The report, as filed
I'm sending two files: an image and a clip from the livestream I mentioned earlier. The footage was taken from one of the "ISS' view from Eath livestreams" about a year ago and when I was watching it, I eventually saw two interesting things. The first one was what may have been a very huge UFO up close because it looked pretty big, even far away. The shape of it is hard to describe, but all I can say is it looked like a man/alienmade asteroid or some type of object just floating there instead of falling into Earth due to its gravitational pull. The other interesting thing that happened later in the same livestream was some dust-like particles suddenly appeared out of nowhere. I don't know if what I believe was a UFO had anything to do with it, but it kind of scared me. It's blurry, but easier to see the object in the image if you zoom in. I'd highly appreciate it if you replied back to me and share your thoughts on whether you agree it's a UFO or not.
Held as-reported from National UFO Reporting Center (record NUFORC #168218). Witness text is preserved verbatim, including its spelling; nothing is edited beyond formatting.
Ask for the records
What would the paper say?
For a dated, located U.S. sighting, FAA radar data and ATC communications are the records most likely to exist. Through Aletheca, the house instrument, anyone can commission the request — filed, chased, and published in the open, refusals included. The draft goes over already written: the records sought, and the date window they would live in.
