Changing over King of Prussia, PA
A witness account on file, unevaluated. Most of the archive rests here, and honestly so.
The report, as filed
Object was stationary, in and out of sight for approx 20 minutes. There was not a cloud in the sky, 3 of us watched this on our way home and took a photo when we got home. The object went from white to silver to invisible -- it was moving west slowly when we got home, left a small trail that disappeared quickly. It was very scary to watch this for so long and not be able to identify it. or, compare it to anything we've ever seen. Hi Peter, we exchanged emails on 12/19. I'm finally reporting this now; very excited about Webb Telescope! Pics are below, hope you're safe from snow and the new site looks great. Dan
Held as-reported from National UFO Reporting Center (record NUFORC #166429). Witness text is preserved verbatim, including its spelling; nothing is edited beyond formatting.
Ask for the records
What would the paper say?
For a dated, located U.S. sighting, FAA radar data and ATC communications are the records most likely to exist. Through Aletheca, the house instrument, anyone can commission the request — filed, chased, and published in the open, refusals included. The draft goes over already written: the records sought, and the date window they would live in.

It looks like a cloud, but is moving one direction first, then back the other way next. Counter positional to the clouds behind it. It looks very odd and ethereal, like a shape shifting form. I have some pictures here I will post and, one blown up isolated picture of the craft/object itself.

I was driving down the Pennsylvania turnpike and i saw a bright white light in the sky going moving in a straight line from the right to the left of the highway. I was looking at it move for about ten seconds then when I blinked it had moved north and I blinked again and it was gone
