The report, as filed

On 15 Feb. 2022, time approximately 10:45 pm - 11:15 pm. In Rutland, Meigs County, Ohio. We were standing in driveway and noticed some sort of UFO hovering over the wood line. It slowly started moving toward us flying really low at approximately 60 or 70 feet above our heads. It was Black in color and it was Triangular shaped. It almost made no noise besides a slight humming noise. The UFO had I believe 3 yellow lights that I was able to see. When I typed in the description of the UFO it said that it was the Tr3b Black Manta. And it matched description. This is the 2nd one that I have seen. First one I had seen was during the summer of 2015 in Indiana. And it flew slowly above my head at about 100 feet or less.

Sometime in July 2018 in Rutland, Meigs County, Ohio. In the sky above my property was a Formation of what looked like stars moving through the sky slowly. They appear to look like stars in the sky but they are not. They are capable of expanding in size, yellowish orange in color. From a distance they look like stars but at close range they look like an Orb of Light or some type of Being that changes in shape and size. These Ufo's do Not look mechanical or machine like. I have first seen these Ufo's in 2013. They seem to follow me. Anyhow, summer of 2018, I heard noise on my roof. I locked the doors and looked out my peep hole and seen what I believe to be one of the Grey Aliens looking at the door. The weird thing was that this left a green glowing light from itself. I had a family member look through peep hole to see if they could see it and the only thing they were able to see was the Green light. This light had no point of direction. Later on that summer seen some short 2 dimensional Aliens in my house. I was only able to see these particular ones only when I looked through a small magnifying glass. I have had a lot of strange experiences throughout my Life with Demonic Entities from other Dimensions.
