At approximately midnight of 12/14/2017 I was on an I-5 off-ramp in Redding, CA, when i looked in the sky and saw a triangular object in the southern sky moving at a high rate of speed. The object was white in color and was moving in such a trajectory that it would strike the ground within several miles of where I was. There were a couple of other large trucks on the freeway who had to have seen the same thing that i did, as it was very hard to miss.

I was honestly pretty freaked and didn’t want to be a lone so I crawled into bed where my sleeping husband was. I was too scared to go to sleep, so I check Facebook. The first post I saw was a friend posting about a meteor shower in my area. I think well maybe it was a meteor I saw. Then I get up to my bedroom window and look for meteors and I do see about 5 falling meteors. That’s when I see the second unidentified flying object, or maybe the same one. This time I couldn’t see a shape, I saw a red light and a blue light almost on top of each other, and I didn’t hear a noise. It looked smaller and was flying a distance a way. It looked like It was flying through the middle of the tree line. It stayed in a straight line for a few minutes then disappeared. It was now about 11:00 pm, so the whole experience lasted around 10 minutes. The last thing I would like to mention, is when my husband and I woke up this morning, December 14, 2017, I mentioned to him what I saw. He told me he remembers hearing a loud noise and figured it was a plane, and went back to sleep

I light witch I thought was a plane, considering I live close to the airport . The craft had blinking lights and was descending. I was waiting to the noise of a plane, and it was dead silence. It was Odly close to the top of my house. Then the light (craft) went back up and away, but stayed in clear sight. Strangest part was I saw what looked to be light flares, almost like shooting stars. (5 in total) landing all around my neighborhood.

I heard on the news it was to be the Geminids meteor shower, so I decided to have a look and see if I could see any. I was in the back yard about 5 minutes when this large, dull red-colored, round object with a darker brownish glow around the outside, came across the sky from behind me, directly above me. It looked to be as high as jumbo jets fly, like 30000 or 40000 feet, but it was as big around as the eraser on the end of a pencil and the brown glow extended outward from that, about half as much, the diameter of the red part. It never glowed or illuminated like a meteor would and was going about 100 times faster than an airplane. It went from almost directly above me to halfway to the horizon in about 2-3 seconds. I’ve seen a lot of meteors and I’ve never seen one like that. It seemed to me like it was slowing down as it got farther away but it was going really fast the whole time I could see it, if that makes sense. The sky was cloudless, but there was some lack of darkness from the city lights. ((anonymous report))

Dogs were barking... stepdad called me outside to check with him. He is an army vet of many years and knows the difference between stars, airplane lights and helicopter lights--etc. These were not any of the things listed. We counted six crafts at first (either red-white or green-white but NEVER red-green) shaking/hovering erratically... After abut ten or so minutes one moved to the left of the crafts and seemed to get closer but also fly away... it got clearer but it was flying off. It looked like airplane lights blinking on the video I took, but as I said, it clearly was not. There was a distinct triangle-shaped look of the object flying off in real life. This happened again about ten minutes after the first craft flying off. Then two other crafts, ten minutes apart, flew off in the other direction. THE WAY THEY WERE HOVERING WAS NOT POSSIBLE BY AN AIRCRAFT WE KNOW OF. It was shaky but stable. Moving back and forth but then being totally stationary. Totally unwavering. Literally not a SINGLE MOTION. Two crafts remained. We busted out the binoculars to look at them. They both had an odd 3D look to them--if that makes sense, but I will also add it might've been light refraction because they also appeared a white-ish color from a distance. This was also the night of a meteor shower. I know this. However these were not meteor-like in nature at all. It was very cold out and we were losing interest. We went inside. This is the second time my family has seen this (albeit the first was my dad in the 70s). Once a generation, I guess.

