I was driving south on I-91 and noticed a light in front of me ahead. It was dark so I thought maybe it was for construction but as I got closer it looked like the light was strung up over the road almost like a street light. I came up on it so quickly and it was so strange that i craned my head forward to look up being careful as I drove. I went right under it, or it went right over me. It was low, maybe 7 feet above the car. I looked in the rear view mirror while trying to be safe but could not see anything.
