The report, as filed
We were sitting outside around a bonfire. One of us looked up and saw a haze with a bright light. What looked like a smoke ring formed behind it as it continued to move across the sky. We watched it for almost two minutes. It moved too slow to be a shooting star. It was brighter than anything else in the sky. We also took a picture of it and captured the ring behind it. The photo was taken with a simple cellphone
