In one of the 7 photos I had taken one of them catches an object coming from the south looping above the elk herd. The photos are Live Photos that play for 3 seconds or so. This happened in broad daylight.

We were at the Oregon State Fair and noticed some shapes to the north. We thought they may be balloons or sky divers. As we watched the objects move to the west, they changed formations. They were random formations at first and then moved into lines, a circle, and then into an arrow (two connecting lines) before disappearing in the west.

Was standing on our front porch facing North and noticed a very large and bright light towards Salem flicker, dim and then brighten to the point where it looked like an illustration of a star. The object then quickly darted west approximately 30 degrees and did it again. Then it darted back to the East about 40 degrees and faded away. I got video and was able to get a pretty good still from the footage. My neighbor was driving to Salem at the time and saw it as well. She stated that it was North of Salem and was big.

Background of ((name deleted)): Over 5000 flight hours. Currently a captain with ((company name deleted)). Bachelor’s Degree in Aeronautical Science from Embry Riddle. Narrative from ((witness name deleted)): Sitting in my hot tub and observed a bright white object go from southwest to northeast. It was traveling at a high speed estimated to be about 5 times faster than a normal jet at cruise and/or 6 times faster than the international space station seen from Earth. The object was at about 10,000 feet and there was cloud coverage with a thin broken ceiling in the background. The object did not appear to show any navigational lights or strobes, apparent on most aircraft. It was also a bright white steady light compared to the more yellowish tint of aircraft. My fiancée also saw the object and noticed it a few seconds before me. She said it was traveling due east and then changed directions to go northeast. She is a flight attendant and originally thought it was a commercial aircraft. About 5 minutes after the object disappeared a commercial aircraft flew overhead and my fiancee was able to notice the difference between what we saw and the commercial aircraft. While standing outside trying to see some meteors, I saw what looked like a row of white lights coming up the coast, south of Seaside Oregon. I assumed it was an aircraft. It was quite high in the sky. I looked away for maybe 5 5 seconds and when I looked back it was gone. I don't know where it could have gone so quickly. It was a clear night.

Sighting occurred at the Vista House Observatory. A friend and I were watching the Perseids when I spotted what I thought at first was a meteor. It was a small orange light almost directly overhead that flashed orange. I pointed it out to my friend who spotted it too. Instead of vanishing like normal meteor, it dimmed a little and kept moving across the sky. As we watched, it changed direction and seemed to occasionally move in small serpentine patterns in a manner that could not have been a satellite despite clearly being high altitude. We could also see large helicopters working on a forest fire in the region, but this was clearly much higher and only orange. It continued to move at a steady speed and switch directions before vanishing, though it may have been obscured by the smoke. I believe others may have seen this as well because we heard people close to us mention it too. I’d like to stress that we saw a number of meteors, satellites, planes, etc. This couldn’t have been any of those. None of them could move the way this light did.

On July 29th, 2021 8:31 PM I parked my car in my driveway. As I got out I looked up toward the west. I saw a craft rectangle in shape with rounded ends moving toward the south. It appeared to be about 2 miles away and a little smaller than a Cessna airplane. Before capturing it on video I noticed a orange color underneath that faded as it moved farther. Made no noise , no lights, no trail. My wife witnessed this as well. Object appeared to be flying closer to the ground than normal aircraft. Sky was overcast with light wind. Please Note: I have this on HDR video clocked at 2 minutes 30 seconds with time stamp. Due to file size I cannot submit this but would be happy to any way I can. As witnessed trees and telephone lines show show perspective of distance on video. Picture provided is a blown up picture of craft.

It was early morning, overcast and before the sun had come above the horizon. I was outside facing southeast when I noticed a red circle in the sky. I figured it to be a bright planet or satellite till it moved directly downwards in a perfectly straight line before coming to a hovering stop once more. I believe I may have seen a white light also come from the bottom of the the red circle around this time. After staying perfectly still in its new position for a few moments it then started to move to its left in the same unwavering, straight motion as it had when it dropped position. During this movement trees obscured my vision and I did not see what happened after. The distance I perceived the circle to be at was far but within the cloud layer. To my eye it looked as though it was moving fast during its perfect movement. I did not see anything other than the red circle and what may have been white light from the bottom of the circle.

I had taken my dog outside to go to the bathroom and I looked up to the sky with it being a clear night and you can see lots of stars up there. I noticed one star in particular was zigzagging left to right and then right to left again at quick speed until it disappeared out of my sight. I think in all it was about 10 seconds or so. I was knocking on the back door to try to get my mom's attention to come out but she missed it.

