My wife called on her drive home (12 miles) and told me to go outside and look in the sky. The 4 lights moved in sequence and rhythm almost like a spot light. I live within 30 miles of 2 airports and within 15 miles of DC. It’s very secure airspace. There are also 2 orbs that appear in the video that move and bounce like ping pong balls. Searchlights

My 10 year old son and I can be heard on the video watching the light sit stationary for sometime. I have not seen the light since.

At 11:00 pm on Thursday, August 13, 2015, in the eastern sky, I saw a very large light in the sky. It was diamond shaped, the horizontal axis was elongated. It hung in the sky for a minute or two then slowly descended vertically until it disappeared on the horizon. The night sky was very dark because there was no moon that night. It was larger than any object I have ever seen in the sky except for the moon.
