The report, as filed
There were multiple glowing dots out in the distance. The dots disappeared, reappeared, moved at different paces, etc. Most were seen above the tree line in the dark. Up in the sky above there were moving dots witnessed. Three moved together in a triangular shape. Others moved in the sky too. There was an abnormal amount of “planes” that blinked with red. One turned around in the sky and backtracked it’s route, then disappeared. Others disappeared too. One “plane” moved upward.
