Telephoned Report: An adult male telephoned the UFO Hotline and reported that a group of fishermen, while on the water, allegedly had witnessed a large disk descend through solid overcast, stop momentarily, and hover for a few seconds. It then rose vertically back through the clouds, and disappeared from sight. NUFORC has received no follow-up written report, and the witnessed who called has failed to respond to several messages which have been left on his telephone. We wonder whether the report may have been an attempt to hoax us. PD

On 2015-07-20 at approximately 09:05 hrs my family and I were at Glengarry Park in NE Edmonton, AB. My children were playing on the kids equipment and I was speaking with my wife while keeping a watchful eye on them. The weather was mainly sunny/clear with a few clouds and approximately 20 degrees Celsius. I happened to look up in the sky, which was very bright from the sun. Something caught my eye and I focused in on what I can only describe as an object which appeared very high in the sky. I watched as the object appeared to be still, bright white, and not moving. I could not make out a shape but it appeared very bright and circular. I quickly pointed and told my wife to look up, which she did. She was able to focus in on the object quite quickly. A moment later, we both noticed the object was not alone. At first we both observed 2 more objects which between the 3, formed a triangle. Then I observed a fourth object to the left of the triangle, and then another to the right. The objects began moving to the NE at varying speeds. At this time, I noticed one of the objects appeared to go from a bright white to a bluish color, and another from white to a hint of orange. Throughout the event, most of the objects appeared to go in and out of focus. At times we had to look away and then back in order to find them again. One object though (the first one I saw) was always easy to spot. In fact, this was the only object that decreased altitude and came significantly lower than the others (this happened about 5 minutes after first spotted). My wife and I estimated approximately 7-9 objects were seen during the event which lasted approximately 25 minutes. During the event my wife and I attempted multiple short video recordings on our IPhone devices. At the time, we did not think the camera was picking up the objects as we could not see them on the screen. The glare from the sun and reflection on the screen made it impossible to see anything. We did our best guesses in pointing though and upon review found some clear footage of one of the objects and a faint view of at least two more. She was also able to zoom in on the clearest object but found it would not focus. At one point during the event, while observing the object and preparing my camera to take another recording, I noticed a passenger jet travelling in the direction of the clearest object. I was able to get a recording of the object and jet in close proximity to each other. It appeared the plane was lower in altitude but it's difficult to say for sure. Both my wife and I have never seen anything like this before. The objects would change directions in an instant and appeared to go from very fast (faster than the jet) to not moving at all. We also noticed the objects were making various triangle formations as the moved. As well, at no time did we observe a jet stream or anything emitting from the objects. The park where the event occurred is approximately 10 km SW of Canadian Forces Base Edmonton on the north end of the city. Our backgrounds, I am a retired police officer and my wife is a teacher. We are very interested in having this video analyzed to find out what we saw on this day.

Me my sister and her two friends were having a campfire I am age 20 they are are 14-15, I was supervising them when I seen the first light appear moving quickly In the sky then is curved off and got dim, disappeared for about 20 seconds then re-appeared in a different location but still heading in the same trajectory, 3 minutes later we spotted 3 more objects to were following the same trajectory pattern the other-one split off and headed off at a 90degree turn then one following the other's suddenly stopped hovered in the stratosphere for about 1 minute then shot far off fast at a erratic 210 degree turn then after that we saw a airplane moving slow and blinking multiple colors moving quite slow and then saw about 3 more fast moving objects that repetedly dimmed and got brighter and changed courses every few seconds moving from left to right with ease

I was walking my dogs at the dog park and there were fireworks been displayed. When I looked at the fireworks, a red light caught my eye. It was behind the city skyline. At first, I thought it was a plane, but I notice it wasn't blinking it moved on a straight line and then stopped very quickly made a extremely sharp u turn and stopped again only to shine (sparkle like diamonds) for a second then it made another sharp turn but this time had changed the colour to red again then it it moved and stopped moved and stopped very sharp each time then it disappeared behind the the trees.