December 13, 2017. At About 9:00 PM Pacific Time December 13, 2017 in Vancouver, Washington, I saw what I strongly believe to be a UFO. I was outside to watch the meteor show when I saw an object moving from West to East. I was looking north. If you were to hold up a ruler at arm’s length it travel about 18 inches. Without slowing down it then made a very sharp turn south maybe a 90 degree turn and if holding a ruler at arm’s length I could see it travel about 4.5 feet. If you held up a dime at arm’s length that would be about the size of the object, maybe slightly larger. It appeared to be round but not sure if it were a true round object as I was watching this at about a 70 degree angle from the ground which would give it a slight appearance of being oval. But I would say it was round. They were few clouds out that night and there were no clouds interfering with my view of the object. The best way I could describe the object is as follows. Picture a perfectly round fried egg and hold it up at a 70 degree angle. That round egg now looks slightly oval which is how I saw it. The background that the object was seen against was night time black. The whole object was not bright but very faint as if there were clouds beneath it, but there were no clouds beneath it as the stars in the same area were brite. The entire yoke part of the egg would look an orange/red color, but more orange than red and faint. The entire white of the egg look like a translucent aura with the same color as the yoke but much more faint as it did appear to be translucent. I could not see any dome or any other geometric shapes. So there were no distinct individual lights just this faint glow. It travel in a perfect straight line going from west to east, and when it made that sharp turn to the south. It also traveled in a straight line. It did not move up or down, no other objects were seen with it. There were no flashing lights and no other color then the color describe above. It made no noise of any kind. Aircraft from nearby PDX could clearly be heard but no sound came from the object. There were no other aircraft at that time that may have covered up any sound coming from the object I was observing. It was traveling at a speed I would say somewhat faster than aircraft landing or taking off from PDX. If it was a UFO I would say that the speed it was traveling at was a good cruising speed for a UFO. Also when it turned south it would have been heading toward PDX or near PDX. This object maintain the same altitude the whole time I observed it and it was not in any typical landing pattern for PDX. There were no trails of smoke or haze it maintain the shape of the egg and everything I observed about the object stayed within those perimeters. It was not somebody on the ground with some kind of light shining up into the sky. There was no beam of light going up into the sky plus anyone on the ground would not have been able to shine a light for the distance that I saw this object travel. A light coming from the ground would have been interrupted by houses and trees. It also was not a weather balloon. There are four very distinct attributes about the object I observed. 1) Appearance was larger than any aircraft I have seen flying overhead. 2) It made no sound. 3) The aura that completely went around the object. 4) It made a very sharp turn. All other aircraft I have seen have to make a curved turn, this was a sharp turn like the corner of a square. I will be 71 years old in February 2018 and in my life time I have never seen anything like what I saw, or anything closely resembling what I saw. Since this was in such close proximity to the PDX airport this object must have appeared on their radar.

On December 13, 2017 we were went outside to observe the meteor shower that was taking place over the skies of Lewis County Tennessee. We observed what appeared to be a aircraft of some kind hovering off in the distance which appeared to be above commercial aircraft which were traveling in the general vicinity. Through binoculars and cellphone camera, the object in question appeared to be triangular at one point having white lights in corners; however, the multi colored lights seemed to dominate the overall object most of the time. This object remained positioned in the sky for more than an hour before eventually disappearing. Obviously sometimes objects traveling directly toward us or away from us can appear to in a static position when the whole time they are getting closer or further from us. We would believe this to be true in most cases; however, no time did the objects mass seem to change e.g as an object gets closer generally it would appear larger as ! it comes into view. We can not declare for certain what we saw; however, we can say that the object that we saw didn’t perform like any aircraft we’re accustomed to seeing. Saw two planes in the sky a couple minutes after and they had blinking lights and were flying much faster, no sight of the aircraft I saw though. On 12/13/17 at approximately 11:30 hours, I observed a single white or silver sphere traveling straight and N/W bound at a very high altitude at an extremely high rate of speed. Observer for 2-3 seconds. The path of sphere was similar as used by commercial aircraft approaching BNA but much much higher. No noise was heard while in view. After approximately 10-12 seconds there was a low rumble that shook the house. Day light, no clouds, air temp 40 F, wind NNE 11kt. I live. Each time, I look to the western sky from my back porch and can see (only for a second or two) a tiny green ball of light that immediately launches upward just a bit and then away (to the west) at astounding speed, disappearing from sight. The lights are not large and appear to move unlike anything i have seen before. As a science-minded skeptic, I don't know what else to do but report what I saw. Thank you.

