This was while I was on a commercial flight from Florida to Ohio. Traveling at cruising altitude on plane going S to N. this was filmed from the east side of the plane, the sun was setting in the west. The light appeared to be close to the ground. At first i thought it might be a spotlight on a helicopter shining on the ground, but the lights matched our speed and there was multiple lights. I watched this for nearly 15 minutes.
