The report, as filed
It was a rounded triangular shape with 3 bright white lights on each corner. In the center was red light that changed to blue. The color of the object was a white or light gray. I could tell this because it was hovering as low as a crop duster plain. It was also as big around as a house. As I came up to it and pulled to the side of the road it hovered for bout 1 minute before zipping really fast to the next bridge where it then stopped, and sat for an additional 3 to 5 minutes.

A string of 30+ evenly spaced objects, like stars, were in a straight line. Heading NE, two to three times faster than the commercial planes visible at the same time. No sound, not blinking, continuously light, heading toward us and going away. Directly overhead. One broke formation and in 90 degrees went SW. One pair few side by side in close proximity to each other. The rest were evenly spaced. Observers were 65 and 30 years old. Construction sales and asset relocation specialist.
