I filmed it in the sky. It seemed to flash the silver colour as if it was spinning and the sun was hitting it. I videotaped this object but it won’t let me send it. Send me a phone number and I’ll send it to you. I work on a boat that goes back and forth in the inner harbour of Vancouver. It was very high up in daylight. Hope this helps. Cheers
