The report, as filed
I exited my hotel on School St with a co-worker. Upon looking up, I saw a thin, roughly cylindrical looking object in the sky. The object was oriented vertically and was silvery looking. It was silver in color and was occasionally glinting in the sunlight. It was not an airplane, and reminded me of a long, skinny mylar balloon. I pointed it out to my coworker, and he made a similar observation, but was relatively uninterested. Based on the surrounding buildings and the viewing angle, I would estimate it was between 2000 and 8000 ft. I cannot say with certainty how long it was, but would estimate maybe 20-30 ft and a couple feet in diameter. Its long axis was vertical. Of course, if the object was really high, it could have been the size of an aircraft fuselage. The day was spectacularly clear and beautiful. The sky cloudless and winds calm. Per consulting a map, it was approximately directly above the US Capitol Building. I can accept that this was probably a balloon. I am sure it was adequately checked out and evaluated by the authorities . But, I wanted to report it mainly because of where I saw it.

This can’t possibly be Jupiter and Venus because these two objects were slowly descending simultaneously (video is available) and then disappeared in about 30 min after I witnessed them around 7pm but or so. If this was in fact Jupiter and Venus, this would be impossible for these two plants to make such a rapid dissent, let alone to do so in a synchronized fashion. Whatever this sighting was or whoever was behind it knew pretty darn well that those, who would’ve witnessed it were not going to be believed and would be likely to be dismissed because of these two plants being in such a proximity during this specific time coinciding with this event. All start when I was taking photos of Georgetown for a photography contest I noticed the anomaly on the photo. I report to the UFO center they are no longer I noticed I believe now they are working for the government. When I report the site they respond that is wasn’t any objet claim it was a bird. I didn’t believe what the specialist says. I just keep watching the sky. I have many pictures with objects I am glad finally was detected. I was with a friend asking her to look at the sky will I was taking the photos. Those object can’t be seen in plain site the eye can’t see but the camera. I was taking photos for a photography contest I noticed the light dot changing by the second a was taking the picture A big dot of light on the upper right side of the picture, next second the light round dot change to five light dot, next second the light stop by another dot until cross the sky Sorry It hard to explain I would to meet and specialist I have more pictures to me is alarming how many flying objects are all over at the sky. Follow the light close the the light pole the photograph were take by the second. Each second has a different position of the light cluster

On a beautiful January night, back in 2021, I was taking photos off my upper floor balcony of the sunset, like I always did. There wasn’t a cloud in the sky except for a couple low ones that appeared dark in color. The sun had already set and I captured a beautiful view of the National Cathedral. When going through my phone the other day, looking at photos, I came across these two photos I took that evening back in 2021 one minute apart. I wasn’t sure what the white spot was in the upper right corner of the photos?! I expanded to see what appeared to be a white disk shaped craft. In prospective, it appeared pretty large. I could see depth and definition. There appeared to be a dome in the center of the object. [NUFORC annotation: Camera Anomaly - Probable]
