The report, as filed

I spotted what I first thought to be a passing airplane. But when I continued to look, it does not look like the regular blinking lights of planes passing above. The object seemed to be changing its shape while moving rapidly from one point to another. I recorded it on my phone along with a few photo shots. It disappeared after i started recording video.
