Noticed a strange bright light to the east in the middle of the night sky when taking dogs outside. It was pretty far away and had a pinkish red glow to it. Started watching it and noticed it was picking up speed rapidly then slowing down. Then it started to zig zag left and right. It was doing really sharp U turns, and travelling different distances between each U turn. Sometimes it would rapidly speed up immediately after a U turn. I could see a light trail when it would speed up. It was not moving uniformly or in any sort of pattern. Got girlfriend and she watched it for awhile too, but didn't think it was a big deal because she said she had seen it before.

Saw multiple bright orange glowing lights moving quickly across sky. First one light, then two together moving in and out rapidly. Then another 3 in a triangle formation followed by one last very bright light. Only got video of the triangle and final light.

Three lights big in the middle and two slightly smaller ones to the sides. Equal distance from each other and the smaller lights on the side were slightly lower. stayed in one spot for at least 30 minutes. after 30 minutes flashed a few times (4-5) with a duration of aprox 30 second between flash. After the final flash it was gone. We have checked "flight radar" the app to see planes in the airspace and close range. Only one was currently in the air (that we would have been able to see at that scale. And it was "AIR1" which is the police helicopter.

We were sitting on the balcony enjoying the weather, there were a few clouds but no moon yet. We both simultaneously saw a collection of orange lights about the brightness of stars (but brighter than you can normally see in this city due to light pollution) and flying in a loose group from behind the trees in the eastern sky, continued to fly upward and towards the north like a fleet. After a minute or two they seemed to form into a straight line and we'd see more joining from behind the trees, but eventually they all blinked or faded out as they got further north. I managed to view them up close in the binoculars but all I could see was an orb or disc-like shape, single light each, definitely not regular planes. I later found the Phoenix lights when doing research and they were somewhat similar but a lot smaller.

Let my dogs outside in the backyard to pee before bedtime. I heard the strangest sound. Similar to a lawn mower or maybe a train but we don't live close to train station and it's too late at night to mow your lawn. My dogs were creeped out. Now so was I. Ran to get my husband he thought maybe it was a train too? But it didn't make sense.. He shrugged it off. I went upstairs with our dogs and looked outside our bedroom window at the stars and saw an orange light the size of the star. It was drifting gently to the right so I thought it could maybe be a plane in the sky but then it flew away. A plane would not dissapear into the night sky like that. I knew something was off. I ran back downstairs into our backyard and the sound was gone.

three bright red lights in a row hovering over the city of halifax on the night of September 7th and then again on the 8th. Both between the hours of 9pm-11:30pm. Still currently watching it now at 10:28pm Sept 8th. Yesterday it was over one part of the city and this night it started a little farther to the left of where it was last night, but then slowly moved back and rotated a bit. When I took photos and videos to nignt the image showed almost a beam or something coming from the object down on to the city

Looked up at the sky, noticed the stars were bright. I was fixated on one particular spot that had nothing, just black, no stars. Went and grabbed my glasses from inside and looked up at that same spot. Out of nowhere a grey triangle ( i could see the figure very well as the moon was low and behind the trees to the east) appeared and descended down, not pointing down but floating or hovering on a horizontal plane with the vertex point facing east. It was very high up, at least a kilometer, as the moon made the bottom very detailed. It had no lights, just 1 protuding rounded discs at each corner. It then moved east and accelerated extremely fast following the curvature of the earth until it dissapeared. Could not believe what I had just witnessed. No sound, no lights or trails. Just moved, accelerated like nothing I have ever seen before.

Bright light slowly rotating around the moon. Almost a full rotation in the last hour. We noticed it because it seemed to be an unfamiliar star, and then we saw it moce upwards and parked to watch it. It was still there after an hour but we stopped watching for sleep.

Looked out window to the east to see if Mars was up yet. Sky clear, very few clouds, rising full moon. Faint spherical "cloud" one half size of full moon catches my attention. It's moving steadily south to north about 30 degrees above the eastern horizon. With binoculars it appeared green/gold in colour. Gave all the appearance of a glowing translucent sphere. The halo was circular and slightly brighter at the edges. There were no distinct or sharpe edges. It looked more like glowing gas than a solid structure. Within the sphere was an indistinct brightness just up from centre with a little brightness extending to the top of the sphere. Details appeared even less distinct as it moved and lowered towards the northern horizon.

It was a bright sunny day. The Temperatures was around 12 Celsius and it was around 16:00 When I looked up, I saw a thin rectangular type light strip as if it was coming through a prism. It was like if it was an invisible craft for which the sun rays were projecting through a prism. The lights were fading and regaining intensity as it moved over head. It was traveling from the north west to the south east. As I live in the wood, I didn’t get to see this more than 20 seconds although I do wonder if it had to do with the moisture in the air reacting to the sun although it seemed to have travel to fast compared to the sun setting which sets around 19:00 at this time of year in my area & that the shape was too perfect.