I was a passenger crossing the Princess Margaret Bridge on my way to dinner with my boyfriend and his sister. I looked up into the clouds, and noticed a very still, strange and large preternaturally bright/disc formation. It seemed to shimmer, almost a bit mercurial. It was certainly not a star or airplane of any sort. It hovered/paused long enough in front of the clouds for me to try and get my companions attention to see it, then vanished. Nobody else caught a glimpse. Its movement seemed very deliberate, very efficient, and not of this world. The speed and (oddly enough) expressiveness of its movement hinted at an awareness of being witnessed (by me or who knows else could have seen it in the vicinity) I am an artist, who is not particularly knowledgable on the topic. I don't watch much tv or movies about aliens/spacecraft etc, but I am fascinated and open to the possibility of such things.

Moving west to east viewed from the cornwall hospital. First 2 black objects with a non blinking red light, followed by 2 more singles within 2 or 3 minutes. They made no sound. My coworker and I had never seen these types of objects and I spent 16 years in the Military so I know what a drone or a helicopter looks like. The fact they made no sound was weird. they moved at a steady speed all the same speed, not overly fast. I would have thought baloons but they usually dont have lights and would not move in a uniform line and would not have lights. Some departments reporting "off" behavior of patients within the hospital??

Looked up at night sky and noticed a glowing orange/red spherical object maybe 50 feet above me. It was moving east and then took a turn north towards the water. I was outside of the shaftsburry inn. Pretty creepy thing to spot so close just above you. My heart rate climbed quite a bit.

Walking through a parking lot, I looked up and noticed a red light moving all over the place in one spot but ascending and at first I thought it was a plane but it kept moving up and down and left to right very sporadically, very scattered. It was not moving straight forward and smooth like a plane nor was the light flashing like a plane would were you would usually see white light then red followed right after. It then just disappeared and there was no more red light at all. The red light just faded slowly and I couldn't see the movement anymore. What got my attention was a pulsing flame which was coming out of the bottom of this black rectangular shaped object and moved up and down as flame went from big too small. AS this object glided overhead I could hear a light humming sound as it tilted over to its belly. It was the size of a medium bus and maybe a little bigger considering the height it was at. It came from the west and headed east as it gained altitude and just disappeared into the blue sky. Could this be the black knight satellite?

My family and I went to see the July 1st fireworks (for Canada Day) in Calgary that were scheduled to be between 10:45pm and 11:45pm that day. They were being launched off the Centre Street Bridge in Calgary, so we decided to go to the Sunnyside Bank Park and watch the fireworks from the top of the hill to get a good view (on Crescent Road NW near 2nd Street NW). I remember looking at the time on my cell phone and at 10:51pm I made a comment to my wife that they were late with their fireworks. Within a few minutes of that time, the fireworks had started, and they lasted approximately 15 minutes. Once the fireworks finished, I waited for maybe 30 seconds to see if any more were coming, but all there was now was smoke above the Centre Street Bridge. I looked at my cell phone again and the time was 11:09pm. I made another comment to my wife that they were liars, as I was expecting fireworks to last an hour. She laughed, and shortly after that she asked me, "What is that green light up there?" I looked up in the sky and saw a green stationery star-like object in the sky, hovering probably above Centre Street (not directly above us, just slightly east from us) and it was north of the Centre Street Bridge. I don't know exactly how high it was, but it there was cloud cover and the object was still below the clouds. At that moment when I first saw it, I didn't know what to think, as it was stationery. In my mind I immediately related the light to some of the fireworks from before (although it was hovering and not rising and falling like a firework) or maybe a helicopter with a green light (I didn't hear any helicopter noise either, but the object was very high). The object hovered in that spot for several seconds (10 to 20 seconds), then suddenly it shot off in the south east direction at a speed that I had never witnessed any airplane do before. It shot off several kilometers in the south east direction within 1 or 2 seconds, the came to a sudden stop, and it hovered again for several seconds. My heart immediately jumped at that moments, as I suddenly knew that whatever this was, it definitely was not a firework, a helicopter or any other conventional aircraft known to me. The light then suddenly vanished, as me and my wife started talking to each other in great excitement about what we just witnessed. The light appeared again, I reached for my cell phone to start recording, but as soon as I had the phone ready, the light vanished again, and we did not see it after that. When my wife first noticed the object, it was hovering lower, then it shot up with incredible speed and became stationery, at which point she drew my attention to it. I had missed the first part when it ascended, and I only saw it shoot horizontally across the sky. It was Canada Day fireworks and there were thousands of people scattered all around to watch the fireworks. My wife, my 16 year old son and I all saw the object. The people standing behind us saw the object. Since there were thousands of people present, I'm sure that many others saw the object. I hope that many more reports from that evening are filed, as I'm sure there are countless other witnesses to the event. It was just a light in the sky and if my wife had not pointed it out to me, I would have missed it. Due to that fact, I'm sure that majority of the spectators did not see this light, but those that were looking up in the right direction would have seen it for sure.

