The report, as filed
I was sitting outside when I noticed two airplane in the southern sky heading north in my direction the"plane" closest to me looked different, brighter, rounder and moving irradically so I pulled out my cell phone that had the best zoom capabilities of any cell phone the Samsung s21 Ultra 5G and took a couple snapshot. The photos looked strange so I started recording. You can see in the recording the strange way it moved. Side note: just before you hear me say, "Dam it" the ufo is moving back and forth that is me moving the camera trying to find it or center it. I film the craft for about 1 or 2 min then it fit small and disappeard, vanished it didn't fly away, it was just gone in the blink of an eye. A few days later a black unmarked helicopter showed up and hovered by me over my apartment complex were id seen the ufo for about 15 minutes with a light flashing. Strange I filmed it for a minutes and have included the footage in this. report. The photo with the read/orange gets quite interesting when you put it thru different camera filters.

I was sitting on the balcony of a 3rd story apartment, watching stars and planes. I noticed some gentle movement in my peripheral. I had to focus a bit on what I was seeing. Five to six round, equally sized orbs/circles were gently descending. Their movement seemed gradual. They seemed almost transparent at first, and I struggled to trust whether I was seeing anything at all. Perhaps a slight grey outline to each orb. They almost reminded me of a necklace in that they seemed to be unified in the way they were moving. As I saw it, the space between each was less than the size of one orb. And I the space in between seemed to be closing as they descended. The ends of the “necklace” were wiggling the most. The formation passed out of view, blocked by my roof. It felt that they had passed over my three-story apartment. If so, these were small orbs, perhaps less than five feet in diameter. But perhaps my depth perception was off. It took me perhaps a minute to stand up and move so that I could peer into the direction they went. I had felt fear. I also want to be upfront that I have been reading a lot about UFOs and feel that I am perhaps in a suggest-able state.

I saw a "bright light", from East to west flying straight, faster than any movie. It appeared to be under its own power, no noise, but with the speed it had, AND going straight, AND low, right over my head, I knew I'd seen a UFO. I was thinking, no one can ever question it now, we have company!

My buddy and I we’re leaving the gym at night when I looked at the moon. I noticed a flashing light next to the moon. It was twinkling like a star, but it was too bright, and then too dark to be a star. [NUFORC annotation: Planet/Star - Possible]

This is now our fourth time seeing these orbs hovering, fading, multiplying and disappearing with no sound and so damn quickly northeast over the puget sound. They come around the time frame of 8:30-10pm at the same location. Have multiple videos.

We were watching neighbors shoot fire works when we looked over our fence and say a round object hovering. It had a white light with a green blinking light. It would then be solid red, then the red light would turn off and it would become green and disappear and reappear in a different spot it would move erratically and sometimes it would stay solid and not move. About 5-7 min later it turned red and disappeared.
