The report, as filed
My husband went out to put the ducks away and I thought I heard someone yelling, but wasn’t sure, so I went to check on him, and when I got outside I saw a blazing light sort of jittering and dancing around high in the sky. It quickly looped upwards and then back down and then disappeared. It changed direction and moved so quickly. My husband said he saw it change color. You can see the Philadelphia Airport in the opposite direction. This was not a plane or a drone or a meteor.
