My wife saw the small "planet-like" light first as she looked almost vertically overhead. I (her husband) looked up a minute or more later and also saw it hovering in the clear, dark sky. To both of us it seemed to adopt a fixed "central" or "home" location above us but would then very rapidly disappear and reappear in a new location that we estimated to be about six inches (on a ruler held at arm's length) away where it stopped for about 2 seconds. It then returned to its "central" location again for another 2-3 seconds before flitting away in another direction to a new location at the same angular distance as the first. This went on for around five minutes. If all of the object's/light's positions were connected with a line it would have been an approximate circle with a diameter of about 10 inches (on same ruler) or about 18 - 20 deg. arc. How did it disappear? Over some minutes the "central" position seemed to drift toward the south (it continued its symmetrical disappearing-reappearing act)where it eventually dimmed out completely. It seemed to be at a pretty high altitude, was whitish or silverish, between a star and a planet in angle (no shape could be seen), it was completely quiet, and we saw no airplanes in the sky at any time during the sighting. The object's brightness never changed and it left no visible trail or contrail. Winds were off the ocean and very clear (of smoke) that night. We know of no earth tremors either just before, during, or after the sighting. We reported it the next day to Dr. Haines by phone.

The sun had already set and the sky was turning dark above as the horizon still had some orange and peach tones fading away. I was walking on the bike path behind the Rocklin softball fields towards the westside of the park and returning home from my routine evening walks, when I saw a commercial airline far off into the distance and flying weat toward SMF Intl airport. I looked directly in front of me and saw three black V-shaped aircraft fly over the Arroyo Grande Condos across the street. It was apparent that they looked small like oversized black birds in the distance but as I was close enough to see the third object fly behind the second that had flown in a half circle into the distance, it had an open V shape to it and it made no noice nor did it have any obvious lights. It was a completely dark V shaped flying object. This is what alarmed me because it was so quiet and made no sound and flew so close to the condos above. In fact, I questioned myself a! s to whether the craft were oversized birds or even mini drones but these flew steady, relatively fast and far into the sky. There was no one visible outside by the park on Sunday evening except over by the swings. The third similar object had no wings nor even a cockpit of any kind. It was flying about 5-6000 ft above the ground and at about 1000 ft distance between each other when I first noticed them, until the first aircraft flew off extremely fast and ahead of the others. I could still see it if I looked for it far into the clouds. The third tailed the second as if it was the wingman following it in succession. I did not understand how these crafts could fly so low to the ground and yet fly so high in a matter of seconds without an emmission of fuel left behind them like with a plane. They were solid, dark black aircraft, but because the sun had gone down, you could not tell if they were metallic but only that the third one had a V shape opening to it. They followed e! ach other like a team of aircraft flying together in unison. Just as I approached the Condo's across the street from the pathway and within about 5 quick mintues, they had all three disappeared. I could not see them anymore anywhere. I did not have my cell phone with me nor was I able to take any pictures of my sighting but I wanted to share the event because it happened immediately over my Condo unit where I reside and flew directly Northwest into the distance over Highway 65. What struck me the most about this brief sighting was that I had a feeling that I needed to walk back home on the pathway instead of all the way around the north side of the park. I had a feeling that if I didnt turn around, I would be missing out on something, and there it was. I was fixated on the first object and then within seconds, a second appeared out of nowhere, then came the third. It was too obvious to me that these V like aircraft were not supposed to be in the sky and so close to home but I am glad I paid attention to my intuition and got a glimpse at some! thing so tangible and real that it spoke volumes that we are not alone at any given time.

I believe sometime in 2018, my ex girlfriend and I decided to drive to Sacramento from Reno around 3:00 am after work..while driving interstate 80 still up in the mountain i notice this floating lights looks like a very bright oil refineries up in the sky around 50 yards from us..i asked my girl friend to look at it in our right hand side of our car up in the sky..i kept driving around 65mph looks like the thing was hovering across from us..then disappear..All of a sudden my girfriend was hysterical pulling my arms and yelling to drive faster..because that thing was behind our car following us..then it dissapear..it took me 4 yrs to report this because it sounds crazy.

