I was walking my dog with my father on the loop around my neighborhood, hidden oaks and basswood streets, when we saw a ring of 11 white orbs. We live in Eden Prairie, MN. I was watching from in front of the entrance of my neighborhood and the sidewalk/path near it. [NUFORC annotation: Searchlight - Certain]

Was in Target parking lot around time given (7:30pm) walking away from the building, looked into the sky and saw what appeared to be a circular light travel quickly across a portion of the sky from right to left visible overhead at a quick, consistent pace, then suddenly disappear as if suddenly traveled or transported away, or suddenly turning off a light. It appeared to be the distance lower-traveling planes coming from MSP, but was at least three times, if not many more as fast. Appearance was as if staring at a street lamp from directly below and about 1.5x-5x the size of the diameter of a plane (long way). It made no sound. Companion was not looking at the sky and did not see it/ sense it. Not aware if anyone else might have seen it.

My girlfriend saw a ring of 13 lights while driving on highway 212. She noted there was a second ring but it disappeared. I have no explanation for this. I’m familiar commercial and military jets, and this was not that. I’ve been experiencing bizarre things at my apartment four the past three years. Strange sensations and pain from seemingly nowhere. I’m wondering if this is connected.

Just south of Eden Prairie, a large circle comprised of about 14-18 lights shining through the clouds (whitish, bluish). No noise. No movement. Still looking at it as I type. Never been on this site before, but googled it when I saw this. Advertising lights at a casino. Source of the report elects to remain anonymous; provides no contact information. PD

Ring of bright lights in clear sky. No moon visible, no light source other than emitted from each orb in the circle. Looked like glowing clouds but did not dissipate Remained still for the hour I observed it. 10:00-11:00 p.m. 94/29/2017.