While heading West on I-84 Hwy taking picture of sensory with I Phone as passenger. At the time never noticed anything in the sky till we looked at it when we got home and saw all these white lights above Crown Point. Had many other picture of sky with nothing in them to compare. Saw TV show 5/10/22 about a team UPAX that talked about what they called Tic Tac’s and remembered we had something just like that. Picture can be attached for your reference.

Round orange shape that was bright and would have no light to it for minutes at a time Nd then eventually just was gone. Seemed to have smaller crafts around it.

I was driving, it was daylight and the sky was blue and clear, my passenger and I were discussing time as we were late for our event, I looked at the car clock and said we were 23 minutes late (meant to be there at 4:00, hence 4:23 pm) as we were driving, there is a straight stretch of road where 2 fruit fields are, immediately before driving up onto bridge going into Independence. I looked up and saw on small cloud that seemed very odd shaped, domed top, slighted lesser domed bottom and the sides sloped down/up into 'points' - very "classic" flying saucer shaped, only it was white and looked slightly "cloud-like". I jokingly said to my passenger "um - is that a cloaked ufo cloud?" and looked their way, noticing my passenger was leaning forward in their seat, looking up to the left of the "cloud and remarked overlapping me "hey there's something like glinting up there, but nothing's THERE..." and then we looked a! t the cloud again and it was gone, nothing but blue sky, we looked for the shiny glinting spot and it too had disappeared - both in a matter of under about 3-5 seconds. I didn't even have time to ask if they would take a picture with my phone - it was EXTEMELY fast. The cloud shape was directly over south Independence looked to be around the areas of Talmadge Road, Stapleton Road vicinity of south Independence in farm/country, but could be clearly seen as we approached the bridge.

Daughter was laying on floor by sliding glass door and started exclaiming about shiny birds. I ran over to see what she was talking about and there was a large group of floating/shifting shiny objects not far from above our home. At first I thought they were birds; they looked like they had wings at first but the way they were shining and moving seemed wrong. Perhaps, a large group of foil balloons tied together or drones? They kept getting further away and they would shift around together quickly, change formation shape and become invisible at times. My husband and 3 year old were also watching. Barely captured part of it on video.

My son who is special needs and I went outside to look at the stars. It was almost 11pm. The skies were clear and there was zero traffic on our road, no planes or anything in the sky, no sound or anything. We live about 3 miles outside of McMinnville city limits and I have lived in this area majority of my life so I know when something is off. I was playing with the settings of the camera on my new phone and I spotted something down the road. There was at first only a green sphere and then there was a secondary reddish orange colored sphere. They didn't appear to be on the ground but close to it. The lights would fade in and out. There wasn't any fireworks or anything being set off, no sound, no traffic, nothing. I was able to get it on video for about a minute. There almost appeared to be a haze around them in the video and I did have to zoom it in to be able to see what was going on. I just felt kind of in awe of what I was seeing but sort of scared and nervous at the same time. My son is fearless and when I stopped filming he said "Mom.....we need to go in...NOW!!!" It was just odd. There wasn't any air traffic or planes going over or anything and other than the voices of myself and my son on the video and there is nothing but those 2 different lights that seem to hover and the light of them fades in and out. The area they were at down the road is nothing but open fields. It was just bizarre. I have had other experiences out here but this is the most recent one.

I noticed a cloud ahead, driving down a mile stretch of road...blinking. As I got close, I see this huge triangle thing come out of the cloud. It had one solid, and one blinking red light on it. It was going to the right of the road I was on. I went around a slight corner and I see this thing approximately 100 yards out, just hovering over this field. I kicking myself not turning around and trying to take a photo. Whats strange is when it was in the cloud, the cloud was light up white, like someone was tuning a light switch on and off. It comes out of the cloud and its two red light. Im guessing the three sides to be 100ft each. Ive always been skeptical....now I'm tripping!

I watched the white light for over half an hour. It first travelled in a square pattern above my home, then changed to a rectangular pattern going more east bound. At first I thought it was a plane but at each corner of both patterns it did 90 degree corners. This was done at high speeds. It was very high as evidenced by a plane passing in between my home and the white light. I called the local news tv media but was discounted by whomever I talked with. I tried taking a picture with cell phone but it didn’t show up.

Moving at extreme speed, the sphere was small and lower than planes fly. No sound was emitted, and no blinking lights to indicate it was a plane or helicopter. No trail was left which would have indicated it to be a shooting star.