UFO Report for August 12, 2018. My sisters and I were driving on Highway 80 coming from Las Vegas, going to Colfax, CA. We were approximately between Forebay and Baxter, CA. It was around 12:15 am, the morning of August 12th, 2018. While looking for the meteor shower, we saw three lights in a triangular formation directly in front of us (west) with a larger set of three to the north. Both sets were stationary, the lights completely still, but blinking in a slow pulsating manner. After around 15 or 20 seconds of continuous pulsing, they faded out. First the smaller of the two, then the larger directly afterwards. After the smaller ship faded out, my sister was still able to discern a black patch where the lights used to be and no stars were shining in that portion of the sky. She was driving so could only see it for a few seconds before we were out of visual range.

Approximately 22:00 I walked out front of my house to lock the cars. When I looked towards the west just through my neighbors oak tree I noticed some very bright lights. I walked into the road to get a better vantage of the lights. As I watched the light I noticed the lights seemed to be moving in a upward direction. The lights started as a few but seemed to just keep coming over the horizon. As I watched the lights move Upward I noticed they didn’t make any noise but were very bright. As the lights continued upward I called my father who lived down the block so he could confirm what I was witnessing. As I was one the phone with him, all the lights seemed to turn to the south “left from their direction of travel”. The speed of the lights seem to be very consistent. What really threw us off was when the first light made the turn it seemed to slow. It seemed to slow to wait the last light to make the turn. I noticed this because of my training in the army... a technique we used on convoys. We continued to watch and take pictures and video until the lights disappeared. We zoomed in on the pictures we took and realized the lights were actually grouped in threes.

I was sitting on my balcony looking toward the southwest when an object caught my attention. At first it looked like a bird (seagull) flying above the buildings across the street, then the object came closer. Looking up at the object, it looked similar to a B-1 like shape. It had what appeared to be three (3) disc shaped lights (?) on the bottom side. Completely silent and moving fairly fast. Conditions were very clear skies, with object moving from South to North. I lost visual of object as my building then obstructed my view.

I was speaking with a family member on the phone and walked over to my glass patio door to look outside. A bright object in the sky at about the 11:00 position and to the west caught my attention. That would put it over the Pacific Ocean. It was very bright, but was not shimmering like a star. I’ve seen Venus hundreds of times and this was probably 2 times the size of Venus. It was roughly diamond shaped (with no defined edges) and had an orange-ish tinge. It was also much too low to be a star as I could make out the thin, broken layer of high clouds behind it. So, my first thought was that it was a helicopter, especially given that there is occasionally police helicopter activity in the area and the altitude seemed about right. I continued to watch it, expecting that the object would turn/move soon and I would see its aviation lights, but it just remained in the same position for about 15 minutes. Then I thought I saw it wavering sideways just a bit, so I lined up the edge of a palm tree with the object, and sure enough, it had a very subtle back-and-forth horizontal motion to it. I never saw any aviation lights. I still assumed it was probably a helicopter, and I was still having a conversation on the phone, so I didn’t open the door to see if I could hear a faint rotor sound in the distance. Actually with all of the other city noise (i.e., nearby freeway, local traffic) and with the distance, listening for a sound from the object would have given an inconclusive result. I continued to watch it and was about to lose interest, when things got even stranger. The object faded out in place for a brief moment and then grew bright again, matching its original size and intensity. It was like a light bulb on a dimmer switch and you quickly turn down the voltage to the point where the bulb goes out and then you increase the power until the bulb is at full brightness again. At first I thought perhaps the effect was caused by clouds p! assing in front of the object, but again the clouds were much higher a nd quite thin. After a few more minutes, the object started becoming smaller and smaller, until it was a tiny spec in the distance. This had a very different visual look than the dimming. This time it appeared more like the object flew away at a level trajectory (further out over the ocean) and then stopped. This changed took only a matter of seconds. I watched it in the distance for a minute or so and thought there was nothing more to see, so I looked away for another minute or two. When I looked up at the sky again, the object was back, in the exact location described at the beginning of this report and with the same shape and brightness. After a few more minutes, it did the same maneuver again – appearing to move away very rapidly at a horizontal/level trajectory with the object becoming a tiny spec in the distance at the same location as before, except this time it completely disappeared. About halfway into this event, I noticed what were obvious airplanes (aviation lights visible) slowly circling far away from the object while it was in its original/stationary position. It seems that these airplanes had their approach to the San Diego airport interrupted. I say that because once the object disappeared as described above, an unusually high volume of airplanes started flying through the original area where the object was. These airplanes were clearly headed to the airport. //End of Report//