I was riding my pedal bike to the 711 in st. albert,Alberta from near the casino when I was riding my bike from 711 there was a Super Bright light about 1 mile of the ground looking east of century casino the light was very bright it made no noise and was a calm night this light was just sitting completely stationary and made no noise the light was so bright I swear any edmontonians would of spotted this as well In the sky at the same time i did around 420am and 430am. The light had spike streaks coming off it it was bright I stopped and took my phone out and was accessing my camera so that I could capture some pics but as soon as I put my phone up the bright light went out but there was still a real faint object there just floating motionless and it was to faint to pick up on my camera. After about 2 more minutes the object faded into nothing. I know this was definitely not the Edmonton police chopper it was too strange and motionless and no sound. Was very ! strange.

At approximately 22:25hrs. on Sun. Aug.30,2020 was outside talking to a family member on the phone in the south end of Oshawa, Ontario, where I live and is within 5 min. walk to Lake Ontario. My neighborhood is in a direct line for small aircraft traveling from W. to E. with low altitudes between 3,000ft-12,000ft. E. to W. corridor for small craft fly a few km's to the North of City. Commercial flights use same corridors but at altitudes of 20,000ft - 35,000ft. (Occasional Police & Search/Rescue Heli's w/ powerful searchlights can be seen flying low near Lake Ontario's coast in all directions) Weather on this night is clear with a near full-moon coming around from the East and no clouds visible in the West over the Lake at that time. I noticed what appeared to be the usual small aircraft traffic coming from W.-E. A small plane at approx. 3,500ft-5,000ft. with standard flashing night-time lights. I then spotted another craft flying in the same direction roughly 1,000ft to the north and approx. 500ft-1,000ft lower than the first and did not appear to be in dangerous proximity to each other although unusually close in my experiences watching planes. Also, I took notice of the first craft maneuvering away in a lazy South-East direction to put some more distance between them which also told me that the pilot had most probably seen it and took avoidance measures. I could not identify what kind of craft the second lower flying one was. It was over Lake Ontario, traveling West to East and flew about as fast as the other at first but its speed varied at times, slowing or speeding up but also making altitude adjustments, up and/or down with no rhyme or reason. It was circular in shape, like a very large orb. I couldn't be sure of its size due to not having a reference such as clouds for scale, but seeing the other craft taking proximity avoidance maneuvers and comparing both, I would estimate that it was at least the same size or 50% larger than what may have been a Cessna. I ruled out a drone due to its size and speed. The strange thing about this unknown craft was its color and what it was doing. It was as bright as a flood-light but a deep, deep red. It pulsated in brightness with almost translucent properties. I immediately thought of those 'Chinese Lanterns' but also ruled them out when I realized that the pulses of red light had a specific frequency and did not 'flicker.' The pulsating 'Orb' went from really, really bright, would dim a bit then pulsate brightly again and again. This happened for almost 3 t0 5 minutes while I watched completely gobsmacked. I even hung up on my sister to go get my binoculars in the house. It was still there when I came back out but was not able to focus on it before it pulsed a few last times then suddenly just stopped and disappeared. I searched all over that area with my binoculars under clear skies and a near-full moon. Did not see it again but it bothered me enough to google this web page and report what I had seen. Hope this account doesn't mak! e me seem like an idiot and hope I didn't overdo it. Thx.

August 30 the wind was traveling 4 kilometers an hour from the south west. I was setting up my telescope for astrophotography when a bright light appeared in the NNW beside the roof of a house but off in the distance. It was well under 500 feet altitude and anywhere from a quarter mile to a mile away. It was a very bright white light with an undulating mist cloud in front of it. The light seemed to be saucer shaped but it was hard to see with the undulating cloud in front of it. I scrambled to set my phone up to take a video and when I looked up the bright light was now a tiny white circular dot light and the undulating cloud was now a perfect sphere around the white light which slowly changed into more of a donut shape darker in the center but still spherical looking from my angle. This cloud was also about 1 1/2 times larger than the initial cloud around the bright light. It was slowly traveling south at the same speed the entire time. Even the cloud kept moving south. After about five or so seconds the tiny dot light disappeared and I was just a cloud moving south and it went behind trees out of sight and didn’t emerge out the other side. I reported this to MUFON that night and respect this organization as well and wanted to report it here also since there were numerous people within a 250km radius that saw the exact same thing.