I saw this object flying mid-sky after entering the northbound I-5 freeway. I thought it was a plane at first as the Medford airport is about a mile away from where I was driving. The object was about the size of passenger jet and was traveling slowly from east to west approximately 500 to 700 feet above the surrounding hills about a mile and a half in front of me. The object was white and cylinder shaped with what appeared to be a dark line separating a third of the object from the rest. As it moved, I looked for wings,as I thought at first it was a jet plane that had just taken off from the airport. As I was watching, the object slowly pivoted. It did not turn, but pivoted towards the north and then faded from sight. It did not shoot off or suddenly disappear, but faded away within about 2 or 3 seconds after it pivoted. The whole event lasted about 40 seconds to a minute.

I live in NE Salem OR near the 45th parallel and for the last few weeks have observed orbs in the sky mostly after 9-9:30 pm and even in daylight if there are clouds present. I witness tem in every direction of the sky someimes flashing a light here and there and zig zagging in and out of the clouds individually and in groups. It is currently 12:30 am PST and to the West I see a larger orb lighted steadily releasing many tiny orbs that fly off in various directions and others flying with or around the larger orb which is mostly stationary or moving slowly. Mostly I see the smaller orbs each night. As mentioned I witness them in every direction and all hours of the night. I have attempted to video these sightings and not as successful as I would like. I have only reported these experiences on your website but thinking I should perhaps report to a news agency or law enforcement. I don’t want to be thought of as goofy and absolutely 100% certain what I am seeing is abnormal, unidentified aerial phenomenon and uncertain if these spherical beings/objects are friendly or threatening. I believe they are intelligent. They can appear and vanish suddenly. They often camouflage in the clouds and act as if they are harvesting energy from them as I witness them more ofyen when it is somewhat stormy. This larger orb releasing multiples is out in the open sky at this time. I have witnessed them moving about quite slowly and also with remarkable speed. I am amazed by these experiences and also somewhat frightened. I live alone and so I witness these events by myself. Every time I ask a neighbor to share the experience they behave as if I am losing my mind. I indeed am not. I will continue to report my sightings and this is my third report. I would like an investigator to contact me and in the mean time I will continue to obtain other witnesses and/or proof. Thank you.

Saw a line of multiple small lights in a line following eachother....going east directly over the town of medford oregon. Moving faster than a plane slower than a jet. They traversed the sky and continued east over the cascade mt range.

Looking out window seen a something silver & quite fast as I got up to look out my East window Facing The Mt. Jefferson Mountain, I seen two more side by side as a formation They looked silver In the sunlight, as quick as I seen the other two they were gone . It only lasted about 1 to 11/2 min. There were planes heading NE which these crafts where below the flight of the planes flying above the crafts that I seen.

I continue to see ORBS OVER SALEM OR for the last week at night and sometimes if we have cloud cover during the day. I have attempted to catch them on video but not as successful as I would like. I am farsighted and can see these orbs flashing at times throughout the night in the clouds and definitely under cloud cover at lower altitude. I tried to call the hotline and my call dropped. Some of the spheres/orbs are brighter than others and I would estimate hundreds of them if not thousands flying about the entire sky.

My coordinates at the time of the sighting according to google maps: (45.5248002, -122.6920721) Lying on my apartment’s balcony with my feet pointing north, I saw three dim (almost hazy) white lights moving silently at approximately equal speed from the southwest to the north, passing through the handle of the Big Dipper. They were almost equidistant from each other in a diagonal line but the one furthest to the right broke formation slightly. It looked like it’s position wobbled in relation to the others. This made me realize that they weren’t quite moving in perfect unison and seemed like three separate objects. They were moving at high speed. The speed indicated to me that if it were a plane, it would have to be close to the ground in order to appear as if it were crossing the sky so quickly. However, it produced no sound audible to me and did not visually appear close to the ground.

My passenger and I were driving to Independence, and were in the straight stretch of road right before the base of the bridge, about a mile prior. From this distance you can see through the tree that flank the river. I commented to my passenger that there was something between the trees "glimmering", assumed out loud it was a plane then joked "it must be a ufo!" Passenger looked and kind of gasped at the same time I realized it could not be a plane at the low of level unless crashing - it was cylinder shaped and silver, almost like a small blimp shape, 'milky' or brushed silver looking metal (not like a stainless steel look) and the sun was making it 'glisten'. We could see it between the trees, and only caught sight of it for a few seconds before we started up the bridge and thicker trees blocked our view. One we cleared the trees on the bridge where we could see I slowed to a near stop and looked, and there was nothing there - we looke! d on both sides and it was too large to fit under the bridge and not stick out. We kept watching as we descended the bridge, and then as we turned onto another country road where we could see the skyline, sky and area, and saw nothing, and no planes were in the air that we might have mistaken it with - the sky was entirely void of aircraft.
