Changing over Two Harbors, MN

The report, as filed
I glanced to the the sky and witnessed a white glowing orb with a soft blue hue. There was a black line dividing the orb, making it look like a hamburger. I looked away. But then, my daughter asked me "do you see that?" So, I glanced up to the sky again and watched an object pulsate in a wave like pattern down towards Earth. It had beautiful white lights that would appear and then disappear as it was moving along it's path. It was absolutely beautiful. My attention suddenly shifted as I (we) watched a dark black triangle move across the sky. It had a few of the beautiful sparkling white lights, but they disappeared as it turned into a deep and dark black color. It got very close to us as we stood there watching it fly by. My daughter said it was the size of a commercial air plane, but what I saw was much smaller. The only reason I could see it at all was because of it's deep, rich black color. It was absolutely silent as it passed us by, us, which was odd and absolutely amazing! In total, my experience lasted approximately 5-10 seconds. But, it felt much longer, like slow motion took over from start to finish. I told my daughter that I felt like I was hypnotized as we were walking back to the house. Overall, I'm happy I got to experience this life changing event, I will never forget it! Ever.

What would the paper say?
For a dated, located U.S. sighting, FAA radar data and ATC communications are the records most likely to exist. Through Aletheca, the house instrument, anyone can commission the request — filed, chased, and published in the open, refusals included. The draft goes over already written: the records sought, and the date window they would live in.

At the end of our street I noticed an oval shape surrounded by a faint wavering light. It was directly above us, moving like a floating feather, or like a snake. We watched it come down and circle around, becoming a very large black V with no lights. I honestly don’t know how I was able to see it with no lights on or around it, I can’t explain anything about it.

I walked out the back door of my house onto the sidewalk that leads to the garage behind my house. It is not a long walk, probably about 20-30 meters from door to door. I was looking south toward the moon when all of a sudden I seen this very bright circular light in the sky. I regrettably had left my phone in the house so I couldn't snap any pictures or take a video of it. The light didn't move to far before it started to dim out and then just kind of disappeared. I stood there for a couple minutes after I had seen it just to make sure it didn't come back, but did not see anything. It was only visible for about 20 seconds before fading out. I've never seen anything like this before in my life and it was silent. I heard nothing that resembled the sound of a jet/plane or any kind of helicopter so I know that it wasn't any kind of plane flashers or a spotlight of any kind.
