The report, as filed
My wife was backing out of the garage so I could get in the car. I saw a glimmer, looked up and saw a shiny rectangle. It was the size of a tic tac at arms length. It was not a tic tac ufo! I tried to film it. I got it and thought I lost it. The video will show you what I didn't see. It moved too fast.

I thought is might be a mylar balloon, as it looked like it reflected light. It was flashing blue, non sequentially. It was grey, then blue and then transparent.

As I was traveling East, something caught my eye. I didn't think it was a craft at first, as I had my wipers on and it was raining. It became clearer and was popping in and out of the clouds for 2 minutes. It went in after that and did not come out.

It is a clear night. No jet or plane noise could be heard. It looked like it changed color a bit, from a blue white, to yellow and back to blue white. It came from SWW to NEE.
