Three circles (they seemed to be pretty big) arranged in a triangular configuration supposedly of one object. Fast as hell. Didn't made even a little bit of noise

We were on the roof our building when we saw this flying object. Unfortunately we manage to capture it in the video little late therefore the video is not much clear. This object was flying slowly and had no noise at all just the lights were flashing in crisscross directions. It was there for almost 10 minutes before it goes out of our sight. I observe it doesn't have speed like any other known flying objects. It was weird looking flying object.