I saw a blue orb about 5ft by 5ft maybe 5ft infront of me and my manager he was driving me home I wrote in the locations the path it was at an intersection after leaving the free way from the restaurant I don't live there anymore so it's okay and it was maybe floating 2ft off the ground i dismissed it as balled lighting but years later found out balled lightning doesn't stand still so I was told to report it

I was sleeping under the stars in my sleeping bag in a high lakes area in Golden Trout Wilderness just below Mt. Langley near one of the Cottonwood Lakes (maybe 3 or 4). There were 14 of us in our party, part of a boy scout backpack trek. I was the furthest out, about 50 to 75 feet away from the 2 nearest me in their tents. We were camping at about 11,000 ft elevation. This was just before the Perseid Meteor Shower and I was having trouble sleeping, going in and out for a couple of hours from 10:30 PM to 12:30 P.M. I was looking at the night sky and did see several shooting stars during this time. I noticed a couple of strange things. One, I could hear a sound in the woods that appeared to be coming from an electrical appliance. I knew it wasn't natural. It was low and very subtle but it was there. I also noticed at some point, don't remember if before or after the incident what appeared to be a star go dark before my eyes. It was there, then the star was gone. The light of the star disappeared before my eyes as I was looking at it. I just thought to myself what the heck was that. Some time after 12:30PM, I will guess about 1:00 or so this is what happened. I was so rattled by the event that I didn't even look at my smartphone to see what time it was. I heard what I can only describe as a very high pitched electrical humming sound. It started to grow in intensity, so much so that I thought my eardrums were going to rupture. I didn't experience any pain, but the sound was intense. As I opened my eyes, there was a wave of pinkish, orange, purple light all around me. I was surrounded by granite boulders and foxtail pine trees, but I thought the whole night sky was dancing around me in these wave-like color tones. I was scared, because I knew this was not natural. In my head I said to God, "Dear Lord, please help me." And then everything went back to normal in an instant. I don't think this lasted more than 10 seconds or so. In the morning, I shared my experience with the adults in the group. None of them heard or saw anything. They thought is was bizarre. Witness indicates that the date of the sighting is approximate. I was wiping my car down by my detached garage and my telescope was set up just outside my garage door. Across from me, was another set of detached garages for the units in my condo complex. I noticed a object that was slowly flying at a distance but visible just above the top of the garages. I noticed a white light in front and a red light in the back with the red light elevated higher than the white light. I found that to be very odd. I went to my telescope and located the top of the end of the last detached garage and worked my way back till I found the object. The object was as clear as day. It was a saucer shaped object, very metallic looking. The reason the red light was elevated was because the saucer was flying at a angle, the front of the saucer was pointed downwards and the back of the saucer was upwards to give that look of how the lights looked. I stayed on it for about 6-8 seconds till the trees were in the way. It was the first time in my life I actually saw a flying saucer.

