I am the Manager at my local public pool and while was sitting in the Basket Room (Office) checking the radar it sounded like our splash pad shut off, so I looked out the door and saw what looked like a BRIGHT glowing Tic Tac zooming across the sky. So I ran back into the basket room and grabbed my phone to get pictures and video. THEN I looked on the pool security cams to see if I caught it... I DID.... This thing made no sound and was not a balloon. This thing was on a straight path and moving FAST.
