look at the object while driving but lost sight of it around 2:42 p.m., when trees along the road obscured my view of the sky. The last time I saw the object, it was still hovering in the same spot where I first noticed it. I have speculated that the object could have been a balloon, a kite or a drone. I ruled out the first two options mainly because it did not behave—e.g., sway, pitch or pivot—like something that was tethered to the ground while flying. Although a drone is the most plausible explanation, I do not think this was a drone. The object was too high (~300-1000 ft.) and too large (~5-20 ft. tall) to be a drone, at least one available to the public. It was also too motionless, for too long. It did not drift or tilt in the wind; it simply did not move. Even an experienced drone pilot probably cannot keep one completely still for several minutes in outdoor conditions. I do not contend that the object I saw was (or was not) extraterrestrial. I honestly do not know what it was or where it came from. But I definitely saw something—a tangible object—in the sky that I cannot identify or explain.
