Sunny day with fluffy white clouds in a blue sky. I was riding in a SUV and saw in front of me, about 1000 ft up, a bullet shaped, silver, small craft. I saw it for a few moments, then it moved very quickly behind a small cloud. Then the cloud moved cancelling the craft, much faster than I've ever seen a cloud move. Then the cloud vanished after a few seconds.
