The report, as filed
my best friend and i were sitting on the porch i was facing the roof toward the road, we were behind the house, and she was facing the back yard. as we were talking i looked up to see a small red dot with an orange glow, it moved just to the left of a star below the moon, it is worth mentioning that it was a full moon. i looked back to her and when i looked back up it was like it had retraced itself and moved back to where it had been, like de je vu. i told me friend to look up and we watched it continue in an arch and fade out, it made no sound nor smoke trail and seemed to be too high to be a flare. we talked about it for a while and then i saw another one go out from the adjacent side of the house. we went and got her two sisters and about ten minutes of being out there the youngest saw another one die out parallel to where we’d seen the last one. we saw nothing after this and we never heard any noises

What would the paper say?
For a dated, located U.S. sighting, FAA radar data and ATC communications are the records most likely to exist. Through Aletheca, the house instrument, anyone can commission the request — filed, chased, and published in the open, refusals included. The draft goes over already written: the records sought, and the date window they would live in.
