Dark or black rectangular (almost square) object in the sky, appeared to be stationary for about 2 minutes as I was driving south on highway 61 in St Paul, MN.

St Paul, MN

At around 8:45 I noticed a stream of lights moving across the sky. The quality of light was similar to stars, albeit closer, and they moved with a speed and purpose that differentiated them from passing planes. A span of several seconds would elapse before a new one emerged from the western sky. Every 16 or so, a light would appear to the side but otherwise they were in perfect order. Perhaps Starlink, but the lights were much more separated than google searches show the satellites to be.
