The report, as filed
Bright flashing color changing orbs hovering in the distance across the railroad tracks. They would appear to be moving closer then stop. Many in a vertical line. There was no noise coming from it, but we heard walking and some sort of talking in the distance.

I was was approximately 5:30 pm when I noticed a ball of light slowly decending. I then called my daughter to come out and see it. Afte
