Moriarty area, NM

Appx. 6:30 pm tonite an gigantic half circle of very bright light (similar to a theater spotlight) formed either on or somewhat behind the ridge of the Sandia mountains. This is viewing from Moriarty, NM facing west. Started as a very bright glow across the ridge of the mountain with the base spreading across the mountain top while the half circle expanded steadilt to a huge size. Size would be similar to a large storm cloud. Around 15 min. into the event the intensity of the light began to fade, and the half circle of light itself shrank until gone. Total time of event was appx. 20 minutes total. It was definitely NOT a cloud formation. I would think it would take hundreds of very large spot lights or even a single monster sized and ridiculously high powered to create this if it were able to be done at all. It was really really strange. I will update if I get further info on what this was. Sighting of missile launch?? PD

Multiple videos available from 3 sources (all smartphones). Reddish orange sphere shot across sky and stopped in one spot remaining brightly lit (reddish orange) and remained on the spot for a few seconds before blinking out...a minute later it came back on at the same spot and proceeded to descend about an inch lower than where it was, then blinked off again, a few seconds later it blinked back on and made a silent arch towards the right and descended again about an inch and blinked off...we are still watching the skies as we speak. Totally silent, brighter than an aircraft and fluid in its movements, almost like what you can project with a laser pen. Object was far away, too far to be able to tell you for sure its distance. We saw it by two trees and knew it was right over the ocean.

Santa Monica, CA

We saw a pretty big fireball moving south emitting a large smoke trail, bigger than a smoke trail emitted by a F-16. After a minute or so it released a second, smaller light/fireball, as it happens when a meteorite breaks in the stratosphere. The weird thing from a meteorite is that the first light kept moving ahead emitting a trail very similar to that of a comet (triangular bright trail) and stopped emitting the original smoke trail, while the second smaller light started composing spiral movements while slowing proceeding south (much slower than the first fireball). After a minute the second light vanished and the first, bigger fireball kept going south until it went out of our sight.

This bright shaped cloud appeared in the sky out of nowhere. There wasn't a single cloud in the this but this cloud was different. It was as bright as Aurora Borealis. 2 Large round shipped UFO's popped out of this cloud with very bright lights and they left a trail as they flew away at a fast speed. When they made their way south, the cloud disappeared like nothing happened. If it was Alien, what a beautiful entrance! Rocket launch from Vandenberg AFB @ 5:26 p.m.. PD

Buena Park, CA

A strange cloud formation (seemingly appearing as a streak or jetstream) in the sky, strangely backlit from an unknown light source. At the tail-end of the jetstream, a minuscule light from an indistinguishable aircraft was lingering in the sky. I got out of my car to get a closer look at the streak, which remained distinctly illuminated in an otherwise clear and cloudless evening. My friend lives in a nearby city, roughly 4 miles away from me. Both of us took a photo of the peculiar cloud streak/jetstream of this flying object. Rocket launch from Vandenberg AFB @ 5:26 p.m.. They moved across the sky coming out from a large blast of light, leaving a trail of clouds behind. A large thing appeared, object radiating light, a smaller object of light appeared to be attacking the larger one and then dropped a ball of light. It left a large oval of clouds encircling the aria and trail of the larger ufo

My mom bursts in the door and talks about gigantic stars. I first think, "She must be talking about Venus or Mars." I go outside and two massive looking "comets" are streaking gradually away from a gigantic cloud formation. I can understand comets but their trail was astounding. It was a square Z shape cloud or a stair-case kind of bend with an enormous cloud formation that glowed in the moonlight. Their cloud trail ended abruptly and no longer left any kind of cloud. One of the objects appear to gradually lose radiance and appear to make gradual decline in altitude until it disappeared. The other took off west over the ocean with no apparent drop in altitude but a loss of brightness. My neighbor was outside and watching longer than we were. However, he only noticed that they moved away from the cloud. The cloud quickly dissipated over the next few minutes adding that it was just recently made. There are other clouds in the sky and none were reacting the same way. We later waited. The sky cleared as if nothing happened.

Agoura Hills, over Santa Monica Mtns. South of Kanan Road two white orbs traveling south west toward Malibu and ocean. Leaving diffusing contrail/puffy white cloud backlit by moon. Cloud/contrail appears as puff of smoke left as exhaust when car suddenly accelerates. You and I have spoken before re saucers appearing clearly over Federal Way WA a decade ago. See photo file sent separately under WALLACH.

Temecula, CA

There was a large, gigantic white light and streak that was left behind by two rapid moving unidentified flying objects. They were bright white lights moving as fast if not faster than a jet. They moved to the left of the initial starting position and then parted ways, with one continuing east while the other moved south until they both slowly disappeared. The large white light that they initially emitted stayed for at least 20 minutes after initial release. Missile launch from Vandenberg AFB @ 5:26 p.m.. PD
