The report, as filed
I was heading east on Old Ocean City Rd and I spotted this very bright orange object. It was moving oddly slow to be anything else you would normally see in the sky. It was dark but not too dark. I could still tell that it was a clear night. I pulled over on Louise Ave to get a video a the 2 pictures I provided. There was no noise. I lost visual when it started to go behind to trees so I drove off still looking at this object and then it just went away. Not fly away just simply disappeared
Held as-reported from National UFO Reporting Center (record NUFORC #170866). Witness text is preserved verbatim, including its spelling; nothing is edited beyond formatting.

What would the paper say?
For a dated, located U.S. sighting, FAA radar data and ATC communications are the records most likely to exist. Through Aletheca, the house instrument, anyone can commission the request — filed, chased, and published in the open, refusals included. The draft goes over already written: the records sought, and the date window they would live in.

I went outside on my steps and noticed a white cigar shaped craft no wings no trail behind it no blinking lights like on usual airplanes. The 1st one caught my eye then noticed 3 others heading southwest and they just disappeared. I decided to walk down to my moms house to tell her and was able to capture 17 more zooming across in a northeastern direction and they just vanished also.

Was driving on route 13 in Salisbury, MD, going over an artificial hill, when I saw a series of lights in the shape of a parentheses. It was not moving to the best of my knowledge. No sound. Very large. Much smaller than the Phoenix Lights, but if it were an airplane it would be AT LEAST the size of an A380 Air France. The craft was extremely low to the ground. No color, no blinking lights. Additionally the craft was tilted to the left slightly. So this shape: ( tilted to the left slightly.

Bright light seen over field near Salisbury, MD. Stationary at first, then about 3 or 4 smaller blinking white lights were seen flying up to and then coming in contact with the main light, which then started moving slowly in a south-east direction and disappearing. For some reason, witness indicates that the date of the sighting is approximate. PD

On July 5th, 2015, in Salisbury, Maryland, shortly after the 4th of July fireworks finished at approx. 9:40 pm, my brother, nephew and I saw a reddish-orange light traveling east to west at a constant speed. The light resembled the red navigation light on a small plane but had more of an orange tint to it. We watched the light until it faded from view, approx. one minute. The light was the size of the navigation lights on a single engine airplane flying at the altitude these airplanes normally fly at. We are familiar with aircraft lights as we live one mile from the Salisbury Airport and grew up just outside of Andrews AFB. This light was unlike any aircraft light we are familiar with. Other aircraft were seen landing at the Salisbury Airport earlier that evening. This did not resemble those at all. This light resembled a red light I saw over the Atlantic Ocean in November 2014. I videotaped and photographed this light.

COPIED E-MAILED MESSAGE/REPORT: Hello Mr. Davenport, It was nice to speak with you tonight about my sighting. My name is ((deleted)). I’m an Airline Pilot, based in Salisbury, MD. I’ve flown for three different airlines, and corporate operations since 1988. Tonight at 2048 local time I witnessed an equilateral triangle shaped object, due north of my position, moving east. The corners of the triangle were defined by reddish-orange orbs of light. It made no sound that I could hear, and appeared to roll about its longitudinal axis, so that I was observing the object edge on. I was observing the object from PGH, the local hospital, and it seemed to be about 5 to 10 statute miles away. I will attach a photo. I hope this helps with any investigation that may ensue. ((name deleted)) We spoke via telephone with the witness, and he sounded to us to be quite sincere and sober-minded. We suspect that he is a skilled, and highly reliable, witness. PD
