The report, as filed
30k feet up flying from granite mtn headed over Ben Lomand mtn. I could see all the detail on the black triangle. Invisibility was flickering on and off. I could see the black triangle clear as day and I could see the sliver/gray weird design on the black triangle. The picture I attached is exactly what I saw.
