The report, as filed
There was one bright light, with 3 smaller lights on the horizon to the east. The smaller lights were up, down, side to side, crisscrossing each other. They Would be bright, then dim or disappear, then be seen in another part of the sky. Radios were staticy, animals going crazy, animal behaviours were different.