I was my balcony just looking up to the sky when I noticed a white light coming from the west. I was not paying much attention at the time as it is the usual flight path for aircraft heading to Ottawa Airport. Then I suddenly realized that this is not an airplane, the size of the white light is at least a dozen sizes bigger than an aircraft; also what really caught my eye was there was a cube shaped orange type light glowing around the white light. I lost track of it as it passed over my apartment complex. I did not hear any sounds coming from it, and it just flew in a straight line, about a couple of hundred feet up.

I am a happily married father of two living in St. Catharines, ON, CAN (about 10 min west of Niagara Falls, CAN). Tonight, my 9 year old son, 6 year old daughter and I were on our way to pick up my wife (their mom) from her office after a 6:30-7:30pm soccer practice. As we approached a street close to where we live (which was on route to the office), a silver metallic, round object caught my eye. I only saw it for a couple seconds but I know what I saw. Given the fact that I was driving, a tall tree impeded my vision for a moment of the object and when the tree was no longer in the way it wasn’t that metallic looking object like before, it was, what looked to me, like a slowly moving white disc. When I say white, I mean it looked a white line, what a classic ufo would look like from far away. I asked my son if he was seeing what I was seeing and he said he was. I asked him if he saw it before the tree and he said that it “looked like it was silver and a circle”. Lastly, before the object was impeded by the tall tree, as a result of driving, it was headed southwest. When I got by the tree, it had made a shift in direction to the east. I did not see it turn, but did notice it switched paths. ((ADDENDUM FROM WITNESS)) Mr. Davenport Yes the sighting was on the Tuesday evening. Sorry for the mix up. One June 21st, 2015 at approximately 22:30 EDT, I went outside to set up my camera to experiment photographing the planets Jupiter and Venus since they were very bright near the crescent moon. As I was positioning the camera and tripod to point toward the moon and two planets, I noticed a bright red object moving from north-west to south-east. This would be parallel to Main Street. There was no sound and the light did not appear to vary in intensity. There were no flashing lights that I could see, just a constant red glow. I turned the tripod to point the camera so I could try to get a photo of the object. It was dark as I had switched off my outside lights and that caused some difficulty in arranging the camera and tripod. Just as I got the camera pointed in the right direction, the object appeared to vanish into thin air. It did not accelerate, change direction of in any other way indicate it would be gone. It just vanished. Unfortunately, I did not get a photograph. Total elapsed time was about two to three minutes There were aircraft passing by at higher altitudes and in different directions and I could see their flashing lights. This object was not like any airplane I’d ever seen. I am a sixty-four year old male who enjoys accounting as a career along with computers and photography as hobbies. I do not drink alcohol other than the occasional bottle of beer or glass of wine with a friend about once a year. I do not take any recreational drugs and I do not smoke, anything. I am in good health both mentally and physically. I am near sighted and my eyeglasses give me excellent distance vision.

