The report, as filed
I noticed some strange flashing lights in the sky. As I started filming and zoomed in it started to scare me. I have never witnessed anything like it. Flashing of red, green, blue and white lights that move into different formations. The lights changed directions frequently and moved out to about 5 or more orbs toward the end of the video. I filmed for 3 minutes and 40 seconds. When I ended the filming they were still there, but I was scared and ran inside. After going inside and telling my husband about what I experienced he walked outside and saw them as well.
