The report, as filed
the movement in the video is me not holding camera still, it did not jump around as it seems. However, with the naked eye it looked to move quickly to the left mostly then back to original spot. it changed colors and shapes rapidly. My sister stood beside me with her phone and took pictures and videos too. the last picture, u5, was taken by her.
