I have sent a video and a still picture to ufocntr@nwlink.com Object appears black in colour. Roundish body, with a top dome-like surface (I know, that sounds like a sci-fi description). Irregular flight path. It could be a bird, that seems unusual considering its size and the altitude of Achumani, Bolivia. Thanks for looking into it.
