The report, as filed
As I was walking the dog, I looked up to follow the path of an airliner flying west. As the airplane crossed the sky, out of the corner of my eye I noticed starlike dots, flying rather close to each other and in a northwest direction. I could see 4 lights trailing each other. As the lead dot disappeared a new dot appeared at the end of the formation and this continued for about 4 minutes. There were no flashing lights, only starlike dots moving in order, over and over again until they finally stopped. I called my wife outside and she also saw what I saw. Then, nothing.

I was laying in bed when I saw a large bright light through the corner of my blinds. I opened my blinds more, and thought the light looked weird, it was bright yellowish like the color of the sun, however it was night time and it was low to the ground no higher than a street light. I thought it was a streetlight till it started moving, Once I started staring at it as it was swaying around it got bigger and I realized it was coming closer to the window so I went downstairs. When I came back up it was gone. There was no noise coming from it.

This was low flying, moving very slow, dead silent. Four lights in a row towards rear, a light in the center shaped like a square with a triangle on top, and two forward facing spotlights on each side of shape.

A bright white object that was stationaly slowly started to move. This looked about as bright as the north star. This had a upward flight pattern of about 45° in the air. After traveling slowly for 30 seconds, it faded away and was gone.
