The report, as filed
Spotted near Frenchtown Historic Site. Object looked like a pale yellow glowing line travelling perpendicular to its length. It was about 1.5 degrees of arc in length. It appeared to our east about center sky and travelled due north until it was about at 45 degrees from the horizon at which point it suddenly disappeared. I thought it was a meteor at first but meteors are usually a point of light, not a narrow band travelling sideways. Could have been some debris entering the atmosphere but it would have to be huge to look that long. There was no noise. It did not flicker or wave. It was gliding too smoothly to even look real. It did not appear to speed up or slow down. There was no way for us to discern its elevation. During my time-lapse Astro-imaging session on M101 Pinwheel Galaxy I saw an extremely bright Orange to Red light, oscillating slowly back and forth from a brilliant Orange to bright Red... This object was moving East to West at 9:58pm on June-25-22… Having been long involved in all types of Aircraft as well as their, ATC, ILS, Nav radio communications, as well as their navigating lighting protocols, there were no flashing strobes or night lighting emanating from this silent source... I must note the intense magnitude in brightness and near moon size instantly reminded me of the brightness associated with welding... This is probably a poor definition but may simply summarize the shock and awe I experienced... I initially worried it may have been an aircraft with titanium components burning with it's brightness… With my years photographing deep sky objects ie: Nebula, Galaxies, Planets, Lunar, on a Computerized GoTo Tracking Mount I've never experienced anything like this... UFO's have never been of any interest to me… Note: I didn't have time to set proper exposure to capture the color accurately on the photos I grabbed with my Samsung Galaxy S9 phone...

it was a bright whiteish "ball" light just above the clouds no blinking no sound at all,but literally right behind it, very close behind it, was a plane with a red blinking light! i mention the light because thats how i knew IT was a plane. but whatever it was escorting WAS NOT a plane by any means! either this was one of the biggest planes in existence or i just saw a (ufo?) being escorted by a black or dark colored jet! please god tell me someone else saw it!!!

Driving home from North Bend and witnessed a non-moving light in the sky just outside of Pasco, WA. The light was circular in shape and appeared to be staying still possibly spinning. I attempted to video it with my iPhone and when I got it to videotape apple symbol appeared as if I had restarted my phone and stayed that way till I neared Walla Walla. Past second street on highway 12 i got my camera to work again and I started filming the object which was over the airport not moving, just a really bright light. I shot video for 1 minute and exited on Wilbur and headed home. The light then started to follow me. Once home I noticed the light down my street and I pulled in my drive way and ran around the side of the house to see if it had come all the way and it was gone. I went inside and got a flashlight and let my dog out and went into the back yard to see where the light was and it was gone. I saw what looked like the light but now a great distance away and appeared to be a weird shaped star. Went to check the video today and it is gone.

I live in rural Walla Walla, Wa. At about 12:05 AM on 11/08/2016 I was in my kitchen working on the computer. I heard a very loud rumble flying over my house so I went outside to investigate. A large triangular craft was flying over my property with three red flashing lights underneath in the center. The lights were arranged in a triangle pattern and blinked on and off together at a pace of about one beat per second. The edges of the craft were rounded and the points of the triangle were also rounded. The underside of the craft was contoured and rolled underneath along each side and tapered out to the triangle points in a series of parallel rolls on each end. The blinking red lights appeared to be deeper set in a recess in the center of the craft. The craft color appeared to be metallic silver. The craft was lighted around the edges because I could see it so distinctly. The craft flew very slowly from the northwest and flew to the southeast toward the Blue Mountains. It flew a distance of about 2 miles and was approaching the Blue Mountains when the craft appeared to be stopped in mid air for a short time and then flew on at such a slow speed it was difficult to see movement at a distance. The blinking lights finally disappeared over the mountains. The craft was so large that it was still very visible in the distance. The whole event took about 10 minutes. Unfortunately my camera was in the house and I did not want to leave to go get it. It was very dark out and no moon. The two neighbor dogs barked while the craft was overhead.

After about 15 minutes it started descending rapidly towards the ground and disappeared. ((ADDENDUM FROM WITNESS)) it was shaped like a cigar and it was white and it almost looked like it was glowing. that was it. and no there is not i was staying at a winery with my family in washington. i did not catch my mistake before i submitted the form. ((END ADDENDUM)) We have changed the state of the sighting, to reflect a sighting in Walla Walla, Washington. We are uncertain as to whether this is a serious report, or note. PD

Slow moving north to south chevron or boomerang shape. Very light color, maybe beige, yellow...looked almost like it was translucent. Unsure of size but it seemed to be flying low.