Around 20:30 I saw a blinking light, similar to strobe light. At first I assumed it was a plane or a helicopter, but after a minute or so, the light didn't move. Only the blinking light was visible. The object was in a clearing between the clouds. During dusk, it was still pretty bright, so I took my binoculars an looked at the source of light. I saw an object, dark in color, chevron shaped. Facing me with one side, blinking light in equal time intervals . Looked like the object had the same light on the other side of it. Smaller lights were visible on the bottom of the object, changing colors from green to blue and purple. My wife witnessed the object as well and confirmed the shape and lights. After around 20 min hovering in the same spot, 70 degrees above the horizon, the object began to move Westbound.

We noticed a very bright light coming south from the north rather quickly almost like a satellite but a lot lower it was a clear night with absolutely no clouds and lots of stars, once we spotted the bright light and wondered when it was we noticed a cloud around it following right with the light then the light disappeared and the cloud kept moving and we could see a dark thing inside the cloud. The cloud then turned back towards the North. We watched it for a bit and then it disappeared and we could not see the cloud anymore. I took a picture of it and will email it to the email address below.

A friend and I were driving on a residential street 500m or so from my home when we saw a craft fly just in front of my car. The craft's shape was difficult to see clearly, but it was slowly pulsating orange light. It appeared low to the ground, (maybe 100 to 200 meters off the ground) and seemed to be small in size, perhaps only a few meters in circumference. Initially I thought it was a drone because of it's size, elevation and it was only moving 40-60km per h I would estimate. We took a few pictures and followed it for about 20 seconds before the lights dimmed out and we could not see it any more, it may have disappeared or just turned off it's lights. Also, there was no sound. I have looked on youtube for night helicopter videos and I cannot find anything that looks even remotely close to what we saw.

It was mostly clear skies. Though there were some white billowing clouds covering the sunset from the West to the West North. Otherwise I would probably not seen the object. It looked cigar shaped and bright white. It first appeared about sixty degrees up from the horizon. It did not look to be moving and it slowly disappeared. My friend asked what I was looking at and I said it is gone. Though I continued looking at the same spot to see if it was indeed gone. She began looking in the sky with me. However, as she and I looked I noticed it again but at about forty degrees in the horizon this time. It was a little bit to the left of the first position. It looked exactly the same size. It acted the same as the first time and slowly disappeared. The person with me said it must be a balloon and I just agreed. LOL

My wife and I were driving North on Highway 10, just north of Orangeville, Ontario, when I happened to see something very bright in the sky above the countryside that caught my eye. It was around 18:15, daylight, with partial low-level cloud cover. The singular object appeared to be bright white, standing out clearly against the sky. It wasn't completely round, more like a rounded disc shape (the brightness halo was the biggest feature). It definitely did not look nor behave like an airplane - no wings, no elongated body, no contrail etc. It was around the same altitude as the clouds, roughly 5-10km away. I immediately asked my wife if she could see it too, and she confirmed that she could. It was moving in a slow, smooth, almost cruising manner, in a Northwest direction. After about 30s it disappeared behind a cloud.

Shortly before noon today I was working at my computer in my home office when I was interrupted by a single bright flash of light outside my window. My computer is situated below a large north-facing window that gives me a clear view of a large portion of the sky, from about 50 degrees up to a little below the horizon, and about 50 degrees toward the west and somewhat less than 10 degrees toward the east. I wear reading glasses to use my computer. The flash of light was high enough that I saw it above the frame of my glasses, i.e., it definitely was not something on my computer screen. The flash seemed to originate from a point outside of my field of view, very high up in the sky. It appeared to be about as bright as a flash of lightning would appear in the semi-darkness of a thunderstorm. However, the weather outside at the time of the flash was sunny and clear with a cloudless sky . It was a very bright flash, indeed. The duration was very short, perhaps the way one would perceive a camera flash or a blink. For a moment, I considered that I had imagined it or that it could be a sign of an eyesight problem such as a detached retina. However, when I mentioned to my wife during lunch that I had seen a flash, she remarked that she had seen it, too. When it occurred, she was sitting in our living room, at the opposite end of the house, where the windows face south. She was seated away from the window, facing the interior of the house, i.e., north, so she was not in a position to see where it originated. Unfortunately, it did not occur to me to record the time of event. I only remember that it was shortly before noon. I checked our local power utilities to see if there have been any electrical outages. They post updates very quickly on their websites and on twitter. But they reported no outages or other problems today. I have seen transformers explode, and they make a very bright flash. I'm inclined to think that this could have been a meteor or bolide. Nothing of the sort has been reported on the news yet, but perhaps we'll see something later today. I thought I'd leave this report with you in case you receive other reports.

Sitting on my front bench outside my house looking up listening to music. A glowing white orb at cloud level zips from the East to the West right above me doing a long serpentine formation westwards until it disappeared beyond the clouds.