At approximately 0820 August 3, 2018, as I was sitting on my back patio having breakfast, I noticed the white sphere like object at approximately 210 true for my location in the house or to 40,000 feet are higher heading in a northwesterly direction very fast. good night out-of-control fest was in a professor was Chyna like a blob or a cloud in the circle shape no definition sky was super clear I then pointed out to the two people sitting at the table with me and they both noticed I wrote it off as a balloon. It may have been. However in my days of the military weather balloons air control, and that was no balloon that I’d ever seen. We don't understand the report, but parts of it are interesting. PD

While training at a military site, myself and some other trainers/soldiers saw what appeared to be lights in the distance. after properly putting on NVGs (night vision goggles) and accurately relocating the object in the sky myself and my partner saw the UFO in the sky go around the mountain chains in and out of mountain itself. after my partner decided that it might be an illusion from spending too much time in the sun and not sleeping properly he took off and decided to sleep. I stayed up and watched this object in the distance and saw its maneuvers in the sky, some soldiers that might have still be up saw how this object go closer to us in the sky and maybe decided to check us out as we did it. the dark night sky was great because the milky way was visible with the naked eye so objects such as these UFOs where a bit harder to spot due to all the stars in the sky. As soon as I saw it getting close I turned my IR (infraRed) option on and it was not able to! detect anything on the craft soon after the craft split into two and circled the valley we slept in. soon after the lights merged together and took off with a light blue streak that came from it taking off.

I have been taking pictures of the planets, due to the fact most of them are visible this month, for 4 days I have seen this objects flying back, & forth, but never going out of sight like airplanes usually do, I didn't pay much attention until today that I tried taking a picture of the objects using the flash,at the 3 flash 2 of the objects completely stopped in mid air high above my home, the sound they make is soft almost like the old squared fans, i had my binoculars on me, so I quickly used them to try to identify the objects above, they looked like a diamond with a bullet shaped piece on each side, sometime the sides have a plain white light, & change into one red & one green light that blink making it look like an airplane, but as it starts descending lower clearly visible it's not a plane, but an unfamiliar oobject, when I looked for the other 2 objects I spotted the 3rd one coming from were Jupiter was at that time, but there was a smaller object! beneath it with very dim lights hardly visible, it looked like an individual flying down with a jet pack with a fan like propeller on each side, it got so close as like a mile high, & a block away from me, but it was coming directly my way, at that point I freaked out & ran inside locked all my doors, & turned of most of my lights, but as I keep peeking through the window they are still up there now.

It was about 08:00 on July 29, 2018 when I took my dog for a walk in a produce field that is next to my residence. When I walked to the trail, I passed railroad tracks that bridged a drainage ditch. There I seen and balloon like shape raise from a tree that lined the trail and drainage ditch. As I walked I noticed that the balloon was hovering and warping. I watch for 5 to 10 minutes, before I realized that it wasn't a balloon, and pulled out my cellphone to video tape the object. As I video taped I voiced what was happening. I followed the hovering object from the produce field, across the ditch then back to the field. The object hovered up and down while mutating. The object hovered straight over me for 5 minutes as it hovered to the field from the ditch. At that point my cellphone wouldnt let me take pictures or video anymore. After 5 or 10 minutes then I could film my 2nd video. I kept watching while the object enter the middle of the field, when my dog bumped me and I look away and look back then the object was gone. The incident happened for 30 to 40 minutes. The night before in the early morning there was a power surge on the street and my house was to be left out for 15 minutes longer. After the incident i couldn't use my debit card, it was demagnetized at the meat market down the street.

Three lights in a triangle formation. Very ( very ) bright lights. They were far away, but each one would have been as bright as a stadium lit-up at night, and this was in broad daylight. They weren't connected, I could see some sky between them and they drifted apart a bit after just hovering motionlessly. I watched them for a while and then walked past a tree which blocked my view of them, when I looked again, they were gone, just vanished.

I saw long flame traveling from west to southeast. It was red at the beginning flying upwards, then it gets shorter and yellow while flying more hoizontally.