Well, you see I’m working snow removal at the moment and I happen to run out of salt for my sidewalks, so I went back to the truck to get more salt and during are snow removal we have to keep are hazards lights on in the truck there bright and flash a lot so I happen to kinda look at the moon because it was like a small like so small the face of the moon and i see this really bright light and it didn’t make noise or anything it like it seen me looking at it and then it took off like a bullet in the dark sky and disappear as it took off. Outside with husband watching Geminid Meteor shower when what at first appeared to be a flock of birds in the sky realized it was NOT, 10 to 15 small long ovals glowed slightly, went straight across sky but also appeared wavy and in formation. Moved too fast and smooth to be a plane also made no noise. Spotted by Peadens Seafood Restaurant.

Our UFO sighting 12/12/17 At approximately 7 pm last night at our Western Cape Coral, FL, home my wife and I observed bright orange lights in the nights sky. These lights where moving from west to east in direction and passed one at a time for perhaps 45 minutes each taking perhaps 3 minutes to travel seemingly constant altitude arcing over from the eastern horizon (approx 10 miles to the tree line from our vantage point) to east of us, and then disappearing before reaching the trees to our eastern horizon. We didn’t count the number of objects but to say 25 would be a good guess. No sound was heard and the usual commercial air traffic was observed well above and out in the distance. The objects speed seemed the same for all and it was hard to determine if the objects where big and very far away or smaller and close. What we saw looked to be about 4 times the size of the stars in the sky and much, much brighter. The only formation observed was that they where in single file. Not evenly spaced either. We might see one alone then two or three in quick recession and again nothing for a few minutes before another would seemingly illuminate at the western horizon much brighter then other lights. On 12 Dec., 2017, at approximately 1850 hrs, my family and I witnessed a pulsing red light hovering over San Antonio. It appeared to be floating over Kelly AFB, now Port San Antonio. It gradually moved into position, then remained stationary for approx. 3 minutes. No sound, and there were multiple a/c in the sky. It did not appear that the other airborne craft were circling the object per se, it just looked as though they were in the traffic pattern for SA Int’l Airport. The orb gradually disappeared by departing away from us to the east, as we were viewing from an elevated position to the west. It remained perfectly still. Not a helicopter, not a drone. All witnesses (5) are ex-military two of which are private pilots.

Driving to downtown Waynesboro, GA, from near Vogtle nuclear plant, I received a text message, upon looking up from my phone I saw the silhouette of a large black triangle that appeared to be hovering about 200ft off the ground a short way down the road from me over a field to my left. This triangle had orange lights that blinked from one side to the other in various brightness. The lights began fading and the craft disappeared shortly after, but didn’t appear to have moved anywhere, it just faded away. Forgive the rushed nature of this sighting, I will submit a more extensive report soon. Beginning on December 11, and as recently as last night, December 13, a series of odd lights were observed to the west-southwest of our town’s high school. Just above the treeline, these lights varied in number from one to six, merging with each other and splitting apart at seemingly random intervals. At times there was only a single light, at other times up to six lights, slowly bobbing around into different patterns. My sightings occurred on December 12 and 13, after hearing about the occurrence from a family friend who had seen them on the 11th. The lights appear at about 5 pm to 5:15, and stay for hours, the latest I have observed was still hovering at 8:15 p.m.. The lights themselves had the general appearance of large stars, but would bob around. In a few instances, the lights multiplied into 5 or 6, and took on the shape of an obtuse angle, with one arm shorter than the other, as if a clock was reading the time 3:50. These lights would take on seemingly intentional color schemes, with some appearing to strobe predominantly cool colors, others flashing warmer, bronze tones, and one that remained white-hot throughout. It should also be noted that over the past three nights, a large group of conventional aircraft, numbering from six to eleven, can be observed circling the area, never venturing too close to the lights. Most appear to be airplanes, a few may be helicopters. Apparently, both the lights and planes have been observed by citizens of the nearby town of Nome sporadically since the end of Hurricane Harvey, the devastation of which ravaged this area quite badly. The area over which the lights seem to be hovering is seemingly inaccessible, and is most likely either rice farms of oilfields. I plan to return tonight and every night until these lights cease. We spoke via telephone with the witness on two occasions, and he sounded to us to be exceptionally eloquent and sober-minded. We suspect that he is an excellent witness, and he captured some very interesting video. PD
