The report, as filed
I work security at a shipyard with navy ships and noticed a light in the sky around 0440. Another worker then noticed it and said he didn’t know what it was. I then started recording it. My co worker had the binoculars and you can hear him explaining the color changes. The craft hovered for a min and then went east towards the ships. The UAP then just zoomed off and we could not locate it again.