I noticed an object in the sky, it was orb shaped and very bright. It's size was that of a city bus (approximately) It zipped across the sky at incredible speeds and was hard to visually keep up with . It would hover then for approximately 1-2 minutes then just vanish and reappear across the sky. I took my cell out and took a picture. I had my camera on negative as with the sun it was easier to see. On my camera it was a black ball, just moving across the sky. BUT in the photo you can clearly see it has a faint disc shaped outline. ** my left hand is made into a fist to block the sun so I could see The object......as it stayed close to the sun*** Altitude around 500ft It was around noon Blue skies. Low white clouds, that were about 200ft from the ground. Then these three orange orbs emerged from the clouds and flew in circles. They seem to fly in the same area criss-crossing each other's path. They kept flying in and out of the clouds, and then they went back into the clouds. They were low and fast moving clouds. Seems as though they were using it for camouflage.

I was going through some photos I had taken on June 14, 2015, and in one photo, I noticed something in the sky. I don't remember taking a specific photo of this object as I was just snapping photos while out with my girlfriend and her dog. I never saw the object in the sky, until I looked at the photo and noticed it. I zoomed the photo and used an edge detection filter on the image and realized it wasn't a bird or anything else I could ascertain. I came to the conclusion that it was indeed an unidentified flying object. It is definitely a solid object in the sky above the lake. I also snapped another picture of the same scene about 17 seconds later and the object doesn't appear in the second photo. I am submitting these two photos and I haven't changed them in any way. These are directly from the camera to my hard drive.

My boyfriend and I were outside on our deck just after 03:00 hours. We both had a pair of binoculars and were looking at Venus. He thought he saw a shooting star but I could see it better through my binoculars and said, "That is a spaceship! Look its moving with its blinking lights behind our house and was out of site. We both ran to the front of the house and spotted it moving east over the South Thompson river in Kamloops. It hovered and fell like a leaf but did not pass the power lines. We watched it as it vanished or disintegrated moving east.

There also appeared to be 5-7 small grey or silver short humonoids too the side or behind the taller creature they at first looked to me like gnome like creatures I don't em ember seeing eye color just that they were about 2-4 feet in height with 2 arms 2 legs. Unknow fingers or clothed. Just solid grey color. I noticed them first and my other passenger said it looks like signs on the road ahead. As we got closer the outside environment stated to get very blurry like it looked felt like the trees bushes and side of road were shaking rapidly also the creatures seemed to be shaking or vibrating to I stopped the car cause I felt fear my passenger told me drive go go The creatures seemed to be getting closer as if shaking vibrating towards us I put Ford Explorer in reverse sped back about 30 feet to next side street turning down that street I made a right and in front of me it was the same creatures like they just instantly appeared in front of us again I slammed on brakes and stopped there Now it gets very vague on what I can recall. I felt fear panic shock I rember thinking or saying get a picture take a video And so many thoughts of people believing me worried about getting away it was frightening My next memory is almost a clip of me frozen in vehicle seeing one of the smaller grey creatures right outside my drivers door I had the feeling it was coming for me then I felt remember nothing everything seemed extremely calm peaceful in what I thought was a blink of an eye I'm driving out of the rural range road and back towards town on paved road as I was driving back towards home I could only rember seeing red lights and some blurry stuff. As did my passenger when we arrived home it was 3 hours later than I thought I felt very tired latex down passed out woke up 15 hours later felling sick drained. And missing time it felt like days had passed Over the next two days I started remembering more almost like clips of the creatures lights and surroundings. Today is Saturday june 13 and a story online for the drayton valley ramp dept says a cow was found shot and mutilated sliced open at throat and stomach found by farmer the morning after my experience this has prompted me to feel a burst letting my story be known I called my friend who witnessed this with me and asked what he remembered. He only recalled seeing some strange red lights that were moving in front of us I told him what I remembered and he was shocked that he had forgotten it was like a total recall and said he felt sick thinking bout it. As I sit here now writing and recalling those events I have a gut wrenching feeling of panick in my stomach one That says stop doing this but I have another urge in my head telling me to keep going.

In east Regina (East Douglas Park, and Wascana area) seen in the sky 3 bright white lights moving fast in the night sky back in and forth, remaining stationary for large amount of time, then zipping back and forth again. This occurred for almost an hour. This was definitely not an aircraft or plane that is around today. No aircraft can move as fast as these lights did. Unfortunately, I do not had a camera or phone to take a photo of these lights.
